    Synced offers many hours of fun for free in its campaign and PvP modes but there are too many currencies and a gotcha system behind which are locked the best weapons in the game.

    Synced is a free to play shooter characterized by solid gameplay and interesting roguelite mechanics, which however give way to some problems related to the progression system and the underlying repetitiveness of the proposed activities. Despite all the defects, however, the Level Infinite title offers a pleasant experience to play in the company of a group of friends, also thanks to the lack of aggressiveness of the in-app purchases.

    I do think Synced has potential. Its premise is unique and interesting, its characters are fun to play as and the gunplay remains solid for the most part. However, as of right now it does appear to be quite bare bones. You are getting the game for free, so there's bonus points for that, but those points are immediately countered by the rampant monetisation that hits you right off the bat.
