  • Summary: Chronicle of Innsmouth was born by combining the stories of master-of-horror, H.P. Lovecraft, and the style of Lucas’ graphic adventures in the 90s. Horror scenes and creepy moments create the many grotesque and paradoxical situations.

    Loaded with quirky humor and challenging yet satisfying puzzles, Chronicle of Innsmouth works as both a retro adventure game and a loving tribute to H.P. Lovecraft.

    Not a perfect point-and-click adventure, Chronicle of Innsmouth is a strange creature that mix the typical humor of LucasArts with the dark and rotten atmosphere of H.P. Lovecraft.

    The strange mix between the "guybrushian" humor and the tethe of lovecraftian serenity is still pleasantly unusual, a marriage that will certainly capture the attention of fans of graphic adventures, cultists of the myth of Cthulhu and the inhabitants of the Deep.
