    It was buggy and messy from the beginning but since update 1.04 it is practically unplayable as it is crashing frequently. CDPR lost all my trust for future project releasing a half baked product like this after so many delays.

    Plays great on my HP gaming laptop. I understand the console version has some issues, so I'm rating it from my point of view from my experience on my laptop. Amazing graphics and TONS of detail.

    Buggy, but getting on going updates and each day it improves. All the bad stuff will be forgotten in a month or so and it will be known as one of the best games of its time!

    This is the most unoptimized game I have ever played. Unless you have a $3k or more PC you can’t run the game the way it is intended. On top of that, the bugs make it barely playable. I can’t believe they released it in the state it is in.

    It works so well on PC. I have to really focus to even see one or two bugs. I know it doesn't work so well on PS4 or Xbox but the PC version is absolutely brilliant. I have to say it's one of the best RPG I've played.
    Don't trust those people who rate it negatively. Those are seriously immature "gamers" that can't see the art behind such a wonderful game. Just play it and see how    It works so well on PC.     Lads can u score the game not its technical state rn....if u have ssd and high ram this game works pretty good and great substance is there . u just need to invest into upgrading PC or buing new console..

    What can not be fixed is the boring, on-rails gameplay that can only be described as a snoozer. Your very first gunfight, your very last gunfight, and EVERY fight in between is EXACTLY the same with no variation. Every thing you do is scripted and the only 'action' happens in cutscenes,

    The world is gorgeous, but the my god the characters are UGLY. You will not believe how ugly 90% of the character and NPC models are in the game. Half of them are difficult to look without triggering your reflext to look away. It doesn't help that the entire city is meant to be a crime-ridden ghetto, so to that end almost all of the characters are black.

    Without going in to spoilers, the story concept with Johnnie is interesting but the narrative and finale are just slaps in the face to player.

    The game story is actually pretty awesome, I didn't finish yet, but so far I liked very much, but the gameplay experience with this tons of bugs and technique problems is just unplayble, even with high end pc's it's really hard to get a good experience, in my opinion CD should had to get more time to develope the game.

    This game is amazing and very well thought out. I was blown away by the raw emotion to be found while playing in nigh city. The recreation of the Cyberpunk meets Noir genre was truly excellent

    Despite the occasional bugs on PC, the game is excellent, great narrative and lots to do in the world. My only issue so far is it seems to be easy to 'trick' the game in many instances, there are some hacks out there to get powerful upgrades and weapons really easy, but in addition to that I found a lot of times you could just walk out of an area with enemies if it got too hard, or findDespite the occasional bugs on PC, the game is excellent, great narrative and lots to do in the world.     Favorite game of all time. Playing on Xbox One S and only experienced textures not loading in and the game freezing for a couple of seconds. Great storyline and side quest. Overall really good game.

    A perfect score game? Never. This is an average game, with several huge problems that hinder playing. I was never in the hype about this game, but I was even enjoying it, even at 1.04 the game has so many problems that I gave up playing. It requires a computer too powerful to take advantage of the graphics, failure to maintain interest. Unfortunately, the worst surprise of 2020.

Night City is diverse and colorful, keeping diffrent schemes and ideas in diffrent districts.

    Audio is One of the Best parts in game, but its sometimes buggy. I had many NPC dialog bugs, making random NPC characters speak from places which are empty, looping same dialog, speaking after being killed. Otherwise audio design is really good, ambient in city improves immersion, great choice of radio stations and songs in them makes driving an activity you want to do more often, action music while entering combat are all really well made.

