    [PC] Great game for me so far, it's bugged but not unplayable, hope it's gonna be patched soon.
    There's gonna be many low scores from old generation console player's sadly.

    Didn't have any crashes , just 1 bug in 15 hours of gameplay . Works perfectly fine on my pc 1080p 60fps+ on high/ultra.
    At first I didn't exactly like it ,but the more I played it the more i liked it. The amount of customization is insane. The story is intriguing.Overall a good game.

    One of the best games I've ever played. I know people with PS 4 and Xbox One copies complain about the quality but please don't write reviews and rate the game here. It's the PC version, which for me runs very smoothly and looks absolutely beautiful, I didn't have any gamebreaking bugs so far, I have played about 20 hours now and I'm loving the game. I trust CDPR to fix the visual bugsOne of the best games I've ever played.     the game has some bugs,and bad optimization,but overall, the gameplay and story is really great,im having fun. just wainting for the next patches and fixes for the previous generation...

    Great game, amazing open world, incredible ray-tracing showcase. No game breaking bugs so far and works well on high-end PC but needs further optimization, must play (as of today, on PC)

    The only reason why I'm giving this a 9 is because I actually experienced little to no bugs, sure 1 time Johnnys cig was floating in the air but i saw only around 3-4 bugs and I have around 30hrs of playtime. I really think the game is a 10 if you dont have the bugs, and with the bugs maybe a 7 but I'm sure it can be a 9 for other people as well if CDPR starts working on the fixes. In my opinion the Main Quests were really well made and also the side quests were really good, and had a meaning to them.
    One side quest was to talk to a police man whose friend died and you can help and talk to him, I didn't really want to help him out and so i chose the least supportive dialogue options and finished the quest. If you speed up time in front of his apartement though you could then see the area locked down and hear one police man talk about how the guy you talked to prior killed himself. This adds a nice reality feeling to the game and I really enjoy it.
    Futhermore I know alot on people like to **** on the driving mechanics but holy **** do i enjoy riding my bike in 1st person i really like it and I think alot of people just like to **** on everything because the game is kinda hated rn
    So.. would i recommend this game? No.
    Even though I really really enjoy the game and have little to no issues with bugs/performance I know that I am one of the few lucky ones and most of the people will experience major bugs/performance issues. Of course I also have some things that annoy me in the game like the police appearing out of nowhere and no customization options once you are out of character creation (also no customization for your apartement), but I truly believe CDPR will change some of these in the future.    … Expand

    Very good plot, world immersion, side quests, atmosphere. However, I give 9 because of optimization and bugs, if they fix it will be 10.

I think CDPR should have done a better job with the bugs but these people giving it zero is reidiculous.. the game will be fixed. They have a great track record with post launch. meanwhile I can play it and I am more or less happy. Some people on here need to grow up.. we are playing on 8 year old machines..     Mixed feelings: great story and interesting heroes, mad optimization at the same time. Of course some work is required. Will be waiting for patches. Thanks to CDPR for that rpg with good storytelling without any in game transactions.

    The plot is great, written with an idea and in full swing, you can feel that it is the work of the creators of The Witcher 3. Although these games cannot be compared. At the beginning, we get the opportunity to create a hero and assign points, which is typical for an RPG game, and moreover, it is simply a very nice diversion, although it lacks certain parameters, such as silhouette, height, weight. However, this does not change the fact that the character creator itself is done very well. We also get to choose one of the three story backgrounds that affect the gameplay from the very beginning, as well as the possibilities that will appear over time.
    Huge city - Night City, which will take some time to get to know and visit. The streets are teeming with life, there is always something going on. The visuals are beautiful, although it does not bring you to their knees, but also not what the creators wanted, the graphics were not supposed to be the strongest point of CP2077, but the gameplay, and this one is indeed wonderful. I like shooting in this game a lot, but eliminating enemies silently is the most pleasant for me, and when I combine it with hacking, it turns out to be a real assassin. Because sneaking in this game works very, very well. There are plenty of weapons, they have separate mechanics that are easy to adapt to your preferred style of play. Edged weapons, firearms of various types, grenades etc. Another real relish is the brainance mechanics. Studying the movies, catching the details is wonderful. Driving a car looks good but I personally miss something ... The biggest disadvantage of the game is definitely bugs. There are quite a few of them, but luckily for me, they don't happen to me as many as others (according to their reviews).
    Summarizing postponing the premiere to a slightly more distant date than December 10th, it would definitely be a better. Perhaps it would do without extreme ratings and undeserved insults issued by players. Nevertheless, in my opinion it is still one of the best games I have played and I will be playing it for a long time and the DLCs and patches should solve the current problems with the game.

