    Community is biased and extremely toxic on their Official Forums to most new players.

    The game is riddled with Bugs, Invisible Enemies, Stuck Enemies, Unkillable Enemies, Player Punishing End-Game Grind and repetitive play that does NOT reward the player in any way (broken loot table).

    From the previous game Division 1 four years ago and when Division 2 launched.
    And they have to fix everything ALL OVER AGAIN! Plus, revive hive still not working since launch, battlepass rank/progression reset itself, talents on gears not working, gun sounds keep going on even when not using it, NPC stuck behind cannot finish    The same bugs/unbalance issues happen the 3rd time!

    DON'T BUY The Division 2 Warlords of New York. After Bugs->NERFs->Bugs->NERFs... It's not worth your time! These times during a real pandemic are even more precious. These bugs where I can’t proceed, are just wasted hours, wasted minutes that I just can’t spare anymore. I will always be a fan but after this release I think I’m done as a player.

They "designed" a "new" gear system for the game, which is basically copy the gear system in division 1, core attribute, few other attributes, etc. Before they deploy the new system, there is NO PTS ever exist, how could they know that system would work in the division 2, or do PLAYERS accept or like it?
    With the publish of the dlc, they denied all the    __ssive just ruin the whole game. They "designed" a "new" gear system for the game, which is basically copy the gear system in division 1, core attribute, few other attributes, etc. Before they deploy the new system, there is NO PTS ever exist, how could they know that system would work in the division 2, or do PLAYERS accept or like it?
    With the publish of the dlc, they denied all the effort PLAYERS had made in year 1, no matter how good the gear was, how many time you spend to find that perfect roll for your build, it's ALL GONE !
    Beyond that, tons of bugs exist in this dlc, such as the famous one found in the FIRST DAY after the dlc published, most of the player can't talk with NPC to continue their story mission. How could Devs miss that kind of basic function??? Even WITHOUT PTS, Devs should test the game by their own to make sure is a QUALIFIED game/product.
    And now, the __ssive banned all of the player abuse the bug/glitch,for 7 days and rollback their save to 3/17. To be fair, 7 days ban is acceptable. But rollback, before they rollback any of the CHEATERS (who can shoot 100 times faster, make all of the bullet pieces wall, seek emery through wall, etc.), it's ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCEPTABLE.    … Expand

    The Warlords of NY DLC is a continuation of the mess that is the base game. You won’t find any redemption stories here. Massive continues to refuse to fix content, and releases untested, unfinished, messes of a game. It was so bad when the DLC first released you couldn’t even progress the story past the first story checkpoint because of an NPC issue.     Unbelievable imbalance useful gear drop rate against Heroic and legendary difficulty. Terrible bullet sponge philosophy. Quick react to user benefit bug elimination and the other way around for malicious (like Solid Line backpack 10s cool down actually 20s). Waste of money.

The reason we used glitches is that in-game balance is terrible and the drop rate is low as hell.     I just want to say hi to all the people that have brigaded this games reviews after the developer banned players that were logged into a game space in which a glitch was used that caused guns to do god-like damage. Not everyone that used the cheat/glitch was banned (for 7 days- progress reset to pre-patch state) and some got banned for just playing with those that did.

But when u step out of the safe house to the open world you will realize that you are a piece of glass to those enemies if u run full red built (I set the world difficulty to challenging at first because I want better rewards). if u run a blue built, it will take you forever to kill ONE enemy. If you run a yellow built and it must be a good one, you will have a silightly easier game experience but you are also as fragile as glass. Your skills basically are one bullet from enemies. So why is this happening? Because in TU8 enemies have CRAZY amount of armors and damage. If you want to have a better built you will have to do everything in higher difficulty(which the situation are worse) to get better rewards(but even in heroic the rewards are 85% trash). I can take all of that no big deals at first because the update just came out, a lot of works and balancing needs to be done. On March 20th, I knew that there was a damage glitch in the game ( the glitch was there way before) that will provide you crazy amount of damage, i didn't try it at first because i knew there would be consequences. But then basically everyone around me started to use it, I became as one of them on March 26th. During this time Massive were patching these bugs almost every day. Everytime after a maintainance there were new glitches coming out, some of them you even upgraded for us that it's easier to do a damage glitch and stacking multiple talents to one weapon. You can do at least 100 million damage with ease and you can even revive enemies that are DEAD??!! It was hilarious at that time and i was having fun with my friends tbh. Then the penalty came all of those people ( including me) who were using these glitches are banned for 7 days, accounts will roll back to March 17th. I feel a little upset about the roll back but I understand it's not fair to those who didn't use them. But actuallt a lot of people who were not using glitches are banned as well, again, why is this happening? Massive said that we have millions of player base and those players who are banned are not even close to 50% of our player base. ..............Really? That's what you think? Are you counting those players who have left the game a long time ago? We are the only players love the game from the beginning. It took you 2 weeks to fix these glitches in game ( There are still glitches in game by the way) , you didn't even send a warning to all players that if you keep using it we will ban you??? You just went along with it. Most importantly, when are you going to fix the many actual bugs like revive hive and gear sets are not working as intended? So those bugs are not affecting game experience for your players? When are you going to do something about those cheaters who are using cheats to SLAUGHTER players in DZ??? I guess you don't have the ability to do that.
    I just read the upcoming changes on reddit, are you seriously gonna nerf those gears which YOU think are overpowered? DO YOU EVEN PLAY YOUR OWN GAME??!! If you do, please close locking armor and health bar first. TU8 came online without even went to a public test sever huh? You guys really need those money ASAP.
    Massive, just quit, otherwise alot of players will quit because of your actions and decisions. If you do want to get better, please take advices from your "millions of players base". Any normall and delicated player won't be able to understand how you run this ****. If you keep doing things like these, I don't even know what to say, just disapointment. Keep up your exaggerated confidence and poor managment. I will quit until Massive will do something about it. I hope DV2 players could agree with me and quit playing for a while if you want this community to be better(Just a suggestions), let Massvie see what we think and how we feel about the game.    … Expand

    The developers do not fix anything, they just threaten the playerbase. They nerf already weak items and your chance to get a good item is so small you have a better chance of winning a lottery in real life.... that is not sarcastic. Avoid at all costs.

Downgrading is a daily routine Other than M1a and MG5, all the guns have been turned into idiots, but now they are knurled again.I have no intention of upgrading any weapons other than rifles. You don't have the least courtesy or respect for us. Go to hell!

    The Warlords of New York expansion not only added plenty of enjoyable content to The Division 2, but also sets up the foundations for all updates to follow. Anyone looking for more third person, loot and shoot gameplay will find plenty to enjoy here, with players new and old able to jump in and explore Lower Manhattan.

    Warlords of New York is a welcome addition to The Division 2 and it probably marks the most fun I’ve had with the series to date. While some content falls a little flat, each one of the special encounters is a manic and explosive experience that will bring you to the edge of your seat. The quality of life changes, including the refined loot systems, also breathe life back into one of last year’s more enjoyable looter-shooter titles.
