Sep 7, 2020Very overrated. It's just a basic platformer with nice visuals. I'm not sure if I bother playing more this kind of games.

Jul 31, 2017I find the gameplay of Ori extremely boring, the mechanic is overused and gets old fast and it uses too many buttons... graphics are gorgeous but soon you realise everything looks the same and the shade is a tiresome effect. The floaty platafforming is something I cannot stand even on SNES Donkey Kong. And you reccomend it just for the first level... talk about low standards

Nov 23, 2021Oyun gereksiz zor, öğretici öğe barındırmıyor sıkıştığımız yerde ipucu vermiyor mal mal geziyoruz haritada.

Apr 12, 2020Very very very BAD game :
- everything looks the same...
- very hard and irritating
- a very small mistake and you will restart the same long sequence over and over and over and over again -
Nov 28, 2015The game is initially very cute and captivating. As you progress, its getting so hard and irritating so that you can't see its beauty any more and merely struggle not to chuck the controller to the screen. One small mistake and you have to restart the same long sequence of actions over and over and over and over again - extremely frustrating. I should have read the rewiews before buying the game.

Mar 11, 2015you can't redefine controls....only choose if you're using a qwerty or azerty keyboard.dear developers, not everyone uses the same control scheme and releasing a game without the option to redefine your keyboard is not acceptable.

Oct 24, 2021Worst game, almost broke my keyboard while trying to play this. Dropped this at water tree flood, its impossible to pass. I dont know who can really like games of this genre, its looks like kinda masochism.

Jun 25, 2023It was ok for me - very pretty with nice music, but if you are not a fan of platformers (like me) this one might seem quite annoying at times with not much of a reward for when you beat a certain part of it.

May 7, 2023I don't like Ori and the blind forest, despite what most people say about the game. The graphics are weird, the gameplay is a little dull. The story is something more like a Studio Ghibli type of thing, which while engaging in a movie i can't say the same for a game (well, at least THIS game). What a shame

Apr 19, 2015Playing Ori and the Blind Forest is akin to having a piano lesson — it is fun only when you press exactly the right keys. Get off the mark for just a split second, and the entrancing melody is gone, the tempo is ruined, and all you can hear is the sound of your fingers frantically tapping the keys.

Apr 13, 2015At first, Ori looks like a very easy game. But that’s a deception: the further you go into the forest, the louder cracking of your thumbs will become. Our condolences go to anyone who will try to beat Ori on keyboard+mouse combo instead of gamepad. [May 2015, p.71]

Apr 6, 2015If you’d asked me back in the Super Nintendo days what video games would look like in the future, I imagine that I might have pictured something just like [Ori]. That is to say, something with the visual resonance of a masterfully animated film.
