What matters most, though, is how well OOTP 19 delivers in terms of giving you full — and I do mean full — control over your favourite baseball franchise. And, unsurprisingly, it delivers a comprehensive experience, as it has for years now. Whether you want to build your team from scratch or take over the reins of your current favourite, you can do that here, and you’ll probably sink hours and hours and hours into it in the process.

Out of the Park Baseball 19 keeps its excellence intact while molding some big updates and changes around its core product. The addition of 3D game display is very welcome, but the game leaves its biggest change still on the table with plenty of questions surrounding it.

A display crowded with as much information as possible may keep some from giving Out of the Park Baseball 19 the chance it so rightfully deserves, but try it out and you’ll find the title has plenty to offer the baseball rookie and veteran alike.

Nice graphical upgrade from 18. Game plays true to its baseball roots. Ai is surprisingly robust (bases loaded grounded into 5-2-3 DP). GreatNice graphical upgrade from 18. However, after many seasons of enjoyment in the space of a year, my steam-based version of the game force-updated and suddenly a couple of minor bugs sprang up. Plus my manager (my alter-ego) who had up to then been a perennial world series contender then slowly but surely lost his grip on what it takes spot and nourish talented players, leading ultimately to year after year of second division finishes. LOL it was as though the game was patched in such a way that it would no longer be enjoyable - the solution being to buy the newest version of the game ? Expand

Also, it would freeze up, kick me back to my desk top, or wouldn't advance. I'm using a relatively new gaming laptop. I haven't had any problems with other games. I gave up on OOTP 19 and deleted it from my computer. Luckily I only paid $5 for this game; it isn't worth 5 cents. Expand
