Mar 22, 2020Better than 2016 version, and very different as well. More platforming and more emphasis on ammo farming.
Definitely satisfying playing at harder difficulty setting. -
Mar 22, 2020Loved Doom 2016 (400+ hours of playtime since autumn last year - yes, I started kind of late), loving this one even more. Everything (gameplay, production values, atmosphere) is top notch apart from the story which could have been better executed (think Bioshock series). One of the best shooters I've ever played.

Mar 22, 2020This is most fun I've had in a video game since Halo 3. I didn't think it was possible, but they've made this game three times as good as DOOM (2016). This game is perfection. Anyone who is a fan of the fps genre should give this game a go.

Mar 22, 2020Hands down the best game i've played. I love everything about the game from the brutal unforgiving battles to the artwork and spectacular design of the levels. If you are contemplating about getting this game then i'm definitively going to recommend it to you! Don't listen to the retards that gave it a bad review :)

Mar 22, 2020Beautiful game design, very comfortable controls despite height fight intensity and enemies density. Artwork just like sound design - a masterpiece. Game of the year is here, I believe!

Mar 22, 2020Pros:
Art
Cons:
Arcade gameplay, stupid storyline, arenas but not levels, more like a fanboy game, than a serious FPS. -
Mar 22, 2020Excellent game. Recaptures what made the previous ones good and delivers it excellently.

Mar 22, 2020"All you do is paa pew baam boom! What's the point? It's waste of time!" is what my father used to say about shooters when I was a kid and I would always have argument about there being more than that but if he said that for this game I'd have to agree because DOOM Eternal is just another mind-numbing title in DOOM series.

Mar 22, 2020The game is simply furious! Unreal meat, cruelty, wow ... That's great. I'm far from a fan of this series of games, but this and the last part of the games are just awesome.

LEVEL (Czech Republic)Jul 22, 2020The murderous amok simulator returns and is even more furious than before. Fantastic presentation and great fighting system are harmed only by annoying platforming sequences. [Issue#302]

May 1, 2020If you're looking for a deep and thought-provoking gaming experience that changes your outlook on life, look elsewhere. However, if you want a fast-paced, visceral shooter full of non-stop action and outrageous violence, you can't do better than Doom Eternal. If you liked 2016's offering you will love this follow up. It's a hell of a good time.

Apr 19, 2020Like Jason Statham’s character in Crank, Doom Eternal needs adrenaline every waking second. So long as you drown hordes of demons in their own blood, it feels like a perfect GOTY contender, but during quiet moments, Doom Eternal withers and forces you to ponder unpleasant questions. id Software needs to course-correct, otherwise we’ll be playing Super Doom Slayer’s Bros in a few years.
