Apr 21, 2017A solid remake of a solid, albeit short biker adventure that is primarily focused on storytelling and the characters rather than puzzles.

Feb 26, 2018If you enjoy LucasArts' games, you should definitely play Full Throttle after so many years of not having the option to do so. If you haven't played their games but enjoy the genre in general, I'd still recommend it, as long as you're willing to accept occasional help from the internet when you can't find the right stupid rock to kick.

Jun 20, 2017Full Throttle Remastered is a great versjon of the aging adventure game. If you’re interested in checking out a classic adventure game, this is a great opportunity.

Apr 18, 2017The end result: It’s rough, playing it today. Does that mean you should skip it? Absolutely not. It still packs some solid laughs, excellent music, and a setting that deserves to be revisited. It’s three hours well-spent, and those who played it in the past will find the same game they loved all those years ago...Just realize this remaster isn’t as smooth or seamless as what Double Fine’s done before. Nothing from that era could be.

Jan 21, 2018Full Throttle game didn´t get old in the best way and its transformation into a modern form lacks the charm of the original. Luckily there is no pixel hunting, but regular gameplay along with boring minigames, knock the title from stardom to above average level. Remaster makes sense if you want to educate yourself in a game history, otherwise you will be more comfortable with a friendly nostalgia.

LEVEL (Czech Republic)Jul 5, 2017A competent remaster that does not hurt with redesigned graphics and excites with polished sound. Above all, it offers excellent dabbing, especially of the main character helps this otherwise average adventure game to be forgotten. [Issue#275]
-
CD-ActionJun 7, 2017It’s a pretty remaster, but when you look at this game dispassionately, you notice that it is too easy, too short and unnecessarily cluttered with annoying minigames. [06/2017, p.58]
-
Apr 18, 2017Full Throttle hasn’t aged particularly well, and it’s made more unenjoyable by a remaster that actively sucks the life out of the game’s personality.

Apr 18, 2017The end result is one of the weaker remasters in Double Fine’s catalog. It doesn’t reach the operatic heights of Grim Fandango, and it lacks the memorable puzzles of Monkey Island. Full Throttle is a rough and tumble game full of affection for the open road. It’s a fun time full of fire, stunts, and fury. The remaster is a solid preservation of a classic title with some unnecessary additions.

Apr 19, 2017This is Full Throttle made playable once again, and that’s something to be celebrated. It’s a really fantastic game, with a lovely story, and brilliant performances. And out of its original timeline it’s free to just be itself, not compared to the last or the next LucasArts adventure to hit the shelves. If you loved the original, this is worth buying for the improved sound alone. If you never played it, then oh my goodness, hurry up!
