For a couple of afternoons it's quite fun, but without multiplayer, there is just no re-playability here. If this title had been released about 3-4 years ago it would have scored an 8 or so. But with today's games it just doesn't compare.

As a pure, seven-hour-long shooting gallery, Marine Heavy Gunner has its moments. But so do a thousand other games, many of which also sport multiplayer modes--something this game lacks.

It is very rare to find a modern FPS that has absolutely no multiplayer compatibility at all but I guess theres a first for everything.

The actual gameplay and overall feel of moving your character is somewhat reminiscent of the feel of the Unreal series but nowhere near the same level of fluidity.
