I actually played the sequel Pandora Directive before playing this.

I do remember that this was THE game back when it first came out. One of the first CD-ROM based games that took full advantage of a computer's soundcard and speak system (those available at the time.)

For it's time it was a technical marvel. Today, very dated. Still, even though it is dated it still has a fun story with the lovable Tex Murphy. The acting is so hammy (but this was kinda the norm at the time) but it's also charming and kinda fits in with the style.

    Overall:
Under a Killing Moon didn't really sway me when it first came out, but thanks to the sequel I gave it a shot and I was glad I did.
