    To everybody giving thumbs down to this game because of the servers... seriously? You're giving low scores just because some server issues? So nothing else in the game matters, right? The graphics, the gameplay, the soundtrack, the voice acting, the story... nothing? Really mature, guys.

    I'm not gonna lie, it took me about 15 days to find the correct graphics settings to avoid stuttering/screen freze but i finally have it. It can and i'm sure it will get optimizations soon but as of now, the game runs smooth and look gorgeous. I find myself doing heists and missions from time to time but most of the time i grab my car and drive    Worked for me since zero hour.

    Preordered on Steam, no launch issues, I was playing right away when the game activated. What a great port, luckily the Rockstar guys learned their lesson from the catastrophic GTA IV launch. The performance is really good, the game looks insane on highest settings and 1080, and I'm really enjoying the story. Really worth the wait.

    We all know how good GTA V is, and with its release on PC, it just got better. This is the definitive edition of the game, and boy is it good. GTA V on PC is generally well optimized and runs extremely smooth. I've seen many users on here complaining that GTA V is bad because it doesn't run well on their PCs, most of these people are PC scrubs.     A fantastic game on a fantastic platform with everything from incredible resolution, to a much higher frame rate! This game was revolutionary when it was released on the console, but it's even more impressive on the PC! A must buy for ANY open-world and first person shooter enthusiast!

    Finally, I get to play GTA V on PC!!! I have been waiting a long time for this game, and I can't say I was disappointed.
    This game is one of the best I have played, I am more encouraged to play this game more because I have it on PC... (Don't know why), but I am loving every minute of it.

    Absolutely amazing game, it´s ahead for whole generation in terms of fun, graphics and story. After horrible GTA IV (really bad port) we (pc gamers) have finally perfect GTA game. Must have and one of the best games ever made.

    This is a masterpiece in the gaming history.No need for a long review..

    Only issue is some fps drops in some areas while driving in the midday,which will be fixed soon-hopefully.

    I consider GTA:V to be nearly perfect, While GTA Online needs some matchmaking work, however it is still the best multi-player game i have played. Its sad to see so many people give bad reviews for day one connectivity issues or not being able to download a patch day one.

Witty dialogues, a huge, open but yet fairly detailed world in which you can truly feel the passion and effort that was put into it. Nothing about this game resembles the current industry which is so great. Also, it's full of elaborate features and techniques which make the experience of Grand Theft Auto even more fun. Also, probably no developer except rockstar is able to kid american culture so well, and in a way that is not only relatable, but understandable. You clearly understand what is being teased, but yet you're not pelted with puerile and obvious jokes.

    Generally one of the greatest game experiences ever, and a true longtime-runner in my library, thus a solid 10!    … Expand

    GTA V is a great game, with the the title of a great game it is often followed up by the fact that you need a stronger computer than a 300 laptop. Those who experience the can't startup GTA problem can blame them selves for not managing to fix the problem and play the game for what it really are, a REALLY great game

    The game is amazing. I'm able to run it maxed out (1080p maxed out) and it blows my mind.     In a lot of ways this is the ultimate love letter to the big 3 GTA games from back in the PS2/Xbox days. The huge variety of missions and side missions are back. You can get lost for hours just driving a cab or playing tennis. The main story is fun and I really like the way it weaves between the main characters.

    It's a perfect PC game if you have the hardware. Yes, getting to the actual game can be a pain because of the required downloads and the goofy Social Club launcher--but those are minor niggles. People giving this game a low score are losers who are trying to run it on their granddad's Pentium 200 laptop. Buy it.

    Single player campaign is very good in my opinion, the story is engaging and had me generally interested, not to complex for the light of heart that don't like delving into lore too much. It is fun to mess around in Los Santos, and there many side-missions for you to do if you get bored of the main story-line or have already finished it. However races and other gamemodes can be engaging to play with other players, there are levels to form as a progression system with weapons that unlock at certain level as well as car upgrades, but this causes an imbalance between newbies and veteran players who have very strong weapons and fast cars in comparison to the new players. Pick GTA V up for the single player, GTA online is just a bonus, do not expect too much of it.… Expand

    I had to come here to say this is one of the best games I've ever played in my 41 year old life.
    It's almost like having a second life when I play this.
    To play a game of golf inside this game with so much attention to detail was impressive. The dialogues are great. Graphics amazing.     absolutely amazing brilliantly optimized and very stable servers(unlike xbox) it is stunningly beautiful even on my fairly low end rig but if you are having trouble getting it running you may need to install the beta drivers on the amd / nvidea website. 10/10 the ultimate version of the ultimate game !!

    there are quite a lot of bugs in the game which has not been fixed yet, even with update 2.
    And Runs like a dream on my gtx 780ti and fx 8350! definelty worth a buy guys! finally a good game after so many years!

