MikeSNov 7, 2009When compared to Left 4 Dead and Left 4 Dead 2, Killing floor looks puny and not worth buying. Killing Floor offers many things that make the game fun and full of replayability. The game comes with 10 or so different characters that are stuck in certain maps, made by Tripwire or the community. The story line is barely present, but neither was Left 4 Dead

ChristopherNaNov 4, 2009I don't like repatative game plays but it's cheaper and similar to l4d. Thank god the price is so cheap. I actually had more fun on this than l4d. More people online and more cahos.

TMNov 4, 2009Great game! The latest update has included more levels, another perk class, a new infected and a crap load more guns! This game just got alot better.

errorNov 4, 2009Classic shootemup gameplay mixed with co-op, constant updates, and balancing gameplay makes for a great replayable game.

[ANONYMOUS]Nov 3, 2009Awesome game. Prefer it to Left4Dead. Fun and intense co-op gameplay. Lacks much content but for $20 (or less if on sale) it's just right.

dudedOct 30, 2009The game is fun, that graphic are good, unless you compare it to crysis, and other high end graphic physic games. It great to play with friends and other people because it so addictive and almost happins twice in the game but sometimes does.

SalvadorMBOct 29, 2009As some have stated, this is a love it or hate it game. The idea of comparing killing floor with L4D is absurd, the only similarity in game play is that there is a truck-load of zombies to kill. Myself? I'd recommend killing floor to everyone and anyone.

conorcOct 27, 2009great game, just amazing... fills your bloodlust within seconds. great for people that love exploding things into mush... especially the ZED time to make things more dramatic, makes you want to come back to the under rated genre

FrankieZOct 26, 2009The only Co-op Survival Genre that I have seen that is worth playing. It's fantastic fast pace run and gun, includes leveling up system which is neat, and 4 difficult that will keep you playing for days. To top off all that, there is a map editor for custom maps.

chrisOct 26, 2009this game totaly beets l4d 100% and for recently made full game? just think what the owners could do in the future while in l4d its just mindless shooting even if its better graphics? its the game inside that counts you can get level ups in kf for something to aim for and theres a totaly new update every month to sweeten the deal.

KCBurtsOct 25, 2009If not for the 2 day free weekend on steam I would have NEVER known about this gem of a game. It's the most intense team based survival horror game I have ever played... and for the $15, it's money very well spent. Crazy, crazy game.

JosiahCOct 25, 2009With current updates and very player friendly control of game enviroment thanks to the unreal engine I genuinely believe this game is under rated in comparison to other zombie games out there.

LeviSOct 25, 2009Killing Floor is under rated, Mostly because it is related to games like, Left3Dead( or people like to think it is) Killing Floor could use some more advance features, and tune ups to thier A.I. maybe even a single player story line. But, over all, it is an amazing game.

BrianLOct 25, 2009Great Game!..... for about a day. No real objective other then to level your guy up, no start or finish line, just endless killing of zombies. Gets boring pretty fast. Very hard game to solo.

Killing Floor is a zombie game that lacks brain and own ideas. In the main part it's simply a Left 4 Dead clone with boring maps and graphics. But Killing Floor's emphasis on tactical gameplay, the solid coop mode and the cheap prize make the game worth a look.
-
Tripwire Interactives Killing Floor is what you would expect of a polished mod, but doesn't exceed expectations as a retail game. It's good, but unfortunately far from perfect. A nice addition to the survival-horror genre though, and it has an attractively cheap price tag.

While the single-player experience is pretty much non-existent and there are still a large number of bugs that have to be contended with, there's enough of a foundation here for players to enjoy. Hop online and kill monsters for Queen and Country.
