    The Massive we remember from Division 1 seems to have disappeared. Definitely, Division I had a lot of problems in the beginning. Server problem, nuclear problem, bug problem, balancing problem, so there was a lot of controversy. However, Messi led Division 1 for 2-3 years, creating a truly complete game after follow-up. Server problems and nuclear issues did not seem to be much of a problem, but other problems made me feel the same deja vu when the initial problems in Division 1 came to the expansion pack. Definitely, the balance before DLC would have been right, defense, weapons, everything upside down, that would have been a new system for fun, but the worst way to do that was to change the balance to the enemy NPC's TTK. Users who were unhappy with the level of difficulty, starting with that part, accidentally found the glitch bug, and naturally many users of Division naturally resorted to abuse to get the fun that Glitch users wanted.
    I admit that I misused the bug. However, Massive has not been able to properly correct the problems of equipment setting or skill errors that occur due to the continued neglect of such problems, lack of active balance and lack of game testing. I think we had no choice but to give the game a good score, as we hugged the disappointment that we expected.    … Expand

    I have been playing this game for 280 hours after the new expansion pack. My SHD level is currently 590. I have farmed my gears enough to clear the most of heroic missions alone easily, and beated every 3 legendendary missions with my friend.

    And of course, I did not get banned since I never exploited with the glitch for a single time.     The player does not get stronger even if optimizes the build. Enemies knock down the player with just one bullet. It takes a lot of fatigue and time to defeat one enemy. Is this really an RPG? Why doesn't the player become stronger after farming?

    The worldview itself is attractive.

    However, the management's ability to operate is a mess. They are very wrong about the direction the game should go. It seems to be seeking a weird role-sharing and hoping for an rpg like WOW.

    And there are numerous bugs being discovered, but they are not responding properly.
    And they blame the users who used the bug.
    In a word, this is INCOMPLETE game.

    The game has endless bugs and the developers are incapable of fixing them. They failed to release content (raid 2) on schedule and created an expansion to revitalize the game. The expansion was great at first but fell off harder than game of thrones.

    ??? : at the moment we're in a wait-and see. We've played quire extensively whth high SHD levels, good builds etc, and so far we want to see if it's more about build optimization. There's better builds out there than what people have made week 1

    This *expansion* pack totally ruined both the game and the very DIVISION. I'm pretty SURE there is no QC/QA part in massive studio. Lots of bugs reoccured with *expansion*pack, NO update for even well-known bug, and nerf, nerf, nerf. I'm strongly recommend this game for user who can spend their time for 99.99% of USELESS drop item(even EXOTIC).

    Extremely poor game. Fully of bugs that the developers know about, but are slow to fix, if at all. No real endgame or meaningful loot progression. By now they have begun to punish the playerbase and ban players who use the many glitches, to at least get a little entertainment out of this mess, as if the poor coding was their fault. I'm done with Ubi and Massive.

    Aside from everything else, it's a game where there's a way to rely on skills. But it doesn't mean anything to the final boss. They themselves now seem to have no idea why they created an RPG-based shooting game. Now it seems that the only thing left is to get Ubisoft Massive to rest in peace.

    I'm addicted to this game. It's been a while since I played, but switching to PC from PS4 with the pre-expansion sale got me addicted again. Going back to New York is awesome, old characters making an appearance is cool. I can't get enough.

    Let me just say that I left Division 2 after the Raid launch disappointed. Poor loot system, complicated perk and talent systems for Recalibration/Unrewarding End Game and a very poor PVP experience. However alot of this has been fixed to a high standard.

    Alot of people complaining about the difficulty because they cant smash higher tiers as soon as the campaign has ended. It's pretty simple, lower your world level and go work on the builds.

Randoms that are sometimes good, usually not. So far in my experience most randoms just follow around, vacuum loot, and absorb xp, rarely actually helping. The difficulty scale is just terrible. It is not uncommon on challenging, or even hard difficulty to get 1 shot by enemies that deal between 1-4 million damage. There is no functioning meta yet, there was no test realm to balance this before release. Now, in 3 or 4 months after some extensive patching, this will likely change.
    Now for the money grubbing part that Ubi seems to require in all their games now. The expansion locks all players who do not own it behind a paywall, so hopefully your friends will pony up, otherwise there is no reason for them to return. On top of that, they have gone to a destiny 2 style season system, except the seasons cost money. So ever 12 weeks or so, they will be asking you to pony up another $20-30 to gain access to... something. It is has not really been made clear yet what. Also to note, this expansion has not yet added a Raid, it does not allow you to upgrade your old exotics (so may as well just throw them away despite the months of farming it took to get them). All in all, I am very sad to see Ubi working hard to destory a game that had so much promise.    … Expand

    It's like The Division 2 with all of the fun hoovered out. If you want to spend hour upon hour making no progress, this this is the game for you. If all you want to do is "stack red" and only play dps, this is the game for you. If you hate variety, this is the game for you. Want trash mod enemies that one shot you? THEN THIS IS THE GAME FOR YOU MY FRIEND!

    The Division 2 was a failure and Ubi's complete lack of understanding of what the players enjoyed and wanted from the first game. This DLC is nothing more than an attempt to tickle some nostalgic feelings except they imported the same nonsense that made this terrible to begin with.

    I’m going to be very honest with you. I’m a huge division fan and have been with the game since day one on and off. As a stand-alone story experience WONY does a great job, the story is cool but my favourite part is the map of New York it’s simply amazing. The new end game level system SHD levels (paragon levels from diablo) is amazing and makes it worthwhile to level in the end game. But my main problem with the game is the overall end game. First off they have not added any new end game activities, it’s the same old dark zone, repeat missions on harder difficulties and do CP-3-4’s. I mean that’s cool and all but a comet expansion like this should have at least included one new activity like survival, underground etc, 1.8 horde mode from division 1, idk man something new. Second of all they made everyone’s previews builds useless so u have to start from scratch, I’m ok with this if the new gear system is actually good but it’s not. We are back to underpowered builds where building full armour makes u do 0 dmg and get 3 hit by a elite enemy or u build full striker build dps and do decent amount of dmg but get 1 hit by anything. Whilst enemies are pure bullet sponges while u have a piece of paper as armour. Idk what massive did but they really messed up the pve balancing. It’s NOT FUN TO PLAY. Even with a fully min maxed builds u will NOT HAVE ANY FUN doing higher level content. Picture day 1 raid difficulty in any mission above hard in a group of 4. Now to conclude, will I still play this games uhh yes, will I have fun doing so umm not as much as vanilla division 2. Until massive can fix the horrible pve balancing issues where you are so underpowered compared to the enemies even on a min maxed build and add a new end game activity I cannot give this expansion a positive rating. It’s a one step forward two steps back kindove dlc. (New Story content lasts ~10 hrs)… Expand

    After having abandoned division 2 due to the incessant grind and tasteless degree of rng I find myself enjoying the simplicity of the new gear system. The story line and main missions are better than anything seen previously in the division franchise. The NY setting is incredible, e.g. the stranded tanker mission. Recommended if you enjoyed the original game.

    The Warlords of New York expansion not only added plenty of enjoyable content to The Division 2, but also sets up the foundations for all updates to follow. Anyone looking for more third person, loot and shoot gameplay will find plenty to enjoy here, with players new and old able to jump in and explore Lower Manhattan.

    Warlords of New York is a welcome addition to The Division 2 and it probably marks the most fun I’ve had with the series to date. While some content falls a little flat, each one of the special encounters is a manic and explosive experience that will bring you to the edge of your seat. The quality of life changes, including the refined loot systems, also breathe life back into one of last year’s more enjoyable looter-shooter titles.
