    A stereotypical “jump-and-smash” game with two playable characters. Typical movie appendix with no ambitions to be more then a few hours of entertainment. [Feb 2009]

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I can't believe I just completed the game in 3 days I thought it was going to be a week for me to complete. In all events, for the first time in my life, I finally got to play the game that I want as a kid. In this game, I play as two characters saving the day against Dr. Callico that takes place in the TV show universe other than the real universe just like in the movie, and a prequel to the Bolt movie. Penny is a young girl who specializes in ongoing smartness and stealthy with her sneak attacks with her trusty wheel bar (which she should have in the movie during filming) and hacking skill (which is a turret shooting mini-game) and Bolt superhero dog who goes loud and proud with his own superpowers including with his super bark beating any enemies in his way. The game was actually pretty great. The level designs are good, The controls are easy to handle that grapple attack which is my favorite. And enemies and quick time events are honestly very challenging which makes the game better. However, the story in the game just feels like only one place. I was expecting interesting new characters we have not seen before in the tv show, and a well-written story because the Bolt tv series is popular, sometimes it has stretching enemy glitches, does not have a setting for removing black borders, extras felt lacking, and missing, mini-games which is just only maze hacking games but not Bolt survival and finally at the end of the game it has a continuation of the delivery scene after that but with no explanation.

    In closing, this is a great game to play if you loved Bolt even as a kid and an adult. If you want to find a game that makes you feel like a kid again then this is another one of the best games to play.

    I hope Disney makes a sequel or remake for Bolt. I also don't mind Bolt having its own Disney+ TV series spin-off that takes place in the TV show universe. Or just a TV series of Bolt with a normal life alongside Penny and his other friends Mittens and Rhino.    … Expand

Игра предлагает погрузиться в приключения известного по мультфильму персонажа и в очередной раз распутать целую череду интриг и заговоров.

    Игра по мультику Вольт 2008, и вышла 18 а мульт 21 ноября, хм. Можно сказать что сюжет тут ваще другой, в отличии от Мульта, я бы сказал мы скажем так отыгрываем сериального Вольта. Собственно что я и хотел от мульта, но там своя история и о другом.

    Играем мы за двоих персонажей, как за Вольта так и за Пенни. У каждого свои механики, что здорово разбавляет геймплей.
    Пенни это стелс, а Вольт крушить ломать) Правда есть нюансы и вопросы к этим персонажам по их механике. Вольт как по мне слишком долго бьет врагов, в мульте он всех с одного раза валит, а тут... и где ломание шении их мульта?

    Пенни ваще просто доминатор в боевом стиле, я ничего не говорю, но мне кажется надо было сделать чтоб если поймали то геймовер. А по итогу легче попадаться чтоб сыграть мини игру и победить противника. Кстати о мини играх.Ух они тут есть, типа таким образом Пенни взламывает терминалы. И касательно их я не против, просто очень не удобно, тем что мышь не работает, для консолей делалось эх...

    Противники разнообразные, есть как простые, так и не обычные, которые требуют особый подход, но это все касательно геймплея за Вольта. Ну и босы тут тоже есть, но они в основном чуть сложнее, и требуют особую механику, было интересно но мало, 4-5 за игру, и проблем с ними не было. (хотя вспоминаю вертолет на поезде, было трудновато)

    Баги к сожалению 2 поймал, и два раза за Вольта, тем что объект который требовал взаимодействия тупо либо пропал, либо сломался, приходилось проходить заново уровень. Сохранения тут какие то странные, они бесполезны.
    Побываем на 5 локациях: Вилла на остраве, Белиз, Россия, Гонконг, Остров - база злодея.

    К концу игры становилось все труднее и труднее, то Пенни не хотела хвататься, то какие то безумные кульбиты с платформингом, то трудные моменты с противниками. И апогей все этого ласт миссия. Если бы я не вспомнил что там можно было еще прыгать, а нам там и не говорят, то я наверно бросил бы ( Ибо прошел на последней секунде, последний этап, и это без ошибок, Как дети должны были проходить ласт миссию? Это жесть, не люблю таймеры.

    Есть даже миссия там были лазеры, было интересно, но не про то, а что похоже на метал гир солид, навеяло именно эти ассоциации.    … Expand
