Mar 28, 2016All in all Automatron is a good bite of DLC, not a huge sandwich like we're used to seeing from Bethesda and not out of the norm for the current DLC market. But like a lot of good bites, it leaves us wanting more.

Apr 6, 2016If nothing else, Automatron succeeded in dragging me away from the world of XCOM2 and back into the world of Fallout 4, which in itself is no small feat.

Apr 4, 2016Just be warned you’ll see all there is to see in a couple of evening’s entertainment, but it's a enjoyable enough way to keep Fallout 4 fresh until the meatier Far Harbor arrives.

Mar 24, 2016The results are satisfying. The story mode is brief, the narrative is mundane, and sadly the all-too-familiar Fallout 4 bugs are still hanging around, but the overall experience is rewarding, imaginative, and a pleasure to play.

Mar 26, 2016Generally though, this is just Fallout at its flattest, with Ada a completely forgettable companion and another, Jezebel, nowhere near as much fun as her snarky introduction suggests she’s going to be. The final fight is particularly tedious, coming down to how fast you can kill robots, and more pressingly, whether you can kill them fast enough., in a series of waves at the end of an entirely too long dungeon with only the occasional point of creepy interest in underground labs and on monitors.
