I’ve played every game in The Room series so far and I just can’t get enough, Fireproof Games have delivered yet another great port built from the ground up for PC. The Room 4: Old Sins is by far the best one to date; the story, gameplay, and atmosphere all tie together perfectly to create a mysterious story and Lovecraftian vibe. I hope for the next instalment they will push the series even further giving us a deeper look into this world and its mysteries.

Though a bit of puzzle repetition has begun to creep in, this fourth entry into Fireproof’s excellent The Room series otherwise continues to innovate with inventive challenges and interesting locations, all contained within a single dollhouse.

As always, playing The Room is an amazing experience that balances thinking, feeling, and a little something else I cannot describe. From start to finish the game submerges you into a universe you cannot fully understand, yet you play by it's rules. Definilety one of the best puzzle games but it is a little short too. Expand

They return to the perfect formula for this game that made it great since the start; pure puzzle solving with great atmosphere and not unnecessary fast pacing like the end of the third (or being rushed like the 2nd). The only imperfect thing about it is that it's not too original even though that's subjective because what the 1st was is still great. Expand

    Room 4: Old Sins, The | 2021 | PC | Played for: 5h

Another awesome entry in the puzzle series. This game feels more detached from the previous entries and also a bit shorter than Room 2 or 3. The attention to detail is on par with what the series provided so far. If you enjoyed the previous games this one is the logical continuation.

Good puzzle game. This one is very easy than the old games but still playable.
