CD-ActionSep 1, 2021Jet Kave Adveture is a fun, vibrant, varied platformer that brings to mind animated movies. It is also easy and its cartoon violence is very mild, which makes it great for young players. Seasoned gamers may find it not challenging enough, but still Jet Kave Adventure made me realize how much I miss such titles on PC. [03/2021, p.48]

Jan 20, 2021Jet Kave Adventure is a fine platformer, but it’s rarely more than that. It looks very nice for the most part, and the sense of humour is rather endearing, but the gameplay is fairly basic and often misses the opportunity to take it a couple of extra steps to make it memorable and exciting. It has some genuinely fun moments, though, and may be worth a punt if you’re a big fan of classic platformers.

Oct 19, 2021In the end, Jet Kave Adventures is fine. It looks nice and does the basics well enough that you won't get frustrated by mistimed jumps or falling off ledges. The gameplay fails to bring about any excitement in the back half, while the many mechanics designed to make this easier make it perfect for kids but not anyone who is considered fluent in the genre. It isn't a terrible game by any means, but you can tackle a few other, better platformers before trying this one.

Jan 14, 2021Jet Kave Adventure is a fun romp through a prehistoric world, and the contrast between that and the strange alien technology that Kave finds really makes it that much more memorable and worth exploring. There are definitely some issues with combat, namely just how simple and easy it continuously feels, but the overall charm does a great job of making up for those problems. Jet Kave Adventure is a great choice for any fans of retro platforming games.