    Gameplay has many pros but some cons which make game less enjoyable. Starting with combat, which there is a lot in game. Greatest aspect of it are diverse options you have while approaching each confrontation with enemies. You can play however you like and level design supports diffrent play styles. Strenght, Intelligence, agility are all equally aviable. Shooting feels good, weapon feeling for me is somehow comparable to Apex Legends. Weapons so far offer diffrent approaches to how you move and utilize battlefield. Although i play on hard difficulty, combat sometimes feels too easy due to stupid AI. Stealth is unbalanced, making some confrontations too easy and some unstealthable because of enemies seeing through some objects. Hacking is fun and provided options for both stealth and open combat.
    Equipment is at this moment the second worst part of the game. I found multiple UI bugs in equipment panel, not letting me equip gear w (for example when i opened head slot, shirts showed up).
    Crafting is easy, but wasnt explained anywhere.
    The worst part for me is constant change of equipment. Each enemy drops thier gun and sometimes armor (which is cool), but they are usually better than what i have on myself. It pushes player to change apparel and weapons after each fight to have highest dps and armor equiped. You don't bond with any piece of equipment, and i didnt need to upgrade anything through crafting. Very often it doesn't make any sense, for example you find epic rarity balistic vest, but half hour later you change it to common t-shirt because it dropped from higher level enemy thus it has better armor. Perks and are fun and makes many playstyles aviable, but most of them are combat oriented. There are only few for world-oriented activities and most of those are for crafting.

    Story, world building and significant characters are the steongest part of the game. I could write a lot about it, but to keep it short i will say it's the first game in which i feel my choices matter, changing both outcome of current mission, but also story in long run. Main story feels compelling and one might play only it to see what happens if not for side quests. The amount of side quests in unbelievable, and each of them provides short story, simillar how it was in Witcher 3. Some side jobs are more meaningful than others, but each provide some interesting background. Story characters have diverse personalities and you can feel that they pursue their own goals. On the other hand random NPC citizens are horrible, their AI tends to glitch out in response to players interaction with enemies. You have practicaly zero interaction with them, which leads to another problem the game has.

    World interaction is minimal, limited to scripted activites. It's probably most dissapointing for me and probably many other players.
    Character customatization is non existent after character creator, there are no tattoo salons, hair salons, as said before player is somewhat forced to use random clothes because they provide better stats. Game is lacking role play animations such as eating, drinking, smoking, gestures. You can't use gym equipment and other arleady existing features.

    The worst part of the game at this moment is physics engine. It's most bugged and glitched part influencing all parts of the game. Cars collisions can send you flying, many objects have missplaced hitboxes etc. Its generaly in really bad shape right now.

    I highly value writing and design, which overshades bugs and undevelopes in game. If you're more demanding in technical aspects of the game than me, i'd advise to wait until game is properly patched. For now, Cyberpunk gets 6/10 from me with potential to be solid 10+/10 in the future. I believe that CDPR hears our voices and will continue to work hard on the game, fixing RedEngine problems and adding missing features. They haven't dissapointed in the past, and I hope it won't change this time.    … Expand

    I really enjoy this game it has a few bugs at launch but they all do. If you don't like buggy stuff wait 6 months. If you don't mind the occasional glitch and want to play a massive open world future rpg check it out.

    I've played about 9 hours so far on the Xbox one x, so far I've seen no major issues except for minor crashing when I drive really fast and the game can't keep up on my console. Given the nature of the game and the specs of my console I think it's performing quite well and is quite beautiful and smooth when I'm not pushing it too it's limits. But you cant expect games not to have bugs in games that is impossible. is game so bad to give it 0 no, but game isnt worth 10 as well. but hopefully company will release patches and will fix bugs and hopefully will fix older console problems for xbox and ps4.     Rozumiem, że niskie oceny są pochodną raczej słabej optymalizacji gry ale mam nadzieję, że z czasem twórcy się z tym uporają. Grafika jest na bardzo wysokim poziomie co w pełni tłumaczy duże wymagania sprzętowe, sądzę, że większe niż te podane przez twórców. Tam czy inaczej trzymam kciuki z adalszy rozwój gry. Mamy tu do czynienia z dziełem na miarę Redów!    Swietny tytuł, genialna historia.

    Flying chopsticks in cinematics, lips not moving when people talk, cars appear out of the blue in front of you, etc. I'm rocking a pretty kick ass PC, yet medium quality gets me over 30fps, anything above medium makes the whole thing stutter like crazy! I'll TRY to enjoy it, but I'm not getting my hopes up...

    O jogo em si é ótimo, história bem feita, dublagens incríveis e etc... porém faltou otimização e polimento. Tenho quase certeza que se eles concertarem rápido e otimizarem bem as notas vão subir novamente, pois o jogo é muito bom.

