    Deadlink is an amazing cyberpunk-style roguelite that provides plenty of reasons to keep coming back.

    It’s no doubt that the future of Deadlink is looking very promising, as Gruby Entertainment has laid out a solid foundation for a fantastic rogue-like. The only downside to all this is the content, or lack thereof, as there are only two levels to play through. The developers have stated that the next major update is slated for December 2022 so here’s to hoping for a fleshed out road map leading to a 1.0 launch. If you’re a fan of Doom Eternal mixed with Hades, drenched with a cyberpunk skin, then you will for sure love Deadlink.

    A fast-paced, relentlessly brutal, and visually vibrant shooter that excels in diversity while occasionally succumbing to its inherent repetitiveness. With its wide arsenal of combat skeletons and a plethora of perks to mix and match, this cyberpunk dream demands constant adaptation. Before the looming specter of monotony takes hold, it offers countless hours of exhilarating entertainment.

    There should have been a boss or two where I as a player had to become a bit strategic and defensive to beat it, which I think would create more variety overall. However, this is a small complaint about an indie game that, in summary, offers brilliant FPS action drenched in character and passion.

    if you're just after a game where the only goal is a high score and unlocking new guns, then Deadlink more than delivers on that. Not only do you have great weapons to start, your character flies with ease all over each room, and for the most part you do that without the game ever stuttering to catch up. Couple that with a pulse-pounding soundtrack, and it's easy to see how someone could get sucked in.

    Deadlink is a relentless arena-based FPS with rogue-lite elements. You must jump, dive, and shoot your way to victory. However, death is guaranteed, and failure is all but assured. Yet, this matters not as you become stronger, faster, and wiser with each passing playthrough.

    Overall, Deadlink is addictive and fun. Also it is visually and musically impressive, adding to the enjoyment of the game. There are diverseOverall, Deadlink is addictive and fun. Managing health is crucial, making you think and plan. Boss fights are challenging and require strategy. I've already spent around 10 hours in the game and don't plan to stop yet… Expand

    I played that in Early Access but gives me a lot of fun. I am a fan of Cyberpunk 2077 and Deadlink fits that style ideally. I don't know why but Polish developers continue to create amazing games in that genre. I guess they have a future machine to get inspiration directly from the place.

    Looking forward to seeing the roadmap and future updates of the game.

    Gunfire Reborn + Doom eternal. Awesome 1P FPS with roguelike elements.
    For 30 bucks, it's a steal.
