    Something has broken through the veil that separates the world of Fiara from the Demon Realm. Following an influx of demons being let loose by an unknown event, the Highmark is in upheaval.

    Trolls pour down the mountains, driven from their ancestral homes, and lay waste to the cities and settlements of the Highmark and the Dwarven lands. Demon lords have set up their domains in plain sight, imposing their cruel reign and extracting the very essence of the land for their nefarious purposes.

    Will these new powers be an ally or an enemy to you? Where some see only danger, the clever mage spots an opportunity. Find a way to tame the troll hordes and bring them under your command, ally yourself with demons and profit from their vast powers – if you are willing to pay the price.

    Like all the great expansions, Demon Scourge takes all the best parts of the base game and gives players new ways to experience them. While the new Demonologist is sure to get much of my attention for the time being, I’m also very eager to run back through the game as an Alchemist, mixing up industrial quantities of Sacred Water to splash in the Demon Lords’ faces, or an Artificer kitting out Troll soldiers with the best Glyphs available. This DLC is the perfect reason to reinstall SpellForce: Conquest of Eo, or to try it for the first time.

    Demon Scourge conjures up an incredible DLC from the strengths of the base game, encouraging a new playthrough.

    The successful Heroes of Might and Magic clone adds a hell of a lot of extra content in the new DLC for a good price. One more move and he's really going to sleep.

    It may just be that the Demonologist’s playstyle is a great fit for me, but I’ve had a lot more fun with the DLC than just the base game, which itself has been polished and fleshed out since launch. Coming with a ton of exciting content, SpellForce: Conquest of Eo – Demon Scourge offers fantastic bang for your buck and should give anyone who bounced off the base game a reason to come by for a second look – you might accidentally team up with the Demonlord to conquer the world and get hooked to play another campaign. Devious!
