    Really average on the surface value. The trailer looked far more interesting and this game does not live up to the hype. Absolutely disappointed.

    This game is good but has disadvantages.
    It's good on action
    Good on cutscene and soundtrack
    But the worst is graphic and gun sound UI and Storyline.

    So the game is definitely fun and enjoyable, everything a just cause game should be, however, there are quite a few issues, the physics engine can just be frustrating, although it's definitely fun to see cars and helicopters fly or crash into oblivion, many puzzles rely on the grapple mechanic which can cause frustrating gameplay loops. Planes are near impossible to pilot with a keyboard,So the game is definitely fun and enjoyable, everything a just cause game should be, however, there are quite a few issues, the physics engine can just be frustrating, although it's definitely fun to see cars and helicopters fly or crash into oblivion, many puzzles rely on the grapple mechanic which can cause frustrating gameplay loops. Planes are near impossible to pilot with a keyboard, cars are horrible to drive and helicopters are very strange with a mouse, furthermore the AI in this game is utterly horrible, and the amount of look after these comrade missions is poor, even if ai was great. However, there are some great innovations, such as the ability to have grapple presets, each with tons of customization within them, weapons have a nice secondary feature, and none feel the same. The wingsuit and parachute feel great as ever and there is tons of humour both within the story and casual encounters with civillians and the radio.… Expand

    If youre a new commer to this franchise you can play this game and have fun but if youve played any other just cause games youll be dissapointed this game was rushed it feels recycled and not exciting the controls are messy at best and the ragdoll physics have gotten worse its a downgrade from Just Cause 3

    Laziness is bad. And that game shows it. It's impressive that developers put more effort into easter eggs than pure gameplay.

    Just Cause 4 is game with potential that can really only be unlocked with mods from the online community. Mods make the game interesting where it previously wasn’t, typically caused by limitations made by the game itself. The story feels somewhat formulaic as well, with another dictator to fight and more rebels to lead.     This might be most disappointing game i have ever played. It had so much potential with tornadoes and big map, but in the end it was emptiest, most boring, graphically outdated trash.

    The game world is a bit of a mixed bag. I like the concept: a South American content with diverse biomes from Jungles to deserts to snowy mountains. Unfortunately the way the map is structured lacks consistency. There doesn't seem to be a logical change between different environments, and a lot of the buildings feel out of place in their location. It honestly feels a bit more like a battle royal map than a consistent world like the Mediterranean Medici in Just Cause 3.

    The game-play is alright but ultimately pretty repetitive. The idea is to recapture parts of a map taken over by a dictator by completing quests. A lot of these quests follow a similar structure, usually involving escorting rebel prisoners out of a camp. Gameplay diversity comes from how you choose to tackle a mission. However I feel like a lot of the new gadgets aren't really that fun, like a balloon that send objects flying and a rocket thruster that also causes objects to fly. I feel like it would have been better to have stuck with simpler gameplay mechanics instead of having to cycle through many useless gadgets I'd almost never use. Destruction is also a fun element of this series, but I feel like a lot of the destruction has been scaled back in this release. There are less items to destroy and most destruction has a predictable behavior.    … Expand

    This is a broken game. At first, the game was not saved (license). Later there were constant crashes, only in this piece ... of the game. Very bad graphics, but like a sandbox, the game is addictive and bored very quickly. It works badly on the pc. I do not recommend playing.

    Extremely disappointing, not only they had awful launch, game was equally awful. Tornadoes was very cool idea, but nothing else worked.

    Refunded it pretty quickly, don't waste your money. Empty insanely big open world, one of the worst mission design of just cause history. Only cool part were tornadoes.

    Мрачная скукотища. Прошёл 3ю часть на одном дыхании, 4я же показалась пыткой - ничего не изменилось, просто всё заново с тем же бесчисленным но скучным арсеналом и с ОГРОМНОЙ картой, по которой нужно бегать, что-то делать ииии... всё. ну да ввели новые примочки с шарами, но они не делают игру новой, скорее DLC к предыдущей части. Игра себя изжила на 3м эпизоде. К счастью из-за сбоя в EGS уМрачная скукотища.     I am playing JC4 from a month and its about to end. I played at 4K on my RTX 3080 Ti. The graphics are absolutely gorgeous (albeit some cutscenes are really bad thou). The wingsuit flying is brilliant (miss launching from standstill as in JC3). I am loving this game its so much fun. Its a must have if you get cheaper and have hardware to run it at 4K. Just play it and get done with it.

    Unsolved problem with saving of the game (nothing halped) , and soft lock because I cant pass mission where you need to loadout a hook with booster , because game menu was ported from console sooooo bad (first time I figured after 5 mins how to loadout hook with baloon but gave up after 10 mins with booster) . P.S. This port from console is even worser than Nioh's of Dark Souls port .

    This feel like a weird, rushed DLC to Just Cause 3. Lot of the fun elements from previous game are missing and a tornado can't make it up. But I still had fun playing it.

    Finito ora il gioco con tutte le missioni primarie e secondarie (non i miniobiettivi), penso: E' perfetto ? NO ... controlli e movimento non perfetti, un po' indietro con i tempi, ma comunque adatto all'ampiezza del mondo ... grafica non perfetta nel dettaglio ma essendo un mondo aperto piu' che buona, scorzi a volta fantastici.     The ending serves as a bridge to a possible 5th installment, but it’s going to be just as bad unless the developers reinvent the series. The "entertain yourself" approach to the open world ran out of steam a long time ago, campaign missions are going downhill fast, and the amount of bugs has skyrocketed.

    When designing a new game in a long-running franchise, the developers face a fundamental question: go with the tried-and-true or risk trying something new? In this case the former approach was chosen and it was the right decision, because JC4 is as enjoyable as its predecessors. It has some obvious flaws (e.g. uneven visuals and some repetitive mission types) but they are easily outweighed by incredibly fun gameplay. It is simply a well-made, thrilling open world game.