Even a hall of famer like skyrim tends to look like a sterile alpha compared to rockstars world building. just stand at a crossing for a couple of minutes and watch this world being alive.

    As usual the soundtrack alone is a reason to buy the game. heard the online part is a lot of fun as well.

    Best game ever created. It is truly amazing how big this game is yes amazingly polished. GTA 5 has so much replay value and there is so much to do. The story is great and so is the soundtrack.

    Honestly fun as hell. I've spent lots of time playing it both online and offline. It improves massively on what GTA IV did. The best GTA in the series in my opinion, and I've played every one of the 3d titles. The PC version is a masterpiece. No other platform does it justice.

    In simple words, awesome. It is the definitive version of the game and if you want to play GTA then you should try the PC Version.

    Some aspects that you must know:
    Better graphics, 60 FPS, Rockstar Editor and Director Mode and expect a lot of mods coming by community, What are you waiting for?

    The only good AAA game this year. Port is definitely better than GTA 4 and I get higher FPS in GTA 5 than I get on GTA 4. FPS was also a nice tough. Great voice acting, in-depth characters. A good storyline including a heck lot of stuffs to do in the open world goodness.

    I don't usually do reviews but I am determined that this game gets all the attention and respect it deserves and I want people coming on here to see a high user and meta score so they go buy the game as well.

    It's one of the best gaming experiences ever and I am giving my 10 and hopefully do my bit to balance out any jack ass who gives a low score!

    Amazing, full optimized. Awesome graphics, no problems with framerate. I have a i5 3330 and gtx 960 i dont have any problems to play it on high settings.

    Good game, well played, Rockstar. This game is well optimized, and looks great on PC. I sold a few CS:GO guns to buy it, but overall it was worth it.

    The Rockstar servers failed at launch, which was bad. Publishers should have learned by now. But that aside, the game itself is a masterpiece. There's not much more to say.

    This game is amazing and the optimization is really good aswell
    I was worried that it would be the same as GTA IV but no , rockstar really did a great job on this one!!!
    There are people who have issues launching the game on laptops so keep that in mind if you want to buy the game.

    Still can't download the 5GB patch due to constant server disconnections. I'm glad that people on torrent sites are able to play it though, DRM at it's finest.

    This game is one of the few who deserve the highest. Those Negative comments MAY bring the user score down and give new gamers a wrong picture, but the metascore will be unbiased. I have no regrets buying this game. Enjoy

    After Max Payne 3 optimization Ive had high hopes for this game. Rockstar didn't disappoint me. It is simply great. Plus - no more bouncy cars like in gta IV, Driving model is a lot sharper, it feels really good.

    And the game itself? Well, if you are here, you know what to expect and you are not mistaken :)

    First of all I would like to say that I managed to download the patch before the servers supposedly went down. When I got in the game it was a bit laggy at the beginning but that is because my PC is not amogst the strongest machines out there by far. The game has very in depth graphical settings so after tweaking some, it felt incredibly smooth. What surprised me was the fact that the game seems to be running smoother with vsync on which is not the case with most of the other games but then again it might be only me and my PC.

    The controls might feel a little bit wonky. Especially having the special abilities set to caps lock might get very annoying. So I would recommend looking in the key bindings and playing with the for a little bit till you find something that works for you. Or you can play with a gamepad.

    GTA V is a very well made port. Which is a nice change after GTA IV. The optimization is great. And although it still has some elements from the console version that might not feel too great, the gameplay is amazing. I would maybe make some small improvements the driving model. What I also like about the game is that they brought back some stuff that was lacking in GTA IV like car customization. That was one of the best things to do in San Andreas and I was really sad when I found out it was not going to be in GTA IV. They also made some really big improvements to the multiplayer which is a blast with friends. One more thing I would like to point out is the first person mode which completely changes the way the game is played and it feels a lot more immersive.

    I haven't gotten far enough in the story to be able to fully review it but so far it is pretty intriguing.

    With all that said if you are wondering whether or not to buy this game I would recommend that you do. without any doubts. It is well worth the money.    … Expand

    Ignore all the idiots marking the game a 0 just because they had to download a patch. It looks fantastic and runs flawlessly. Brilliantly optimised for PC, unlike GTA IV. An absolute triumph, and one of the best games ever released on PC. Well done Rockstar on getting it right this time.

