    Not for hardcore gamer. For old gamer that love Diablo II, Ifound the game less immersive however I’m not that young the time I enjoyed D2 and I don’t have a lot of time to play. So here, I find a good and horrific graphic ambiance. I find a good challenge well balanced, I can spend some time in the open world just for fun and continue the story when I want. I would love more cinematicsNot for hardcore gamer. Also more build possibilities, here it’s a lot based on items and aspects you will find but the aspect you can remove and replace it’s not for me, it’s not immersive and boring to do.

    The Good:
    - Launch. It was one of the smoothest Blizzard launches (PC) I have experienced. No queues, no lags, no disconnects.
    - Story. For an ARPG the story was decent enough. Lilith is a great villain. - Atmosphere! Finally the diabloesque atmosphere is back. It's dark, it's gory. No more cartoons! - Content - D4 got more content than any Diablo before (not counting mods for D2    The Good:

    - Atmosphere! Finally the diabloesque atmosphere is back. It's dark, it's gory. No more cartoons!
    - Content - D4 got more content than any Diablo before (not counting mods for D2 obviously). Nightmare dungeons, helltides, world bosses, pinnacle boss... while definitely not perfect and could use some tweaking they keep me playing even after reaching 90lvl. Still not bored of either and I play couple of hours every day since launch. Sure it gets repetitive but it is an ARPG so... (baal runs anyone?).
    - The Butcher! What a great addition to the game. Finally an iteration that does the OG D1 Butcher justice. Let's just hope they will add more mini bosses like him.

    The Bad:
    - No map overlay? Seriously?!
    - Mount system. What the frell is that? Terrible in every way.
    - Loot. You can get an item (a unique for example) at 85lvl that is weaker than when you got it 10lvls ago. Items always require the lvl they dropped on to equip making it impossible to gear alts
    - Please... JUST STOP THIS "KILL ALL ENEMIES" BS!
    - A lot of minor things are bad or could be tweaked. Usually of a QoL variety. Almost in every aspect of the game. Stash, inventory, map, crafters, traversing to name a few. No "refund all" button for paragon points when there is one for skills?
    - As per usual with like every game/company the devs are VERY fast to nerf positive things but hibernate when some bugs are affecting the players in negative way - druid loot table for example. That being sad I personally haven't encountered many bugs.

    The Ugly:
    - Monetization. Yes, there are MTXs. No I don't consider them bad because they are good for game's longevity. D3 has nothing of the sort (let's not bring that abomination that was RMAH into this...) and the serious lack of content is very noticeable. I also don't consider them straight up good because it depends on how the devs will use the money. If they keep sucking the money without giving us any new content then yeah they bad.
    - Druid and sorc cosmetics

    This is an absolute masterpiece. Great story, great gameplay and I am enjoying the endgame so far. The scaling is great, because I can still enjoy the game with low level friends without melting everything in their path.
    10/10 would slay Lilith again

    The best Blizzard launch in a long time and good game

    People are crazy giving 0 and then complaining with low marks for their favorite games, there is no criterion and this game is not a 2, so it has to be put in its place...

    Playing this game is like a Hollywood movie that you are starring in. With some of the audio. And the final battle with Lilith in the main storyline, you feel so involved in an epic battle. The graphics are also great, similar to Diablo immortal, but more grassy terrain that will make you feel like you are in an upgraded version of Diablo 2, and they seem realistic.Would highly recommendPlaying this game is like a Hollywood movie that you are starring in.     Diablo IV is a solid AAA title, and likely a foundation for the next decade of gaming. Plays great on PC or Asus Ally. You should play this game.

    Upsides include an open world, and the ability to play with friends regardless of their level, and a system where your gear augments your abilities. Some encounters offer great fun and excitement. Downsides include that leveling up feels like    Diablo IV is a solid AAA title, and likely a foundation for the next decade of gaming. Plays great on PC or Asus Ally. You should play this game.

    Upsides include an open world, and the ability to play with friends regardless of their level, and a system where your gear augments your abilities. Some encounters offer great fun and excitement. Downsides include that leveling up feels like you get weaker compared to the entire world, and that you may be seeking just the higher level version of your current gear, and the open world might need more content to offer more hours of gameplay.

    Unfortunately, after completing the main campaign, the endgame might not offer the pull to drive players to want to continue onwards to hit level 90 or 100.

    I expect future season and expansions to keep this game feeling fun to those who love the Diablo franchise. A great game that everyone should give a try.    … Expand

    Edit of review. The. game has much improved. It is rapidly improving. If someone wonders if it's worth it now, it's still not a 9/10 game and probably won't be in the next year. However the developer listens to the player base which is now showing patch after patch. We are getting smoother and smoother overall systems and general mechanics. But with. the high speed they are. delivering fixes and new content it will be a solid game in 2-3 months.
    At the moment its 80% there, unbiased, the game is actually fun and engaging now. So whoever is wondering should they get it. Well in this state mostly Yes. By the time you learn the mechanics and level up a couple of characters, and enjoy the high tier content which again is 80% fine at the moment, in 2-3 months it will be well polished and great. From there until the end of the year it will only grow from great. It's going to be awesome from the looks of the quick and regular updates. So it don't hurt you if you already have a few max level characters ready by that time. It will only allow you to jump in the. newest challenges, instantly. Is it OK to be released unfinished like a late beta? Well probably not, I know this made a lot of people angry.
    At the same time this is one of the best ways to customize the systems along with the little details they way the players want it. So we not only got a game here, we got a game that is being changed every week, for us. If you don't want to get what you want, we'll then don't get it.

