Oct 23, 2020A very huge paywall after a sorten amount of gameplay, Resin system destroying the entire game, developers response to the community was literally a joke.
doesn't deserve any higher than 0/10 at the current version of the game. -

Oct 23, 2020You will regret playing this game after you reach AR 40 so dont bother installing it. Right now the resin system sucks, you can only play 20 minutes per day. The devs not listening to all complain we give to improve the game.
-
Oct 23, 2020The game has extreme potential but the company is greedy and refusing to change the predatory energy/stamina system called resin. Everything is hard-gated by it and it turns the game into a chore.
With a few changes the game has extreme potential though. -
Oct 23, 2020After hitting AR 40, its litterally pay to play or wait a day to play 20 minutes
-
Oct 23, 2020Genshin's devs are deaf and greddy. The resin system is insult and upping the cap to 160 is even more tone deaf and insulting.
You don't give scarce pull money and add a 0.6% for a 5 stars.
No content whatsoever passed AR30/35,even as a casual content went rare in 2 weeks -
Oct 23, 2020Imagine playing Skyrim, but only 20 minutes per day. Imagine pulling a weapon or character with no chance of upgrading it in less than a month. Thats the ARPG that meant to overthrow these greedy AAA gaming companies, but was able to overthrow only itself and all the players.

Oct 23, 2020Amazing RPG. It's just absolutely beautiful. The missions are fun, there are many things to explore, many characters to change and to level up... It's open exploration at its best. I'm really enjoying it.

Oct 23, 2020Sold this game as an "infinite" ARPG but has all the limitations of a typical gacha mobile game... What a good marketing they did to earn as much as possible($$$) huh. Nice hard limiting stamina sistem (resin) and very restrictive when you start to get close to the endgame (10 min of gameplay).

Oct 23, 2020The game is fun for the first dozen or so hours. After that, the game immediately halts your progression behind paywalls and arbitrary time gates. For most players, the daily routine consists of logging in, doing dailies for 20 minutes and logging off. There's nothing remotely fun nor engaging about this chore of a game.

CD-ActionFeb 8, 2021Rather than a typical online game, Genshin Impact resembles a traditional single-player jRPG with a real-time combat. For a free-to-play title it is very impressive, but turns out to be pretty derivative and quickly slumps into monotony. [13/2020, p.52]

Nov 12, 2020Oh, the joy of exploring this beautiful world. Oh, the clever combat, the great voice acting, the compelling story. This is one of the best RPGs of the year. And it’s almost beyond comprehension that you can get it for free.

Oct 20, 2020Overall, in spite of things that should bring Genshin Impact down, the game is so much fun to play that the negatives are ultimately minor gripes. [...] The gameplay is smooth and simplistic, and it works great on all platforms - though I’m still not sure why the PlayStation version can’t be linked to a Mihoyo account so I could play on my phone when I’m not at home (PS Vita version please??) but it’s a small gripe to an otherwise terrific game.
