I keep replaying the episodes to find new (for me) dialogue lines and words (I'm not a native English speaker). light ironic/sarcastic humor of the series held up surprisingly well!    Sam & Max season one is such an underrated telltale game. if you want to play the best version, DO NOT buy the Wii version, only the PC. Sam & Max is a typical adventure game with weird puzzles and exploration but it's also like a TV show with an opening each episode. The game has some really funny jokes and humor. Sometimes the puzzles are a bit confusing (like all adventure game) but don't be ashamed by looking at a guide or something, it won't ruin your surprise. all of the characters are lovable and act differently. Each episode has a story of it's own like a police show, but every season there is also a story arch that ends in the end. Buy it or at least buy it on steam sale.… Expand

   Not as good as other Telltale Games, as the characters are in my opinion not that memorable and the humour is very often really hard toNot as good as other Telltale Games, as the characters are in my opinion not that memorable and the humour is very often really hard to understand for a non-native English speaker, but it is not that bad either. Actually, this is probably the hardest-to-understand-jokes game I've played so far, as the English in this game is on a pretty high level. Otherwise, it's your typical point-and-click adventure game, Each episode takes place mostly in the same locations and you mostly meet the same characters. It is quite easy to get stuck on this game and not know what to do, but if you are better at these games than I am, prepare to breeze through this game at the speed of light, taking around 90 minutes with each episode.… Expand