    From me a big thanks to Blizzard, they exceeded my expectations.    … Expand

    The game is good. Amazing experience! The games score should be based on a few categories such as gameplay, graphics, sound, story, PvP, multiplayer, community.

    I was very sceptical and Diablo 4 hit me by surprise.

    From gameplay to story, graphics, endgame content, customizability... they pretty much nailed it. In many ways, D4 will be the new standard for action RPGs and one that is not easy to match. They actually looked at the market for once and took inspiration from other popular ARPGs and it really shows. The loot system and endgame    I was very sceptical and Diablo 4 hit me by surprise.

    From gameplay to story, graphics, endgame content, customizability... they pretty much nailed it. In many ways, D4 will be the new standard for action RPGs and one that is not easy to match.

    They actually looked at the market for once and took inspiration from other popular ARPGs and it really shows.

    The loot system and endgame can be improved, but looking at everything else the game offers, that's acceptable. The game is still better than everything else the market currently has to offer.

    Проходил чисто кампанию, да несколько побочек, один данж. Если оценивать игру в отрыве от мультиплеерной составляющей, сезонов, о которых я ниче не знаю, то игра понравилась. Красивый, мрачный визуал, хорошо поставленные катсцена на движке, саунд дизайн шикарен, неплохой сюжет, хоть и раскрывается только под конец. Изза следования сюжетки гринд практически не душил, мочить мобов былоПроходил чисто кампанию, да несколько побочек, один данж. Даж хз че сказать по минусам, пвп и хай энд контент даже не нюхал. Обрывается сюжетка на полуслова и явных намеках на будущие длс, еу посмотрим.
    Как итог, для чисто сюжетного прохождения игра более чем норм, дальше уже нужно смотреть че близы придумают.    … Expand

    The people have spoken but they are wrong. Nothing about this game deserves lower than a 7 out of 10. Hyperbolic internet culture on full display. D4 is a fine game only issues that bug me are QOL issues that will hopefully be resolved sooner than later but thats all

    One of the best game in the recent 10 years, not perfect, but a game that work and without bugs, a game that worth the price it asks.
    Campaign is top of the game, Season 1 don't have content to be honest, but is not a reason for saying the game is **** as most people say.
    People don't understand that a game start and finish, Diablo is not infinite, you play a character for 100 hours, and    One of the best game in the recent 10 years, not perfect, but a game that work and without bugs, a game that worth the price it asks.

    I love it. OST is god like, nemesis butcher the best boss in the history of video games. Im a Druid fan, i have played with all builds and love the gameplay, build variations and love the combat system. Put tier 100 down and i'm going for Lilith uber boss. Varshan is kids playground, die too easy. I hope the next seasons bring more content for the game, because this is amazing Diablo gameI love it.     Diablo 4, its an amazing game, what else is there to say about it? The charaters and unique, the legendaries were revamped and you can build crazy builds, game looks amazing, gameplay is fun, there isn't much else to say beside this game is amazing

    Some fail and bugs at the launch of season 1 but the game is really good.
    Nearly no problem of server since beggining compare to the three first years of D3 but most of haters are too young for know...
    I really enjoy this game and i m sure, i will play on for 10 years as D3 (played near all seasons since dlc)

    Love the game, great throwback on themes to Diablo 2 and glossed over all the terrible ones in Diablo 3. Not much to do past 70+, but plenty of things to do prior to then.

    Due to time restraints was only able to play character to level 50 during initial release (barbarian). Playing rogue now during season one and having a blast. All the zeros seem to be mostly from folks that don’t like changes to their specific class or are grinding out late game. Can’t speak to late game, but from 1-50 the leveling experience in Season 1 has been a lot of fun. Playing asDue to time restraints was only able to play character to level 50 during initial release (barbarian). Playing rogue now during season one and having a blast.     Although I am not experienced in Diablo and ARPG, the game satisfied me in a short time. It revealed my curiosity, interest and love for this genre. The dev team made a lot of wrong decisions with Season 1, but they started to fix them based on community feedback. Highly recommended.

    Playing and enjoying the game. 9 out of 10 so far. (bought it after 1.10 was released).
    Saw dudes writing "the campaign is a masterpiece" and rated as 0, or "after plating Diablo 2 for 5000 hours" and rated as 2... Personally, the game is awesome!

    While the future of the game is anyone’s guess, at present Diablo IV is a solid, but strangely unambitious take that fails to bring much new to the table. By the end of my travels, I was more than willing to put it down and take a break — somewhere amongst all the grinding, Diablo IV had unfortunately ground me down as well.