    Xbox one x player and it plays very well on my external ssd. Yes there are bugs but it's not game breaking. Very immersive, great graphics. Its worth the money on xbox one x or series x, maybe not on xbox one, or xbox one s.

    Cyberpunk 2077 on PC is delightful! Obviously there are some bugs that are fairly annoying, but I personally never encountered a crash nor a game breaking bug. Gameplay is great, story and universe are awesome and graphics are just the best! I really hope CDPR quickly fixes the game.

Seems like it could be fun but when I play I spend half my time on reddit trying to figure out if I'm completely clueless how to play or if it's yet another bug....it's always a bug. When you have to search reddit to find bug workarounds just toThe bugs in this game have forced me to give up. Seems like it could be fun but when I play I spend half my time on reddit trying to figure out if I'm completely clueless how to play or if it's yet another bug....it's always a bug.     Though I was unable to continue playing after the recent update due to extreme lag, when I could play I couldn't put it down. It is so incredibly fun and such a beautiful game even with the graphics turned down. I am so pleased with the developers' quick response time in bringing out the updates and fixes and can't wait to continue playing in the future!

    As of this writing, I'm 22 hours in, spending 50% of my time on main mission and 50% on side quests. Here's how things are going so far:
    Pros:
    - Game play is acceptable even on my modest Nvidia GTX 980M - Story is engaging slightly above average for an RPG - PLENTY of quests to keep one engaged (you will get your money's worth) - Fantastic character customization options (more on    As of this writing, I'm 22 hours in, spending 50% of my time on main mission and 50% on side quests.     - Game play is acceptable even on my modest Nvidia GTX 980M
    - Story is engaging slightly above average for an RPG

    - Fantastic character customization options (more on this in a bit)
    - Incredibly detailed environment
    Cons:
    - Though character customization is quite good, it goes to waste because 95% of the time you don't actually see your character and the hard work put into your efforts.
    - Melee combat mechanics are lacking. It's the first-person perspective that makes this difficult in my opinion
    - Vehicle control is unwieldy at best.
    - NPCs that are not a part of the plot are woefully under utilized having zero part in any game play. CDPR missed an opportunity utilizing NPCs for random quests.

    Conclusions: I've made these comments in a vacuum. I have not read nor watched any critics' assessments of the game as of this writing (13 Dec 2020). I have found CP2077 to be quite engaging overall; therefore, I like the game more than I dislike it. I am aware of some of the performance issues many players have been having with the game. I've not had any similar issues, but do understand the frustration many are having. I have experienced a few graphical glitches, but nothing game-breaking. I find CP2077 to be a slightly above average RPG albeit with some flaws. If you are an RPG fan, this will be right up your alley. For non-RPG players, wait for it to go on sale. My official rating is 7.5 out of 10, but no half points here, so I have to give it an 8.    … Expand

    Genuinely enjoy the game so far.
    The way you can run across events the leveling system and variations in cloths, weapons, abilities, and over all characters build/creator seem like a nice step up and I hope they add more in DLC. The complaints I'm hearing from others seem small and isn't worth being upset about cause it's all simply fixable by updates.
    It's not like they lied about    Genuinely enjoy the game so far.
    The way you can run across events the leveling system and variations in cloths, weapons, abilities, and over all characters build/creator seem like a nice step up and I hope they add more in DLC. The complaints I'm hearing from others seem small and isn't worth being upset about cause it's all simply fixable by updates.

    Unfortunately I know about the problem on consoles, but on the PC the problems aren't so serious. The storyline is awesome, scenarios are incredible, quests, all about this game is great. Bug are common at this stage, but CD Red probably fix it soon...On PC. Cyberpunk will be even more optimized on the PC, so you shouldn't worry about it, remember how it was with The Witcher 3

In my impression the existing bugs will be fixed in future patches. Even inPlayed on a high-end PC, this game is gorgeous. The gameplay and story is nice.     It is bonkers that critics game this game 90+. Compared to almost every other open world game this is half baked at best. So many things are underdeveloped, so many systems just don't matter. It's a pretty world but a bad game.

