    Every piece of Videoball feels crafted for competition, and even when I was getting whipped by the game's AI opponents, it was a joy to play. With the pinpoint control and endless playability of the best arcade sports experiences, the small team at Action Button Entertainment has invented something wonderful and new in Videoball.

    With its distinctively clean retro stylings and deceptively simple set up, Videoball may blindside you with the pace and depth of its gameplay. It's reminiscent of arcade classics, and is easily one of the best multiplayer experiences of the year.

    Incredibly simple to pick up and play, but with the potential for plenty of tactical approaches, Videoball is a great multiplayer game and I’d love to see it hit the esports scene in a big way.

    With a full crew, Videoball is a lot of fun. It hits that difficult-to-balance level of controlled chaos where a lot is happening on screen, but those playing and those watching can keep track of the action. It leaves plenty of room for close calls, last-second saves, and the equivalent of the slam dunk, but playing online proved difficult and the slow firing speed kept me feeling like I was coming up short.

A game of simple design but faultlessly executed and AFAIK very much unique. It's like a combination of Astroids and 2d Pool with an air-hockey style and rules. Great fun to play on own against the CPU and even better with your friends indoors or online. Worth every penny and is a breath of fresh air compared to the majority of over complicated, buggy games that we are all now so so used to.… Expand

    This game is a superb product composed of Fine Materials, with love in (almost) every stitch. The only reason this isn't a 10 is the sad fact that the online netcode is broken beyond use, and the only way to play is to gather locally or to organize online games using 3d party software.
