    Sonic Adventure DX is an amazing addition to the Sonic the Hedgehog series. The game has revolutionized the series with its new look, new and expanded gameplay, groundbreaking visuals compared to older games, a decent change to the music, and a well developed storyline that revolves around each and every character with their own role in the storyline.     This brilliant port of an ingenious Dreamcast classic has gotten some flack. Why? Because it doesn't want to ruin the graphics by stretching. Ugh. PEOPLE. To me, it's the classic, in all of it's glory; maybe even better. Framerate issues aside, I can definitely say that this is an easy recommendation.

    This game one of best Sonic games and this game is very interesting . Amazing graphics for his years , one of best Sonic storyline and gameplay is very awesome . Many levels . My favourite are Emerald Coast , in the sky , final egg and icecap , Casino , lost world and speedway highway .

    Jogo incrível e que marcou historia, saiu muito bem do 2d para o 3d, o jogo do dreamcast perfeito, diferente do adventure 2 o 1 nao te obriga diretamente a jogar com outros personagens como fazer voce caçar esmeraldas, mas peca em ter os mapas de exploração

    Mega geiles Spiel!!! Mein zweitliebstes 3d Sonic!! Es hat mega gutes und abwechslungsreiches Gameplay mit einer sehr schönen Oberwelt und 7 Storys! DIe Musik ist auch geil und die Grafik gefällt mir auch so wie sie ist! Also ich liebe dieses Spiel

    It maybe the nostalgia of this originally being my first Gamecube game when I was 9, but I just can never dismiss Sonic Adventure as a disappointment. As a reissue on Steam within a year of SA2 HD though, without modding it, it comes out as more drab and flat than I expected.

    This is a great game, letting you play as one of the character's stories to beat Dr. Eggman. The graphics are great for its time, and the gameplay is very fun and enjoyable. Asides from some strange mouth graphics, it's a great game that you should try for yourself, even though the game came out over 20 years ago!

    The fact that this port doesn't have proper widescreen is strange. The fact that there is a game breaking glitch in Tail's campaign unless BetterSADX is installed is unacceptable. The gameplay styles are mixed, some crazy fun like Sonic, Tails, Knuckles and Omega, but clunky borefests like Amy and Big. And yet, I can't stay mad at this game.

    This is the best game imaginable to play with friends at your side. They can laugh their butts off watching the absolutely hilarious cut-scenes. They can make fun of the ridiculous poorly paced plot, they can glitch out the game by falling through geometry they weren't supposed to, increasing the laughs tenfold. And at the same time, they can genuinely enjoy the gameplay. Whether its enjoying a mix of speed and platforming as Sonic, breaking levels in half with Tails, blowing up everything in the surprisingly fun Omega stages, or just exploring around with Knuckles, there's plenty of different game styles for passing the controller around the room.

    After making it through to the end and hearing the opening theme blaring full force as I smashed Chaos for the last time, I was surprised to see that despite all the clear flaws in this game, I hardly ever found myself bored here. The point of a game is to entertain. Whether it accomplishes that with intentional or unintentional ways, it gets the job done, and puts a smile on your face like any good game should. Sure its cheese. But damn if this cheese doesn't taste good.    … Expand

    Although I particularly prefer the original version, this one is not all bad, even with the textures and lighting inferior to that of Dreamcast, besides having more bugs, it is still Sonic Adventure. Several playable characters, each with their mechanics and history that connect throughout the game and at the end, and also from the striking hub worlds.

    I recommend.

    O jogo é bom, mas possui alguns bugs estranhos. Graficamente falando é bonito e possui uma ótima trilha sonora, o enredo também é muito bem trabalhado.

Big Can...Fish, Yeah His Gameplay Mechanic Is That He Can Fish For His Frog Called Froggy. E-102 Gamma Is About SHOOTING AND KILLING HIS OWN BROTHERS!!!! To Save The Animals From Inside Them. Levels Are Very Fun And Creative, One Momment You In A Big City At Night,And The Next You're Back in Ice Cap Zone. Now I Just Reviewd the Dreamcast Version But This Port. Ruined The Graphics,Not In Widescreen,And Messed Up The Textures Of Some Parts Of The Game. The Port Job Is Garbo. But Since This Is On PC, Mods Make It Widescreen And Fix Up The Graphics. The Original Sonic Adventure Is 7/10. The Port Is Only Slightly Better Because Of The Mods.… Expand

Level designs have a lot of thought put into it to help sell the fluidity and exploration of the Sonic game-play. However, Some of the set-pieces kind of feel a little outdated just by a bit, and the rest of the game needs a little bit more tuning/trimming of fat. BesidesThe controls are smooth and perfectly tuned to maximize the experience for those going through the Sonic Story segment. Level designs have a lot of thought put into it to help sell the fluidity and exploration of the Sonic game-play.     Probably one of my favorite Sonic games of all time, I might like it even more than sonic adventure 2.

    If I could, I'd give this game higher, for people who don't like this game, I'd recommend using mods for the game, SADX is a good mod manager for the game, it really improves the framerate, graphics, gameplay, everything about it.
