keyboard controls aren't redefinable.....if you don't play with wasd you're screwed....if you don't like the control setup you're screwed.....this is absolutely unacceptable in this time and age.

unplayable due to the fact that you can't rebind the keys. this is UNACCEPTABLE. how is it possible that a necessary feature like that isn't available, is beyond me.

You make 2 minutes : the others do 1:50, you finish 6th.
You make 1:50 minutes : the others do 1:40, you finish 6th.
You make 1:40 minutes : the others do 1:30, you finish 6th. etc etc I thought that kind of games had ceased existing a long time ago. Apparently not. Very deceived of the money and the time spent on such a thing. Devs will probably talk about "apprenticeship".

Devs will probably talk about "apprenticeship". There's no apprenticeship here. The faster you go, the faster your opponents go. It was even impossible to finish the FIRST race, even after many and many tries (probably one hundred).

again a remake, nothing to say about graphic (we are in 2016/17 it's normal). Who is the genius who thought to put levels in a running game? It seems a game made by boys who have just learned to use a professional programs.

Nothing special again. This is the same **** over... and over... and over again..
The concepts are actually good, but the gameplay doesn't work well at all. There are so many problems in the races, like the power ups which you do not understand how to take them or how to activate them, and the levels... levels in a running game are like a rock in the Ass...

No borderless window without ini editing. Fullscreen runs at 30fps and windowed mode had no resolution or window size option. Good game ruined by bad coding of options, if fixed will raise my score.

Can't even start the game. The Game starts and my browser opens a website to epic games where I have to login to epic games , even when I started the game trough the epic launcher. After the login I get a "Fatal Error" Message.

i wish i could say that i enjoy this game, i wish i could. but even if i wanted to, i couldn't see a single 60fps frame. my pc isn't weak, it can run most modern games at 1080p medium 30, but this relatively old game, that isn't all too techincally impressive, can't run at 720p low 60.
frick this game, wish it was better, it looks kinda fun. shame i cant play it

Redout is one of the most delightfully high-octane, edge-of-my-seat racing games in recent memory. It’s a thrilling adrenaline rush of an experience. It’s a finely-tuned joyride that’s been polished and balanced until it shines in a cornucopia of flashy colours.

Intense anti-grav racing for the purist who values speed and control over all distractions.

In the end, Redout is a very good racing game. It may not introduce anything completely new or revolutionize the genre, but it nails the fundamentals so well that fans will be glad that it exists. It has a great presentation and a decent track selection, while the amount of modes almost makes up for the lack of online community. If Redout represents the start of a comeback for futuristic racing, it is a good one, and genre fans will do well to pick it up.
