    -Бесконечный гринд ради гринда, нет контента на капе, кроме бездны, соревновательный режим отсутствует напрочь.     Для бесплатной игры поначалу отлично, сюжет нормальный ( даже относительно смешной ), персонажи, их японская озвучка, квесты, всё отлично. Пока не настигает 30-35 ранг... ОЧЕНЬ малое количество той самой смолы, её КРАЙНЕ МЕДЛЕННОЕ восстановление, а тебе много куда надо сходить, если хочешь нормально одетого персонажа ( а он НЕ ОДИН ), и просто омерзительный шанс выпадения пятизвёздочногоДля бесплатной игры поначалу отлично, сюжет нормальный ( даже относительно смешной ), персонажи, их японская озвучка, квесты, всё отлично. Но вот он работает с 90 открытия молитвы, а фармить валюту для покупки молитв весьма геморройно, да, в начале тебе отсыпают ну роллов на 40, но вот на 30-35 помяните эти отсыпки.
    Добавьте малое количество контента, почти что несуществующий кооператив, малое количество квестов ( да, они неплохие, но их МАЛО ), ну и главное система СМОЛЫ.
    Будем надеяться, что ребята реально не ожидали такой хайп, и что в дальнейшем ( например 11 ноября ) нам действительно завезут контент и улучшат систему смолы ( нет, ваши подачки в виде 160 единиц вместо 120 фигня полнейшая, а не улучшение, больше похоже на издёвку ).

    Great exploration game. Doesn't need to spend so much $$$ to advance in the game. The Resin system is good for me because I can't play so much in a day. This controls others from advancing too much. Anyway, the game is free. I don't know why some people are asking for too much. Low gacha rate? Don't pull. Expensive crystals? Don't buy. No one is forcing you.

    Genshin is a fun RPG. The story is pretty good. Maybe there is too much characters at some points. The dialogues are good. I really like Paime's lines. There really are only two worlds and they are pretty big. The control is easy enough. Flying is a blast. On PC, you have to redo your controller settings at every opening.

    The combat is action with around two special powers. Really    Genshin is a fun RPG. The story is pretty good. Maybe there is too much characters at some points. The dialogues are good. I really like Paime's lines. There really are only two worlds and they are pretty big. The control is easy enough. Flying is a blast. On PC, you have to redo your controller settings at every opening.

    The combat is action with around two special powers. Really engaging. There are camera strange placements at times. The levelling mechanics is the frustrating part. Those of the characters are super fast and you gonna miss a lot of items to ascend. The adventure rank is another one, which is super slow (on purpose to make you buy, of course). After you reach level 20 with adventure rank the story abruptly halt, and you have to grind your way around. Then is goes again at 24, and to reach 26, it would take days/weeks of boring tasks.

    World quest do exist but they are not on the map, which makes them hard to find. I don't like a levelling system that is broken in two parts like that. It makes everything more complex then managing a character or a party. I must say there is a lot of nice RPG stuff too. Like cooking, creating potions, making or upgrading weapons. There is no real armours, only accessories of 6 types that you can upgrade. The under layers of upgrades are rich, no doubt about that. But there is a lack of simplicity, in my opinion.

    I give it a 62%. It's free and fun.

    Update: I have lower my score. The story doesn't move after level 25 and everything revolve around grinding. Since the game is only a partial product it's not surprising, but the way the grinding works isn't that fun. I heard about resin, that seems even worst. I have uninstalled the game, and I would be surprised if I ever go back again. Beating elite bosses 3 times to get a level item, isn't my idea of fun.
    And there was a credit card fraud after I bought into that game. 20 days after (no transactions after that). You draw your conclusion on the safety of their servers or employees. No support for that.    … Expand

    Open world is great! I actually not seeing resin problem, Instead it keeps the balance in gear and progress. But after the previous Honkai3rd, I would like to see more challenging content and good battle mechanics. Anyway the gacha is F2P friendly.

    All reviews about resin and gacha system - guys, its not auto-play mobile RPG, it's a new console level game, you don't need to spend all of your money to have 5 star heroes, but you need to understand that they need a money to continue development and updates, it can be a fully free game.

    You will not have any activities on the map except for 4 daily quests. If you have collected almost all the chests, then there is no point in using the open world, except for daily quests. The game attracts with a good picture, but in the end it turns out to be a standard greedy    Ruined by resin + so lowrait gacha.

