Apr 24, 2025While reality can be highly subjective, it’s an objective truth that Out of Hands is a must-play deckbuilder. It’s compelling, darkly mysterious, and superbly engaging. Even if you’re not a huge adherent of the genre, there’s multiple difficulties to help you get your bearings, and tons of challenge for old veterans. As someone who’s always on the hunt for the next great game in the deckbuilder genre, I’m now paying close attention to whatever comes next from this talented developer.

Apr 22, 2025An unbelievably impressive title, Out of Hands takes a saturated genre and breathes life into it in such a unique manner.

May 1, 2025Out of Hands is imperfect and perfect at the same time, uncomfortable on purpose, but above all deeply fascinating. It is a narrative experiment disguised as a deck-builder, which finds in surreal exposition and dreamlike narration a very strong identity and, for this reason, is not suitable for everyone. It does not revolutionize the deck-builder game genre, but it can be unforgettable for those who love unique experiences that leave a strange feeling, like those disturbing dreams of which in the morning you only remember a few fragments.

Apr 29, 2025Out Of Hands blends its card-based combat and narrative into a cohesive whole, leaving a lasting impression with its surreal, psychological horror atmosphere.