    Ignore the review bombs, although there are some bugs on release, Cyberpunk 2077 is the best new RPG I've played in years. Give the game a shot on PC.

    Great game with wonderful open world. Art, music and graphics are stunning. Of course, there are a lot of bugs and i hope that they fix it as soon as possible. Everyone playing on ps4 or toaster pc’s, i hope that your butt is hurting a lot ;*

    Cyberpunk 2077 definitely has its cons. I am playing with a 1060 and I'm only getting close to 50 FPS, there are bugs and the looting system has a lot of flaws. But what kept me playing is the story and the experience, which no other game I have played can match

But this game was gorgeous, I was constantly stopping to take screenshot and admire the scenery. The character models are amazingly detailed and animated. -the story was top notch. I've seen a few bugs here and there, but nothing gamebreaking. It could definitely get some more polish but the game is still crazy fun.     Thought decision what score should such game achieve. As huge fan of pen and paper version of CP 2020, my expectations were huge. After ~12 hours of gameplay I can say that most of my expectations were met.     cyberpunk 2077 is an amazing and fun game, with an impressive role palys, I don’t know what to complain about, the songs are good, the story is incredible and the characters are fantastic, but even with, but even with that the game has rendering problems and also a bug that hasn’t happened much to me, really Cyberpunk was a very ambitious game with hype beyond normal

    Great game, with bugs.

    PC version has visual bugs here and there (most comments complaining in this thread are referring to console versions for some reason), but nothing that will hinder your progress. As for the performance, I am running it on ultra 1920x1080 - 60 fps without any drops or issues (i7-6700K, 32 GB, RTX 2080 Super, Samsung EVO SATA).

    Game is incredible on pc. Need some fixes but glitches dont appear that often as most of people say. Still, awaiting cosmetic patches for consoles cause my eyes are bleedibg while seeing all these angry console players comments.

I'm not certain what the review bombing is about, but it's certainly not caused by playing the same game I played. I like almost every character I've met and the few that I didn't were detestable in a believable way. The gunplay and hacking design is rock solid. I've been running at "high" rather than "ultra" settings and have an honest-to-God i5 processor, so I think the game's running well enough. What little I've seen isn't a dealbreaker is my point.

    No, honestly, you want the tl;dr: a superb game far and away superior than any of its property's imitators, more than worthy of reclaiming the title of king of the cyberpunk genre. Anyone who says otherwise can swivel on my middle digit.    … Expand

Perhaps they released it too early. However, i am throughly enjoying the stories and all the contents the world has to offer.     Perfectly written characters, emotional, touching and shaking story. CDPR has proven they are ages ahead of other AAA gamedevs in terms of writing.

    Would be 10, but take one point away for glitches. Fortunately I had nothing major, but I see how other people suffer.

    it's have some big buggs but gameplay and art design fantastic. And story is amazing. I played 10 hours and i cant leave the game. If you have good PC you will be satisfied. I think RTX mode not so much effective but graphics are new gen. Open world theme good. The game has fantastic musics. I think next updates are fix all bugs and optimization problems.

The vast ingenuity of the developers in terms of visuals and the attention to details in each character offers the player a rare sense of immersiveness which I, myself, haven't experienced in a while.

    The game continues to excite to the degree that a large portion in the beginning still feels like a tutorial when you're really just discovering new things at every turn. This makes for a steep-ish learning curve but for me it only adds to the experience of entering fresh into a new world, not knowing what to expect next. Exciting!

    I'm playing the game on a mid-tier PC and was a bit overwhelmed in the beginning by the contrasting bright lights and the murkier dark rooms throughout Night City. It did call for some gamma-adjusting at first (as well for toggling off some options to maintain FPS) but after that it ran very smooth.

    I sympathize with anyone who is at loss for the buginess of the game, and i have also had my fair share of bugs, but for me they have all been 'harmless' as of yet and didn't affect the overall feel of the gameplay. A studio as hard working as CDPR - who have always put the players first - deserves to be slightly imperfect at launch. Looking forward to see a great but more polished game when we've gotten a few updates.    … Expand

    I love the game, its honestly worth the wait. Runs great on PC, even If my rtx 2070 doesn't like the raytracing much. Most fun I've had with a game this year.

