    Headshots are the most effective way to eliminate them otherwise they wont stop coming and when the body's start to pile up you will have to do something about it. Don't get bit now; I shouldn't have to tell you this but that's probably the easiest way to join their numbers and let's not forget you will have to scavenge supply's and fight to survive.