    This game is awesome. Grand Theft Auto 5 on PC is the first version of Grand Theft Auto 5 I've played. That's one of the reasons I've been assigned to the review—I'm coming at it as an open-world action game released in 2015, not a long-awaited port of a game everybody rinsed clean a year ago.

    I'm glad I was intelligent and smart about this one. The online community is very robust and thriving! Edit: 7 years in and still one of the top played games. Such a healthy community.     This game is incredible. I understand the hate from some because it's all over the media and the amount of articles is really too much hype but it's for the best game in a decade so it's fine with me.

    Only thing that could be better is the iFruit App Support for PC, guess that went off as we didn't get always-on requirement (Good thing and therefore no influence to my score).

There were a few hiccups that I had to Google a fix for, but I'm not reviewing Rockstar's servers or Social Club, I'm reviewing the game. Play for just a few minutes, and you'll realize how much potential GTAV has.

    Now that that's out of the way, let's get on with the review. This is one of the most fun games I've played, and online is outstanding with a group of friends or even random people. The heists are a welcome change to the somewhat repetitive game modes/missions in Online. The graphics, if you can max them out or get them close to max, are jaw-droppingly gorgeous.

    If I had to point out a negative, there are some minor glitches in Online that I've noticed but that's to be expected. They'll patch it and everything will be fine as usual.

    Never had so much fun in any game. I love it and i play alone. Usually i play with friends. This is the second game i have like nolifed. I love online and also story is op !

    This game is way beyond my expectations, it runs flawlessly on a not so good GPU. It even runs fine on Windows 10. I really enjoy the story even though I've played the game on Potato Station 3. Everyone should get into that story because it's funny, well written and the whole San Andreas looks great!

    Der Online Modus ist Natlos, auch hier konnten die Entwickler ihr können demonstrieren, die Openworld funktioniert Lagfrei und selbst bei einem verbindungsabbruch zum Host geht das spiel Natlos aleine weiter, keine unnötigen "Verbindung unterbrochen" nachrichten oder dergleichen. Das Lobbysystem ist einfach und gut zu führen, lediglich die langen ladezeiten im Online Modus fallen mir störend auf, aber bei der Masse an Content nicht verfwunderlich.

    This game is amazing ,but coming to the pc things come to be expected ,they were tasked with a huge graphics improvement and making the things that pc gamers love high resolutions and high frame rate which is there.This port is really good get it if u don't have it .

Really awesome experience to play and worth buying. Nice game story + online gameplay. Has enough features for a complete PC game. Just a drawback is its size i.e 62GB, R* should compress the size a bit more and make it 35-40GB. The system4K, 60 FPS, high graphics, first person. What else would anyone want in a game.     This is my first time playing the game because I only buy Nintendo consoles. And what can I say? The story is amazing, voice acting is incredible and the missions are fun. Easy 10/10.

    I love this game, it's just pure awesomeness. Majority of the low scores or negative reviews are people crying about crashes. How is that in anyway reviewing the actual game, especially if you have not even played the game yet due to an error? Anyway, highly recommend this game, it's a perfect GTA title.

    AMAZING PC port !

    Best one I've seen in a while, the waiting time was really worth it.
    An incredibly high amount of work and love has been put into the game and its details.

    It doesn't get much better than this :)

    Never heard the "N word" used so much in 60 seconds! ..and some of the dialogue is very funny and explicit..I love it!!     Amazing game, amazing optimization, amazing story and this is my first rock star game. The lack of modding support or more accurately the legal inability to do so I do not see as a problem. It is wonderful when a game supports it, however it is not something we are entitled too.

    This is the first game that really tested my rig, though I still managed to stay north of 60 fps with nearly all settings maxed. Graphically GTA V dropped my jaw and gave me several "The future is now!" moments. Even my artist wife would stop to gawk and admire what was on screen.

    A great balance between mostly linear plot and sandbox rampage, I found driving and combat to be smooth with the right amount of challenge. My one game-play gripe is the clumsy-feeling pedestrian experience, where it is all to easy to accidentally jump face first into a wall that I intended to scale.

    I found the plot to be engrossing through the final scene, and can see myself retreading the story in a month or two. I originally was going to wait for the first price drop to purchase, but a couple videos of gameplay graphics at 1080p was enough to persuade my wallet to open. I have no regrets.

