    i didnt play it when it came out but as of now, its fine? i dont hate the game and i dont mind starting it up and playing it for an hour or two

    Lleno de bugs, campaña corta y mala, online injugable.

    After the tragic launch of BF II, EA managed to overhaul the entire progression system and relaunch the game. It is, however, visible that Battlefront II is an incoherent game that was done in a slapdash way. It lacks any progress apart from the cards. Its predecessor was way better in this area.     7.5/10 • Yoda Yoda. I'm no Star Wars fan but this is a pretty good game. It's very impressive visually and the gameplay is good for the most part. The campaign is quite short and the story is a little fragmented but it's fun to play.

    Fun and versatile game that brings Star Wars Flair with it. If you Like the Star wars universe and Shooters Like Battlefield you will love it. Looks good even though the engine feels a bit stiff and chunky in some Situations. The very different modi bring variety and ist easy to find a Match within 1min even 4 years after release.

    I have only played this game's campaign, but I have to say, I was quite surprised by the quality. DICE often do underrated campaigns, but given the backlash against this game and the focus on multiplayer I was apprehensive about it. The campaign is done really well, with decent level design and storytelling. It's also one of the only games I've played on PC that natively supports HDR without having to force it through Windows. So from a technical standpoint and for single player content alone, I highly recommend this game. The controls are great whether on mouse & keyboard or controller. I haven't played the multiplayer so I won't comment on that, but it's a shame that the game's campaign was overshadowed by terrible monetisation practices in the multiplayer.… Expand

    В прошлом (2017) доната было куча, донат решал всё! И он был очень дорогой что аж не хотелось играть, но сейчас убрали донат и это очень хорошо! Но горе осталось!

    Yes, when the Game came out it was a pile of **** but now it's decent. The grahpics are phenomenal, there are no Lootboxes anymore, and its fun for a few hours. When it's on sale on steam or free on Epic Games, you should definitely buy it.

    Got it free on Epic so I can't complain too much.
    I missed the whole P2W debacle when the game come out.
    Any how I played it maybe 40 hours, but the problem is there are too many hacks in the PVP games.
    Their pitiful anticheat can't keep up with it.
    You can always play the 4 PVE at least and you level super fast.

    First up im biased because im a massive pre Disney SW fan. Got this 4 free from epic games with the celebration edition. Would recommend if you can get it for max. 10 bucks for the **** and giggles but not engaging enough for long term investment
    +/-decent gameplay especially shooting mechanics, but very much lacking in depth

В целом, нот бэд игра, сингл шляпа, но если давно в каловдутие не играли, и соскучились по подобным играм, то чо бы и нет, большинство же так или иначе берут такие игры ради мульта.     It is a great shooting game and fun to play but most the time you get haunted by players who is full lvl and spawn camped this stuff is gettting all the fun from the game.

    This also leads in to heavily increased mid-match joining to the losing team and there we have slapped togeather over-all very tasteless gaming experience right after the initial exitement wears off (about 40h was fun).     Please try Heros Vs Villains that is actually the best mode of this game. Just learn the advanced hero fighting like parry/riposte (originally glitch but now days feature) and camera flicker dodges and this mode actually is very skill based and rewarding.

    2/10 for main gun mode + 8/10 for heros vs villain = 5/10    … Expand

    Resurrection is a nice idea, though it's way to short and has the same problems as the main campaign. Collectibles are alright. Gameplay is decent.

    Hikayesini bitirdim. Gerçek bir star wars filmi kalitesizliği ve saçmalığında. Absürt ve alakasız olaylar, mantıksız aksiyon sahneleri gırla. Birbirinin aynısı olan ve sürekli tekrar eden koruma ve ele geçirme görevleri bayıyor. Grafik ve sinematik kalitesi iyi.

    Technically marvelous game. Fun multiplayer but boring singleplayer. Buy it if only a Star Wars fan. Otherwise, just buy Battlefield instead

    Mixed feelings here. On the one hand, it's a very well done narration of wars in Star Wars, I love the variability of content. But sadly the multiplayer works not so good and the campaign is way too short.

    I really love this game probably the funniest game for star wars right now, but obviously, star wars battlefront 2 classic is better. The only reason I keep playing is that a lot of people are still playing it not many people are playing the classic version of Star Wars Battlefront 2. I don't know what was going through Disney's tiny little **** mouse brain when they signed the rights to Star wars away like the devs from star wars battlefront 2 classics were making The 3RD GAME and then they just signed the rights away like bruh how **** mental are you. The first 2 games from the battlefront series were great even in 2020 there still great and the game out in the mid-2000s. When star wars battlefront 1 and 2 came out they had less **** content than a game made in **** 2005 like bruh. Honestly, Disney should just give the rights to star wars to the same devs that made star wars battlefront 1 and 2 classics. Star wars battlefront 2 2018 is a good game but beware of **** lootboxes… Expand

    I mean its obvious that they made this game to be an online game which I think is good at being one they don't even show you how to play singleplayer I think they just made single-player so fans can STFU
    but I think online is great
    online has some problems too such as not finding players and servers even tho it has players and sometimes it says finding x amount of player but it never does

    This game is a generic multiplayer shooter , with working single player, which I would give 7/10; and was enjoyable.

    In saying that I would add at least another 1 point, maybe more, if you are a Star wars fan, given all the weapons and units and uniquely recognisable characters that become available from that particular universe; it is quite impressive to see that amount of stuff on the same battlefield at the same time -and is quite Epic (not always at same time of course - many maps vary). It is also very well polished, as you would expect from an AAA game.

    But without the skins and judging absolutely from merit, it is a decent multiplayer game on a grand scale – because of this scale, it can be hard to see what effect you are having on any particular game – that is my friend and I, felt whilst playing. The focus is on bullet spongey characters, their skills and some how doing enough damage to compete with your team-members to afford to 'buy' a 'force user'(Jedi or Sithlord etc) - although there are plenty of other special units to use, which was good.

    The single player was playable and most certainly gives an idea of what some characters can do if you were to use them in the multiplayer theatre and would probably be very interesting to those who like story or are interested in Star Wars.    … Expand

    This game has improved a lot since it came out. Micro transactions got scrapped so now you have to earn everything in the game. The gunplay is really fun, but the main problem with this game is that there just aren't enough modes. Supremacy is the only real mode that people play anymore and those games can go on for 2+ hours. Heroes vs. Villains is my favorite gamemode is theory, but inThis game has improved a lot since it came out. Micro transactions got scrapped so now you have to earn everything in the game. If one team has someone who is not good, that team is going to lose no matter what, because the precision radar allows the game to basically be a 3v4.     Apart from the great Starfighter Assault mode Battlefront II is a mess of conflicting ideas, uneven mechanics and of course questionable monetization practices. DICE is facing long months of salvaging the game and the studio’s good name. [01/2018, p.32]

    Even the tinsel of the Star Wars world cannot hide the silly story and the boring singleplayer gameplay, or the necessity to accumulate the credits in the crate hunting in multiplayer. Battlefront II pleases as a genuine shooter in the beautiful scenery, but EA should deserve a slap into the face for their mad progression system.
