The game is minimalist, maybe even barebone, but it does not come as a disservice to the gameplay. Rather, it encourages trial and error, making hypothesis and trying to disprove them, and building on previous knowledge, not unlike the scientific method.
The difficulty appears to be well set, though beginners to the genre might have difficulties getting into it. The rules of the levels are quite varied, often playing on the theme of each "world" in different ways, though with some basic rules always coming back on top of them. Still, the levels indexed with "?" will break even those in clever ways, though I don't want to spoil anything.
There is a large number of levels present given the pricetag, though as I've not yet finished the game, I can't yet give an estimate of its total duration. Still, if you're not bothered by the abysmal art direction and the lack of music, and you're a fan of pattern based puzzles where discovering the rules is most of the work, this is a pretty safe buy at the mind bogglingly low price it's currently at.… Expand