    I see people mention there isn't many AI's. There's a setting for that, and I suspect they must have it on low or medium, because on high, I sometimes get stuck in traffic (specially in the downtown area), and occasionally have to take the sidewalk, because there simply is no room on the road.
    Complaints about the world being lifeless also seem odd. So far I've been witness to a shooting in the mist of roughly 50 NPC's having everyone, even me, running in a panic, because I naturally assumed I was the target, as per nearly all other games. But turned out it was a random event. I also had something akin to a car bomb go off while I was about to drive around what looked like someone with car trouble. I saw no fire from the car, and the stopped cars could have been the target. Hell, it could be a random ass bug for all I know, it looked cool and made it seem like I was actually part of the city and not the target of literally everything happening in it, as GTA's have been infamous for. (GTAV excluded)
    I see some people complain about choices not mattering, and again

    One of the earlier side missions have you talk to a guy who lost a friend, and if you don't complete that, he will commit suicide. Now it's a side mission and it has very little bearing on you, but I don't know what people expected.

    I'm unsure what people expected, I don't feel like I've done enough missions to really say my actions have meaningful impact yet. But I've been congratulated and reprimanded for how I carried out missions (I've reloaded just to see if redoing a mission a certain way changed anything).

    So far, the only thing that knocks it down for me, is the slightly buggy visuals (sometimes a pedestrian NPC I drive into to will start teleporting back and furth, almost looks like I hit them and they start lagging) and the occasional spawn of my personal vehicle being inside another vehicle, my only other gripe is with the balance.
    The hacking in the start seems underwhelming. Using it for distractions is fine and can be quite funny, but for combat it feels like a waste of time.
    Weapons are a bit, eh. Reminds me of Fallout.
    Weapons also seems a bit unbalanced. I have gone for MILD SPOILERS AHEAD: using bladed weapons after using the pistol, rifle and sniper. The rifle seems like a waste of ammo, the pistol is good while you're in stealth to initiate combat or if you're lucky the enemies being weak enough for dying to your stealth hs bonus (I use a silenced revolver) and a sniper with consecutive headshots is pretty boss. But they all pale in the face of melee, at least bladed melee. I get near insta kills on very strong enemies that takes 3-5 clean headshots with an immensely powerful sniper, with my Katana or Mantis blades.

    Now, I stayed away from spoilers and have barely seen any trailers for the game, so maybe my positive outlook is from not thinking this game is the cure to cancer while being a timemachine.
    If CDPR fixed those gribes, I don't see why this game couldn't be a 10/10. I find the story interesting and so far of what I've played, I feel like my choices matter enough. People complaining about choice always makes it sound like they want to be able to do exactly what they want to a main storyline, and I can't really think of a game that lets you do that. So far, this game seems to be as "free" as Fallout or Mass Effect.    … Expand

    Even for now this game is real exciting and very awesome journey in enormous world of Cyberpunk. Storyline and Nightcity create indescribable atmosphere of "Hi-tech, no life" which will take u for a long time. Gameplay is OK, but don't expect more from it,. Bugs are not critical at all, but there is many of them, so f*cking many...

    I like music and city design. Progress is somehow OK, driving model and fighting is acceptable.

    This game was pretty much everything I expected and more. The most rewarding, amazing looking RPG I’ve ever played. Just can’t put it down, so much to do, so much autonomy, so rich.     Game needs some patches, especially on consoles. That in mind, glitches are my one and only concern with this game and even now i can totally immerse myself and enjoy my playthrough. Plot is honestly one of the best i have ever seen and the city itself feels near real. I cannot stop playing.     There are bugs, but these are temporary difficulties. And on pc, they are not critical. The plot is great, the gameplay is great. The game fused my expectations.

    Absolutely stunning graphics and a story that is unparalleled in 2020. Performance could be a bit better tweaked though. Not even a 3070 can reach 60FPS stable in all environments right now at 1440p. What a shame, that console players feel the need to ruin the PC User Score as well.

    It is something of a niche though, I guess not everyone is going to like reading endless pieces of worldbuilding and finding little details here and there making this a living world.     There's quite a few bugs, most benign. They're hard at work patching those ; I don't want to think at how buggy it must have been early on. Can't speak for console versions though. Also, keep in mind that Witcher 3 was ALSO a buggy mess on release, and yet is considered a masterpiece of videogames today. Like fine wine, this game needs to age a little.