    Это прекрасные красивые анимационные персонажи. Это просто но в то же время интересный геймплей. Есть ли у игры недостатки? Просто давайте признаемся - вы и мы, все зажрались, все хотят своего, все ожидают свое от игр, и как только их не устраивает то что им дают, начинают поливать грязью, но простите, ваши ожидания - это не проблема разрабов, это лично ваша проблема, а Михою не забивает на мнение своего комьюнити.     Putting aside the fact that this game is free and i will only recommend it if you really have nothing better to do ,sure it is fun at times i would even say it does really give an amazing first impression, but ultimately its just below average game for me and here is why

    -Uninspired this is one of the biggest gripe i had with the game ,this might very well be the most uninspired game of this generation ,which says alot since this generation is so filled with uninspired games even worse than dark souls clone ,this however takes it to ridiculous heights even the damn map looks almost exactly the same as Botw ,it tries to steal so many gameplay mechanics from breath of the wild and sure this really does sound great on paper it ultimately fails miserably i will explain later on in this review ,it even steals some animations from nier automata and it has an uninspired anime artstyle to pander to weebs because they are the ultimate simps who will spend their money on an anime waifu.

    -Gameplay mechanics are shallow and just dont work well together ,like the characters can do all sorts of flashy moves but god forbid if they sprint or climb their stamina will deplete ,this is kind of like the opposite of what nintendo does ,nintendo adds few gameplay mechanics and build an entire game around it ,GI however just shoehornes mechanics from very popular games and add gacha on top of it and just expects it to work ,elemental combos started out great but later on it just became awful ,same with RPG mechanics do you know why? because these mechanics have not been worked upon lack depth and are just added for the sake of more content.

    -It just baffles me that reviewers and many people praise the story, im not expecting planescape torment or Disco Elysium but has the bar really been this low? the story is the most generic anime garbage i have seen in a while and unless you enjoy that stuff im not judging ofc ,the praise for this games story is as empty as this game.

    -Awful dungeon and boss design this is part of my complaint on how the game shoehornes uninspired gameplay mechanics and expects it to work ,the dungeons suffer from the same thing.

    -Enemies lack variety and are poorly designed

    -side content/quest are mediocre at best ,poorly designed and will get repetitive later on

    Overall i only recommend this game if you want something for free and have literally NO game in the backlog you might even enjoy the first part of the game but ultimately it will fall apart later on ,i hope next time we see something that is original and has depth unlike this mess of a game    … Expand

    This game HAS POTENTIAL BUT it is really shooting itself in the foot by restricting everything behind a stamina system. As soon as you get past the first set of story quests, around ar30, you start to realize that just how much time and effort it will take to LEVEL, not build, but level just 1 character and their talents out. Then you factor in how long it'll take to farm a certain artifact set, to give you an idea here's how it is: you grind a domain and random artifacts drop, sets DO NOT have equal chance to drop (some sets are proven to drop more likely than the better versions). Now suppose an item from your set drops, the next rng is that is it even the item piece you need (flower, feather, goblet, etc.) and after that you need to see if it even rolled the proper stat (atk, atk%, elem %, etc.) that you need for your character. THIS ISN'T EVEN MIN MAXING, THIS IS SIMPLY TRYING TO GET A VIABLE SET PIECE! Min maxing is next to impossible because you'd be aiming for all of the above + a bunch of rng substats.
    So from an average, non-min-maxing player's perspective this is: rng ^ rng ^ rng, but that's not accurate either because each of those rng aspects are not equivalently balanced both amongst their own respective category and each other.
    AND THIS IS ALL LOCKED BEHIND A RESIN STAMINA WALL! Above that, this is just 1 character! You have an entire party to build, 2 parties if you participate in abyss!
    Nearly everything is locked behind resin: Adventure rank (most experience is gained through resin requiring dungeons/bosses), mora (in game currency), character xp cards, talent mats, weapon ascension mats, character ascension mats, artifacts.
    HELL they even have these 2 weekly bosses which you can only get rewards from once a week, but that too requires you to use 60 aka HALF of your max available resin!
    The only thing not locked behind resin is open world chests, daily commissions, abyss (but abyss is also time gated before refresh).    … Expand

    Rather than a typical online game, Genshin Impact resembles a traditional single-player jRPG with a real-time combat. For a free-to-play title it is very impressive, but turns out to be pretty derivative and quickly slumps into monotony. [13/2020, p.52]

    Oh, the joy of exploring this beautiful world. Oh, the clever combat, the great voice acting, the compelling story. This is one of the best RPGs of the year. And it’s almost beyond comprehension that you can get it for free.

    Overall, in spite of things that should bring Genshin Impact down, the game is so much fun to play that the negatives are ultimately minor gripes. [...] The gameplay is smooth and simplistic, and it works great on all platforms - though I’m still not sure why the PlayStation version can’t be linked to a Mihoyo account so I could play on my phone when I’m not at home (PS Vita version please??) but it’s a small gripe to an otherwise terrific game.
