Apr 2, 2025Even with the keyboard and mouse control issues I do like this game a lot because game play is right up my alley. It's an interesting subject and there is a very well developed story that includes a great team history for your team along with the other sports establishments that you work on. The game looks and sounds good as well, and all in all Sports: Renovations is a solid entry in to the sports rebuilding genre of PC games. It just might need a few tweaks.

Mar 28, 2025Sports: Renovation is a cool take on the cleaning simulation genre. Its love for sports emanates in just about every corner of the game, across multiple levels. It can be clumsy at times, but it’ll eat up your time like no tomorrow. Put on some headphones, learn about sports, and scrub those venue floors clean.

Mar 31, 2025Rough around the edges, Sports: Renovations is far from best game in the renovation sim genre, but it's saved by its interesting collection of locations. Fixing up a boxing gym or a swimming pool certainly beats a kitchen or living room. It's just a shame there's not a great amount of finesse in the tools you use.

Apr 15, 2025Sports: Renovations isn’t a bad game—but it’s definitely one you play with Netflix on. Instructions are vague, the story is easy to skip, and even finishing your main goal early earns no acknowledgment. There’s solid voice acting and some charm in the radio broadcasts, but most players will miss it while zoning out or playing their own music. There's no reward for creativity, and your effort rarely matters. I’m not sure who the target audience is—sports fans or dad game fans—but merging the two doesn’t quite land. Still, if you just want something low-pressure to unwind with (and you dodge the glitches), it’s a decent time-waster.
