Jan 4, 2020Well written and well told story that moves you. Enjoyable and engaging combat and gameplay. Can't wait to play the sequel.
-
Jan 1, 2020Good game with a beautiful soundtrack.
Very cliché story, and a pretty tedious start, but as the difficulty grows, so does the player's interest. -
Dec 20, 2019Really good platformer, with beautiful quirky graphics. Great story and atmosphere.
-
Dec 14, 2019Bella l'ambientazione e la grafica ma, a lungo andare, il gioco diventa monotono e noioso.
-
Dec 5, 2019A masterpiece of a game. I gave 10 for the soundtrack, gameplay, characters and story. Everything is so flawlessly done, props to Moon Studios.

Jan 8, 2018Beautiful and well made 2D type of game with interesting story, gorgeous art, amazing soundtrack and likeable characters.
I had never liked 2D game so much like this one. Simply - masterpiece. -
Jan 7, 2018Companies need to take note of this game to make their own games because if you can say someting is that this game was done with love, tons of it. I had so much pleasure playing this game it is unreal. Graphics, gameplay, story the game has it. 100% recommended.

Nov 19, 2017Everything in this game is magical the music the gameplay and world design. Solid controls and gameplay. Cool puzzles and its not repetitive because every stage is very unique and amazing. The story is emotional and fine.
its one of the best 2D Platformer I've played if not the best and not only that but one of the best games. Every real gamer should fall in love with this piece of art. -
Oct 12, 2017One of the best games I've ever played if not THE BEST. Incredible mix of platform, story and music. The best quality in EVERYTHING, animations, soundtrack, playability, anything you want

Jul 31, 2017I find the gameplay of Ori extremely boring, the mechanic is overused and gets old fast and it uses too many buttons... graphics are gorgeous but soon you realise everything looks the same and the shade is a tiresome effect. The floaty platafforming is something I cannot stand even on SNES Donkey Kong. And you reccomend it just for the first level... talk about low standards

Feb 9, 2017Very amazing and beautiful game, beautiful story and adorable characters. I loved every minute of it. The endings of first and second parts were a little difficult and got somewhat frustrating, kind of wanted to smash my gamepad a couple times, but you overcome it! Highly recommend it!

Apr 19, 2015Playing Ori and the Blind Forest is akin to having a piano lesson — it is fun only when you press exactly the right keys. Get off the mark for just a split second, and the entrancing melody is gone, the tempo is ruined, and all you can hear is the sound of your fingers frantically tapping the keys.

Apr 13, 2015At first, Ori looks like a very easy game. But that’s a deception: the further you go into the forest, the louder cracking of your thumbs will become. Our condolences go to anyone who will try to beat Ori on keyboard+mouse combo instead of gamepad. [May 2015, p.71]

Apr 6, 2015If you’d asked me back in the Super Nintendo days what video games would look like in the future, I imagine that I might have pictured something just like [Ori]. That is to say, something with the visual resonance of a masterfully animated film.
