May 20, 2025Playing the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. trilogy in 2025 is like experiencing a piece of gaming history. Its somewhat clunky controls, outdated interface, and occasional glitches are reminders of a bygone era. But paradoxically, these elements contribute to that unique atmosphere of post-Soviet desolation that few games have managed to replicate.

Jul 7, 2025Despite all the warts, the original STALKER trilogy is still incredible. By extension, these games are also incredible, but they’re held back by some weird choices, strict modding guidelines and some rough optimisations. Time will tell how they turn out.
