Apr 21, 2011Killing floor is a wave based, co-op, zombie survival game. Its addictive perk leveling system and regular updates from Tripwire, will keep me playing for days and days. This game really shouldn't be compared to L4D. Both are great games but they have completely different play styles.

Apr 13, 2011It's a very (VERY) good game, I'd probably say the best FPS I've played. I bought KF before LFD and wow when I played LFD I thought to myself "Why did I pay money for this?" I mean seriously KF just blows it out of the water.

Apr 3, 2011An incredibly fun game, almost at the standards of even Left 4 Dead. Perks make the game less repetitive, and there are many well made maps, with more coming from the players. It's priced at only $20 and it is often on sale. I picked mine up for $5 and couldn't be happier. I would absolutely recommend this game to a fan of Left 4 Dead, or any FPS in general.

Mar 11, 2011This game is one of the best to play with friends. Much better than L4D or L4D2. The graphics are neat, the gameplay is amazing (killing zombies for LOADSA MONEYYYYYY, who wouldn't love it?), this game was one of my favorites last year.
I think the reason more people don't know about it is because it's not out for consoles. But then again, most good things aren't. -
Mar 9, 2011Killing Floor is a fantastic game. The tight co-op gameplay requires constant teamwork and is often quite difficult on higher difficulties. Highly recommended for anyone with a close group of fellow PC gamers.

Feb 12, 2011Killing Floor is an action packed FPS co-op zombie shooter, where you and your buddies go through waves of zombies with chainsaws, crossbows, grenades and a lot more. The game is pretty straightforward (which some may not like about it) and can be very addicting. The graphics, on the other hand, may not be "up to par" with today's FPS's, but nevertheless, the game runs smoothly and looks great.

Jan 3, 2011I completely disagree with anyone who says this is a great game. It is terrible with bad graphics and horrible game-play. Lucky for me, I got it on steam for $5 on a sale. So at least I didn't throw away too much money.

GarethKJan 18, 2010Lots of fun, actually requires players to act as a team inorder to survive. the game may be simple but it is executed really well. over all i think killing floor is totally underrated. im looking forward to any addons in the future.

Killing Floor is a zombie game that lacks brain and own ideas. In the main part it's simply a Left 4 Dead clone with boring maps and graphics. But Killing Floor's emphasis on tactical gameplay, the solid coop mode and the cheap prize make the game worth a look.
-
Tripwire Interactives Killing Floor is what you would expect of a polished mod, but doesn't exceed expectations as a retail game. It's good, but unfortunately far from perfect. A nice addition to the survival-horror genre though, and it has an attractively cheap price tag.

While the single-player experience is pretty much non-existent and there are still a large number of bugs that have to be contended with, there's enough of a foundation here for players to enjoy. Hop online and kill monsters for Queen and Country.