Yes, there are mistakes, but from my perspective, the game is as bad as Assassins Creed Valhalla at the premiere, if not worse. In AC, I was experiencing huge frame drops while maintaining the AVG 60 FPS. The game will never be repaired on XONE and PS4, the only option is to buy a new generation of consoles or buy a powerful PC. However, when we have the equipment, the game is incredibly addictive. I spent similar sessions on the game only in GTA San Andreas, GTA 5, Witcher 3 and Diablo 3. It is a pity that the title was advertised as an action FPS and something that works on the old generation. I wish everyone a lot of fun!… Expand

    CDP promised to deliver deep RPG game with interesting choices set in a boring cyberpunk setting. Instead they delivered boring game set in a boring cyberpunk setting and lots of bugs.

    Seems to me that The Witcher 3 was their Opus Magnus and they will never make another good game.

    Imagine a game that's so much fun, you're able to overlook many bugs.

    I've seen it all if you think of buggy games. Seen Andromeda's weird facial expressions, seen all of Bethesdas's games and playing ESO with hundreds of crashes a week, Cyberpunk bugs are not nothing on any good pc.

    The game contains an amazing story, a large world, and the ability to run through enemies with whatever style fits you the best. Old gen consoles struggle to play this but this will be fixed. Based on ganeplay and storytelling alone its one of the best games I have played. It holds so much potential and can't wait to see it improved and added on to.

    Cons (-)
    - Sometimes bugs block quest progression I assume they're working on additional patches, but these are currently an issue
    - Buggy animations- sometimes characters will be looking at you and speaking, but their mouths won't be moving, even with a high end computer, NPCs can take a while to render properly and show up as colorful person shaped blobs until they finish loading
    -Quest and shard(lore) management is a bit cramped and difficult to sift through to find what you're looking for
    -Romance options extremely restricted 1 straight male, 1 gay male, 1 straight woman, 1 lesbian woman, 1 male joy toy, 1 female joy toy

    I have logged 40 hours in this game over the last 3 or so days and I just can't get enough. At one point in my first playthrough, my quest progression for one of the main story quests got blocked, so I started all the way over and I still enjoyed every single moment of it. This is a game you should take your time on. Go do as many sidequests as you can, build out your character, and explore what Night City really has to offer. Despite its buggy release, this game is absolutely engrossing and satisfying and I hope this becomes a franchise with regular games being developed and released. I hope that some of the negatives I mentioned get patched and improved over the course of the next year, but even if they don't, I see them as minor gripes that hardly detract from an overall amazing experience. CD Projekt Red has set the bar for the future of immersive, open world RPGs and they set it high. Competing developers will really have to bring their best to the table when they know consumers will be comparing their upcoming games against Cyberpunk 2077 for years to come.    … Expand

    Sem palavras pra descrever o quão bom esse jogo é, eu espero e tenho fé que a CD PROJEKT RED, vá arrumar o jogo todo, não gostei muito dos gráficos (estou jogando em ULTRA) a otimização esta ruim, mas creio que vão deixar o jogo como ele merece ser.

Unforgivable, how the company spent so much time delaying it months after months to relases a game which can't even be run properly at the recommended requirements set by the CD PROJEKT RED itself. Take this into consideration when they started working on the game that is around 2015 the most powerful graphics in the world was gtx 1080ti and rtx graphics were mere imagination now you can understand how the optimization is considering it runs optimal only of rtx graphics cards....what they did all these years???? Telling us they are "polishing" the game. Its even worse for previous gen consoles for which the game was initially targeted for. It was all lies when they said "the game runs good on previous gen consoles as well" acting like it was targeted at next gen consoles.… Expand

    really like the game and the pc version is not that buggy, got only 1 or 2 glitch through my playthrough and I do think the story is pretty basic and I hate the driving system. But in general I love my experience with it.

    Good game, definitely over hyped. Lifepaths are completely useless and frankly dont mean anything except 15 min of gameplay. Story is good, but too short imo. Map and world incredible however.

    crashes every hour. takes 30 secs or more for textures to load. main story mission objectives wont load. 15 fps on ps4 pro. don't buy this **** ass game. it's broken.

    Cyberpunk 2077 is truly amazing.

