  • Summary: Our heroine awakes to find herself in an unfamiliar land. She has no memories at all, not even knowing her own name.

    Our heroine runs for her life through the unknown streets, only to run headfirst into another stranger. Fortunately for her, this man is the don of the mafia famiglia Oz. With no love for would-be murderers of innocent women, he drives off her attacker and takes her underneath his famiglia's wing.

    This is hardly the end of her troubles, however. Famiglia Oz is but one of many different mafia famiglie in town, and bitter conflicts for territory rage eternally between them all.

    It is in this war-torn town that our rootless heroine must find her way. Who amongst the mafias simply seeks to use her for their own ends, and who can she truly come to trust... and even love?    … Expand

    Sometimes sappy and sweet - and at other times terrifying - OZMAFIA!! is one experience that otome fans aren’t likely to forget anytime soon.

    It's hard not to be charmed by OZMAFIA!!'s out-there concept and larger-than-life characters. It's got a beauty contest in which you compete against a sunhat-clad duck, for goodness' sake.

    Thanks to MangaGamer I've been eyeing this game for a long while after the localization was announced and finally got my hands on it thanks toThanks to MangaGamer I've been eyeing this game for a long while after the localization was announced and finally got my hands on it thanks to Steam sale! :) I've only just finished collecting all of the CGs for the 3 main guys but I already love the whole setup of this game; the whole Wizard of Oz element was a nice twist since you don't see many Western references in Japanese games. Honestly I've never encountered a otome game with so many choices before (especially the triangle relationship) so it's a nice change of pace for a game of this genre. I absolutely love the character art (one of the main reasons I was attracted) and while not the entire game is voiced I at least like how important conversations are voiced; personally for me when it comes to visual novels I do like to read a lot while the voicing is an added bonus! Despite what people may say about this game and/or otherwise if your a true otome gamer you have to give this game a try and enjoy it like the rest of us :D… Expand