    I'm not sure if I can say that GTA V is my favorite game of all time, but I think its the best game I've ever played. Would score it as a 97 if I could, so rounding up to a 10.    … Expand

    It's a great game. Fantastic story, great graphics, huge map, a bundle of fun. Ignore the usual idiots that do not understand the concept of a review or rating, these people would claim it's a perfect game except one little thing and all of a sudden the rating switches from a 10 to a 0.

    Then if you are feeling up to it, you can even change your make up, hair style, literally everything.
    The races are fully customizable, to however you want them, weather, cops, own vehicles or basic vehicles.

    There are events , like the $10,000,000 challenge if you complete all heists with the same team without dying once, you all receive $10,000,000.

    Some of the downsides include connectivity issues, there is a lot of loading, and sometimes you can load for 5 minutes and then get disconnected, or if you attempt to join a heist, and it's full, you have to wait a few minutes of loading. therefor, I say do your best to not mess up the mission when you are in one, because if you mess up, means more loading time, and it gets annoying.

    Also hackers, Rockstar seems to be on the ball with banning them, but there is a lot of them, only yesterday a guy was blowing things up, and everything he blew up, turned into money bags, was quite funny, but the day before, someone got angry at me and repeatedly killed me, I tried to kill her, but I did 0 damage, she even ran towards me unarmed as I shot her, and nothing happened, and she killed me with her fists, it was funny, but at the same time, very unfair.    … Expand

    With huge content and top notch optimization, GTA V is the best game on PC atm! The graphics looks great, there are a s#it load of graphical options, to customize the graphics for your liking! The story is average, but long. Only negative in the game is that R* fighting against mods, latest patch disabled them all.

The game is extremely optimised even I with a not strong enough processor can run it at around 30 FPS. Having mods just adds more fun to the singleplayer.     Bought again for PS4. Again blew away by the next gen graphics
    Bought for PC. Blew away by 4K and mod support
    Didnt regretted after buying it 3 times.
    45 fps on GTX 970 4k.
    Worth the wait on PC

É o décimo quinto jogo da série Grand Theft Auto (incluindo as expansões) desde Grand Theft Auto IV (2008) e a continuação do universo fictício que foi introduzido neste jogo.

    Em Grand Theft Auto V, a história decorre na cidade fictícia de Los Santos e Blaine County, no estado de San Andreas e nos seus arredores, baseada na moderna Los Angeles e na Califórnia do Sul. Los Santos era uma das três cidades do jogo Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, lançado em 2004. Pela primeira vez na série, em Grand Theft Auto V existem três protagonistas jogáveis: Michael De Santa, Trevor Philips e Franklin Clinton. A história segue os seus esforços para planejar e executar seis grandes assaltos e acumular riqueza para si mesmos, além dos seus conflitos pessoais como homens de personalidades completamente distintas.

    Um modo multijogador online, chamado Grand Theft Auto Online[10] (ou GTA Online) também está incluído no jogo, permitindo até trinta jogadores fazerem tarefas e missões cooperativas e competitivas dentro do cenário usado no modo historia. Os produtores visionaram Grand Theft Auto V como um sucessor espiritual de alguns dos seus projetos anteriores, como Red Dead Redemption e Max Payne 3. A produção começou pouco depois do lançamento de Grand Theft Auto IV, e focou-se na inovação das mecânicas centrais da série ao dar ao jogador o controle de três protagonistas.

    Grand Theft Auto V foi universalmente aclamado pela crítica especializada e pela comunidade de fãs pela sua história, os personagens, a apresentação e a jogabilidade em mundo aberto. Os agregadores de críticas GameRankings e Metacritic deram à versão PlayStation 3 97.01% e 97/100 e à versão Xbox 360 97.5% e 97/100, respectivamente, fazendo de Grand Theft Auto V um dos jogos mais bem avaliados de sempre. Grand Theft Auto V ganhou diversos prémios "Jogo do Ano" de várias publicações da especialidade. Também gerou muita controvérsia devido à representação de temas violentos, como o uso de tortura e a psicopatia de Trevor, bem como o tratamento dado às mulheres.     ABSOLUTE MUST HAVE. Other than some random kicks (more an issue with PS4/ comcast than the game), this is one of the most replayable, dynamic games that belongs in every collection. Massively fun offline story mode, and online play has everything going for it. Best game, total masterpiece.

    If you hadn’t had a chance to play it yet at all though, and your computer can handle it, the PC version does definitely feel like the definitive version.

    We could not expect a better PC port PC for Grand Theft Auto V. Rockstar North, offers right from day one a huge game in optimized, widely scalable, and high impact graphics and the video editor, although not so easy to use, is an enjoyable addition.