    On a decent computer it runs quite well, on a good computer it is amazing in terms of graphics (My own is just not quite enough for full raytracing in gameplay, but holy cow is it beautiful when I turn it on). On a 2013-dated console, though, well the hardware is clearly not up to the challenge.    … Expand

I find the story very enjoyable and I would say it's very compelling, I care about the characters in this game and really feel the struggle of the main protagonist V as they make their way through the main story. The world feels very immersive and I find myself just living in this world and taking everything in. Visually the game looks incredible but there are definitely some optimization issues that need fixed, the hardware requirements for this game seem to be insane but with my gtx 1080 I can run the game on the high preset with textures on medium at 1440p with no performance issues and the game looks very good. With all the bright lights I definitely get some eye strain after a few hours of playing, though I'm wondering if some of the filters might help with this. the shooting in the game is better then I was expecting based on what everyone who reviewed it said, I would say it's better then fallout 4 in a lot of ways but in no way is this game a first person shooter. It is an open world rpg so don't expect anything else. The driving didn't bother me personally I think it takes a little getting use to but after a while I really didn't have any trouble at all.
    My biggest issue with the game is the way all the side missions just constantly flood in you will be getting phone calls consistently for like a good 15 or 20 mins after the intro play randomly as you play the game. I feel like there is a better way to filter them in. There is still a ton for me to explore in this game and I can't wait. I'm 11 hours in so far and I can't wait to get back to playing it. With the bugs in place it's still worth the $60 in my opinion I'm having a ton of fun playing it.    … Expand

    Cyberpunk 2077 is very good but there is 1 big problem. Optimization is bad and that´s why i gave it 9/10. Game has perfect story and story telling. Good action. Big map. Perfect main quests and side quests. If CDPR fix optimization then the game is 10/10.

    Works great on my Ryzen 3700x and Radeon 5600XT. The story is intense and the characters are very well put together. The graphics look really modern (the style of the city is something else). There are bugs though but the latest fix 1.0.4 fixed some of it. I'm sure they will patch it out asap. The PC version of the game is the best. I really feel bad for those console guys (PS4 and Xbox One).

I'm not excusing the bugs and CD Project Red clearly has their work set out for them, but we should judge a game off of what it is and not the fixable issues it has at the moment. I've noticed that alot of gamers online love to jump on the hate bandwagon of anything just for the fun of it (see The Last of Us part 2 leaks). And yes the game does have some bugs, for me it has been nothing too serious and game breaking but I do understand players frustration with buying a $60 game and getting a buggy first couple of hours. Games of this scope will always have bugs at launch and people seem to forget this every time the new shiny showstopper game comes out. Give the developers some time and patience (something alot of "gamers" seem to dearly lack) and this game will be up to snuff soon enough. Dont always buy into the hype both positive and negative, make your own opinion on games, dont just listen to Youtubers who are using this to get your clicks. play the game and finish it before you decide whether or not it is good or bad dont be sheep. I give this game a 9/10 on pure potential and 7.5/10 on current state of the game which will be patched up in no time.     Even with these bugs the story and the world don’t lose on climate and the night city have its dark but interesting atmosphere. Great game to relax and forget about everyday problems.

Throughout the game, the setting at the stage level is visually impressive, neon lights everywhere, volumetric fog and realistic graphics stand out in the name of this title, the great weakness of this game I think would be the optimization in the performance of the itself and in turn many bugs are present when playing that do not affect "too much" the gameplay but at a visual level. The musical setting is perfect, by Marcin Przybyłowicz (The Witcher 3) and P.T. Adamczyk (Gwent) give a unique and future-tense sound where they mix synthesizers and multiple stringed instruments. The MoCap Facial is something that is very well implemented, it is something interesting in this type of productions since you can feel the emotions of others.
    The title, I recommend it (as long as your PC or console can handle it) is definitely a must-play and a next-generation game, which I think will mark more than one from history.

    I'm 12 hours in, scratching the surface. The world is amazing, the amount work that was put to create this Cyberpunk vibe, this multilayered city. Small details all over you, every alley, corner, roof. Based on what I experienced - quest are multilayered and can play to different outcomes based on decisions, background and skills. Great stuff that some stats can unlock additional dialogue features, like in F2. Can't say a lot about character development, but it looks like multiple builds and playthroughs should be a thing. Specialisation is a must have.
    Weapon customisation, character customisation, factions, standings, cyber enhancements. All is there.
    9 is because the initial glitches, which are really sporadic in the 1.3 version I started to play, and not game breaking. Havent had a single crash or being forced to reload.
    When they polish that to standard of W3 it will be a great game.

    Sadly, this is next-gen - PS4/Xbox versions are just a money grab. If you a console player, wait for SeriesX/PS5 version release.

Cyberpunk at its best is honestly a remarkable RPG in every way. 99% of the people leaving 0/10 reviews would fully admit that the game would be amazing if it was polished. It's not repetition or bad story telling holding this game back- it is 100% bugs.

    I love and respect cyberpunk 2020 immensely, and the storytelling approach in 2077 is very similar to the board-RPG experience. Therefore, I want to thank the authors for being able to return me to the dark world of Night City and feel the very sensations that 2020 gave me. I believe that you can fix the game and it will go down in the annals of history as the best game of the last 10-20 years.