    The open World, the Characters, the Story, the gunplay - all of this deserves a 10 out of 10 in my opinion.     Couple of minor bugs, but overall great experience, great story telling. Love how the city feels, the dark setting. Amazing, totally worth it.
    Playing on a proper pc. Only had a handful of minor bugs, that were not that impact-ful, played for almost 30 hours already.

    WOW ! I couldnt believe my eyes when i started up the game the first time!
    This is the first Game that truely looks like Next-Gen (apart from demon souls remake on ps5).
    I play on a Ryzen 2600 and RTX 2070 Super with a gsync compatible monitor. Everything set to High with Raytracing on Ultra and DLSS automatic - got between 40-55 frames per second which feel really smooth (the gsync    WOW ! I couldnt believe my eyes when i started up the game the first time!
    This is the first Game that truely looks like Next-Gen (apart from demon souls remake on ps5).

    I waited 8 years for this game and I was not disappointed despite some bugs on the premiere day. Firecracker 10/10!

    On the other hand, I was really disappointed by Deus Ex: Mankind Divided which I consider being a cyberpunk game but actually it wasn't...

    It's good that Cyberpunk 2077 met my expectations!!!

    I've heard and seen some of the issues affecting consoles, however I'm on decent speced pc and haven't had any of these. I'll give CDPR the benefit of the doubt that they will work to fix any known bugs and the like.

I have had to move on atleast 3 quests because of clipping issues. every once in a while you shoot a bad guy and s/he falls off the map or becaomes inacessable. only option is to restart. the map is also over the top complicated. I have to travel huge distances to find an item or store to purchase what I need but the screen is jam packed with icons I have to read a 5 page legend to decipher. the ability to turn off and on items you are looking for would be useful.

    The ugly: the intro tutorial. I have had to, on 5 different occasions, had to google a control or keybind to do something like switch weapons or turn off scanning because I accidentally hit the wrong button. key bindings list does not cover every use of every button.

    all and all a good game and I am looking forward to the patches DLC to resolve some of the roughness.    … Expand

    I have a pretty high end PC and am really enjoying the game so far. I have run into a couple of bugs that were frustrating but nothing super bad. Once the bugs are fixed I'll move it up to a 10/10.

    It's truly an amazing game and everything I was expecting. I've seen very few bugs myself and it runs smoothly on my PC. I gave it a 10 because I do truly think it's amazing and all the little issues aren't enough to put me off at all.

    The World feels good make sure you have the Nvidia update and if you have a RTX 20 or 30 series turn DLSS on it will improve frames drastically There are bugs but only one that crashed that game after my 27 hours of playtime i haven't completed the main story probably not even 10% of the side quests

    This is not the game CDPR promised, the city is not alive as it has intended to be and the quests does not have much different paths, the maps does not have a great verticality, all door are closed and can`t access much buildings.
    The game is full of bugs, glitches and is bad optimized. 8 years of development to deliver a rushed game, definitely not worth your $$$

    The best metaphor for Cyberpunk 2077 is Johnny Silverhand himself. A messiah, a mix of Kurt Cobain and Che Guevara, a talented singer who loves to shape his own legend and has a charming personality but loses the struggle with his own demons. The same goes for the game. It tells a great story and forced me to ask myself difficult questions, but many of its gameplay mechanics do not evolve and its technical state upon release was abysmal. Cyberpunk’s true hero is not a person, but Night City – a vibrant, living creature of great diversity. The beauty of the metropolis is striking. [01/2021, p.22]

    Cyberpunk 2077 is one of the most disturbing and mind-blowing RPGs in history, where every decision has a deep impact on our trail. CD Projekt RED tosses us to the center of a city filled with disgusting delights where every character deserves our attention in an immersive experience and overall, very rewarding. From the sarcastic and shadowy tone imposed by the countless scenes in the game, to the flexibility we have on the choices to face every situation that is presented, Night City is truly memorable. It’s a shame that the countless bugs spoil or diminish the impact of some resounding moments, but we are without a question, in the presence of one of the best games in 2020.

    Measured against the extreme expectations, Cyberpunk 2077 can't fulfill any of them. But all in all, despite the countless small weaknesses and inconsistences, with interesting characters, great story and dialogues or the freedom concerning gameplay, CD Projekt delivers a unique and great RPG that every fan of the genre needs to play.
