Oct 28, 2015Knee Depp is a creative indie with stellar story, pulpy dialogue and serviceable voice acting.

Jun 30, 2015Those looking for a narrative video game with distinctly slick presentation will no doubt look at Knee Deep, Act 1: Wonderland with excitement. It does not quite live up to expectations, but then again, this is just the start of a larger series.
-
Jul 8, 2015Knee Deep, Act One: Wonderland at least has me hooked for the second installment, so it’s doing plenty right. Despite its missed opportunities, it still manages to entertain, and I’m eager to find out more about Cypress Knee’s sinister secrets. Hell, I dig it a lot more than Life Is Strange, I can say that much.

CD-ActionSep 18, 2015Taking part in this virtual play was fun, but the story lacks pace (apart from the ending), the visuals are far from stunning and the game could use voice acting. [09/2015, p.67]
-
Jul 11, 2015Though it doesn't seem to do as much as it could with its 'critical' dialogue choices, Knee Deep's (literal) theatrical staging and quirky, pseudo-noir plot make it a compelling curiosity in the Telltale vein.
-
Jul 20, 2015Knee Deep is at best ankle-high. It’s shallow, and it constantly flops between making fun of gossip and a perpetuator of it.
