Best Deponia ever - nuff said!

Good potion of humor, surprising and funny story. In simple words this game is worth every minute of play time. I really loved the whole Deponia trilogy but this is pure gold and was a fantastic suprise for me as fan.

This has come very surprsingly. Suddenly the game was released. I enjoy it very much. Every minute riddled with humor and some very nice twists. I think so far its the best from the series. An absolutely buy it title!

Some people call the Deponia series the "Monkey Island" of the new millennium. Rightfully so. Rufus is even more anti-hero than Guybrush could be. He's a meanie and an egoist and he provokes emotion. The humor is crude and snappy and the characters range from lovely to awkward. The 4th installation of this great series again is a delight to play! One of the best point and click games ever

Deponia is seem like a homage to the 90s era adventures - and most of them where designed like this. With ridicioulus puzzles only real adventure nerds could get off to.

And i feel like that's the niche in which the series can exist and in which it excells. Otherwise it would just be another adventure. So, yeah. It's good.

A very good game I played the first time deponia and the comic look the story and so on matches perfect.
The Price is a little bit hard but ok, you got a fantastic game.

    My Opinion: Buy it!

Deponia is a saga that has improved with the passage of each delivery. Art and visual concept are much better developed and the story is equally compelling with each delivery. Highly recommended.

I liked this one at lot. Loved the entire series. Can't give it a ten though. There were so many bugs and so many of my saves were corrupted. I had to resort to pulling saved game files off the studio's website just to be able to progress in the game. This happened about 4 times and was game breaking so it obviously needed a little time to go through some more debugging. That said, II liked this one at lot. Loved the entire series. Not sure about the ending (won't spoil it) but overall I thought it was pretty good. Hope there's another. Expand

This game really put me through a loop, and I really enjoyed it! Great time shenanigans abound. My only complaints are that some of the puzzles seemed a bit non-squinter and impossible to solve with out aid of a walk through or through sheer luck.

This is definitely the best Deponia part. The humor is absurd and great. Art, voice acting and music compelling. Hoping for another part, although I miss the happy end, but I guess there shouldn't be a happy end for Rufus - bad karma.

This title, as well as all the other ones in the saga share a handful of characteristics that make them the best modern-era point-and-click games, they are:

-Beautifully crafted puzzles which are very satisfying to complete
-Very well-made character personalities (Lottie, Toni, Bozo, Cletus and McChronicle to name just a few)
-Really good ambientation, both in the post-apocalyptic Deponia as in the utopic Elysium
-Rufus and Goal make a pretty silly and somewhat adorable couple
I honestly find no way in which any human being could play Deponia and not enjoy it other than if they dislike point-and-click adventure games as a whole.

Satisfying finale for the series: epic, funny, but also a bit messy and confusing.

Finally, a continuation from a sad ending. So far the game is awesome! You have to play the whole series and it is worth it.

If you liked the trilogy this is a worthy playthrough. I feel it's not the best in the series but keeps the quality high and has some really solid sections.

A bit more linear in some parts but still overall a very fun game.

This has been my favorite point-and-click game. I've had several giggles, I don't think I had any desperate urge to lookup hints on this one, and my mind was thoroughly boggled.

Doomsday is not as good as previous Deponias – not as funny (but still funny enough), considerably easier and heavier on mindless minigames. [05/2016, p.58]

Faint return of the popular adventure series. Deponia still charms with its original concept and humor …and even Rufus lost none of his charm. The devs from of Daedalic bring us an adventure that is good only with its story, but not with a gameplay.

Overall, Deponia Doomsday is an expertly-crafted point and click that holds itself to pretty high standards.
