True, there are only three levels to this game, and the in-game options are very minimalistic, but for straightforward, no frills, advanced level players, the game is fine. I only play on the hard level and it is quite difficult to beat. An average player would probably eschew this version for something else like, say, Scrabble Plus or Scrabble Interactive 2009. If you're up for a healthy challenge this version might suffice. Expand

If you've never played the board game, this is a capable option for learning the game. However, graphically it's quite bland and at the end of the day, it's one of probably hundreds of Scrabble games. This one isn't horrible, but it's not good either.

What it is, is very expensive for a casual word game. I don't think they get that the Scrabble brand name doesn't carry the weight that it once did and that there are hundreds of free-to-play word games available as alternatives.

Absolutely dreadful. Only 3 difficulty levels for computer opponents which seem to be lobotomized chimp, grade school kid and Nigel Richards.Absolutely dreadful. Only 3 difficulty levels for computer opponents which seem to be lobotomized chimp, grade school kid and Nigel Richards. Dull presentation, interface makes you drag one tile at a time, no tutorials, no access to word lists, no online multiplayer (try www.isc.ro) Lazy, boring and cynical. Scrabble deserves better than this Hasbro. Give the license to someone who isn't going to let a hungover intern design it. Expand

Completely worthless. The multiplayer is not multiplayer. You take "turns". No online option, either. Do not waste your money on this pile of garbage.