    Gra działa dobrze nawet na laptopie sprzed 2 lat praktycznie 60fps stałe w 1080p momentami minimalne spadki, owszem zdążają się glicze i bugi ale nie przeszkadzają one w rozgrywce, bym nawet stwierdzil, że potrafią po prostu rozśmieszyć gracza, a jeśli chodzi o SI nie miałem jest ona upośledzona ale to według mnie będzie prawdopodobnie naprawione w ciągu najbliższe go miesiąca. GraGra działa dobrze nawet na laptopie sprzed 2 lat praktycznie 60fps stałe w 1080p momentami minimalne spadki, owszem zdążają się glicze i bugi ale nie przeszkadzają one w rozgrywce, bym nawet stwierdzil, że potrafią po prostu rozśmieszyć gracza, a jeśli chodzi o SI nie miałem jest ona upośledzona ale to według mnie będzie prawdopodobnie naprawione w ciągu najbliższe go miesiąca. Gra fabularnie jest zrobiona bardzo dobrze każdy misja poboczna mimo to że jest powtarzalna jest tak napisana że nie czuć tego że robi się praktycznie to samo, fabuła napisana mistrzowsko jestem bardzo zadowolony i mam nadzieję że cyberpunk zostanie tak rozwinięty albo nawet i bardziej niż w3… Expand

    Most of my time was before patch 1.04 and it was a good experience, bugs were present and performance could have been better and the experience was just ok... with this current patch many of the bugs were squashed (some are still present, but it's definitely an improvement) and my fps was improved by a huge margin.     I have seen a lot of people review bombing this game, because they are angry about bugs and performance issues on the old consoles. I have also seen people complain about the Game not being "the next GTA", which is not the games fault, because it never tried to be.     I am running this game on medium-to-high settings, v-sync on, stable 60FPS. The graphical fidelity is great, and I’ve already put 18 hours into the game. Are there bugs? Sure. Performance drops? Rarely. Texture issues? Sometimes, yeah (I’m only running with 6 gigs of VRAM). But is this game playable? Absolutely. It’s the most fun I’ve had with a game in a LONG time. Sure, it really wants some beefy specs to run it right, but we’re almost in 2021. The PS4/Xbox One came out 7+ years ago. This is a next gen game, no doubt. I agree that CDPR should have not bothered releasing it on such old hardware, but you’d get people complaining even more so if they didn’t.

    In summary, this game is absolutely worth playing. IF you’ve got decent hardware. People who are complaining that it doesn’t run well on older consoles people with unrealistic expectations.

    Whatever others think, I promise - I really like this game despite the fact that this is not exactly what I was waiting for from this game.
    This is quite nice plot, big, saturated map and large choice of cars.
    This game of course has it's disadvantages like bad optimization, bugs and lots of deleted content, but this is normal for a big game like this.

    Very immersive world with beautiful graphics to back it up. It still needs some polishing and bug but contrary to some opinions the game is not "unplayable". At least on PC

The gameplay and character development is not perfect, but it gives free rein to the combination. Some of the additional quests fit the spirit of the cyberpunk genre.     The best metaphor for Cyberpunk 2077 is Johnny Silverhand himself. A messiah, a mix of Kurt Cobain and Che Guevara, a talented singer who loves to shape his own legend and has a charming personality but loses the struggle with his own demons. The same goes for the game. It tells a great story and forced me to ask myself difficult questions, but many of its gameplay mechanics do not evolve and its technical state upon release was abysmal. Cyberpunk’s true hero is not a person, but Night City – a vibrant, living creature of great diversity. The beauty of the metropolis is striking. [01/2021, p.22]

    Cyberpunk 2077 is one of the most disturbing and mind-blowing RPGs in history, where every decision has a deep impact on our trail. CD Projekt RED tosses us to the center of a city filled with disgusting delights where every character deserves our attention in an immersive experience and overall, very rewarding. From the sarcastic and shadowy tone imposed by the countless scenes in the game, to the flexibility we have on the choices to face every situation that is presented, Night City is truly memorable. It’s a shame that the countless bugs spoil or diminish the impact of some resounding moments, but we are without a question, in the presence of one of the best games in 2020.

    Measured against the extreme expectations, Cyberpunk 2077 can't fulfill any of them. But all in all, despite the countless small weaknesses and inconsistences, with interesting characters, great story and dialogues or the freedom concerning gameplay, CD Projekt delivers a unique and great RPG that every fan of the genre needs to play.
