    Havent bought a cod game since Black Ops. The series has been misguided and is finally back on track.

    The only people who don't like this game are fortnite fans who want to jump off walls with jetpacks and Do do curly qs on their skateboards

    Infinity Ward did really well with this one, the combat system is really well-made, a new engine that changed everything. Despite some flaws like Survival exclusive to PS4. The introductions of the new game modes, bring variety to the Multiplayer. The gun customization    One of the best Call of Duty of all time: Insane graphics, dynamic movement, ballistics, etc. It's a masterpiece.

    Best game I’ve played in a while, bare in mind most of the bad ratings are baseless. They are down rating it because there is fictional content that offends them much like how North Koreans would react if they could see Red Dawn (another fictional work). The bad ratings do not reflect the quality of this product and I can guarantee it is a very good product.

    Ну наконец то на рынке появился нормальный шутан да еще и с неплохим сюжетом (как для шутана). Прошел с удовольствием, жаль что сюжетная компания довольно короткая (впрочем в CoD всегда так).

    Just a cool game. Characters are great, and the ending the best. Russia seems bad in this game, but only the general Barkov puts it in a bad light.

    Of course the PS4 exclusive sucks and this is not an anti war shooter like spec ops the line... But graphics, game and gun play are awesome and it's well optimized for pc. So far, the campaign is thrilling and intense and the beta multiplayer was quite fun to play for a CoD. Haven't played since MW2 but I like this iteration. And supply drops seem to be gone for good! However, it's moreOf course the PS4 exclusive sucks and this is not an anti war shooter like spec ops the line... But graphics, game and gun play are awesome and it's well optimized for pc.     3hours so far in MP. Finally a proper Cod game. Most fun I had in a Cod game in quite awhile.

    Минусы:
    1) Ужасный мап дизайн.
    2) Отвратительные ТТК, ТТД и АДС.
    3) Система создания классов-параша (верните пик тен!)
    4) Куча кемперов.
    5) Медленная динамика.
    6) Баги.
    7) Лаги на топовой системе 2019 года.
    8) Багующие контракты и невыполнимые задания в этих самых контрактах.
    9) Система укрытий.

    Плюсы:
    1) Графика.
    2) Стрельба.
    3) Звуки.
    4) Спецоперации.
    5) Сюжет-лучший в серии!

    Подробнее о сюжете:
    В нём нет русофобии, тупые идиоты как обычно ничего не поняли. Никто из ругающих игру, судя по всему, не слушал диалоги вообще. Фара считала русских-террористами, потому что её с детства угнетал Роман Барков, а он-русский. Но в конце, когда Фаре и КО помогает Николай, она спрашивает у него-"Зачем помогаешь?", а он отвечает-"Потому что Барков позорит мою страну!", после чего Фара понимает, что не все русские-террористы, а лишь Барков и его люди. И после того, как Фара убивает Романа, она говорит Николаю-"Спасибо!" и говорит она это на русском, что ещё раз подтверждает то, что она поняла, что была не права и что не все русские являются безжалостными убийцами. Собственно Барков, а он отличный злодей, у него есть простая и понятная мотивация. Его людей убили террористы из Урзыкстана и он стал видеть в народе этой страны угрозу, поэтому и вторгся на её территорию. В игре помимо Баркова и его людей есть ещё злодеи-группировка Аль-Катала. А также главные герои далеко не такие уж и герои (туфталогия, я знаю, но зато понятная), они не всегда действуют верно и не всех спасают. И после этого вы хотите сказать, что серой морали нет и злодеи в игре лишь русские? Нет? Ну тогда вы молодцы, раз поняли, что были не правы. А если вы всё ещё не изменили своё мнение, то это значит, что вы тупой идиот и вас сможет исправить лишь... Я думаю вы поняли, что вас сможет исправить. Проблема игры заключается не в сюжете (он просто прекрасный, в нём много тяжёлых и эмоциональных сцен, а также есть серая мораль), а в мультиплеере, который в этом году получился откровенным мусором.

    Последние 5 лет данная франшиза меня лишь радовала, но в этом году мультиплеер меня огорчил, играть я в него не собираюсь. Я возвращаюсь в лучшую часть всей серии-Black Ops 4. А новой MW я бы поставил 7 за всё вместе и 10 лишь за сюжет и кооперативные миссии, но так как игра тонет в куче негативных отзывов, я поставлю ей эти самые 10 баллов.    … Expand

    Normally I never write reviews because I know there are thousands of dem online, but with this game I just have to . - Campaign: The singleplayer campaign is the best in the series . It shows you exactly how horrifying war can be and it does not censor anything . Hanging people that do not obey , shooting mothers and children just because they were in the    Best Call Of Duty Game to date !

    - Campaign:
    The singleplayer campaign is the best in the series .
    It shows you exactly how horrifying war can be and it does not censor anything . Hanging people that do not obey , shooting mothers and children just because they were in the way , it is all there and it’s scary how authentic it all is . I really don’t know how to review the campaign without spoiling something so i will say this : Realistic , gritty, brutal , ugly . It’s a mature story and I would advise parents not to buy this game to their 13 YO child .

    - Co-Op missions:
    This is something that I did not get in to a lot but the missions are challenging and require communication and coordination within the Squad to successfully made it through . The mode is hard , challenging and rewarding . I honestly find it better than zombies .

    - The Bread and Butter of Call Of Duty ( Multiplayer):
    Old fan favourite game modes like Team Deathmatch, free for all ,search and destroy and domination are back, but this time around instead of a battle Royale mode ( Blackout ) they went with a large scale battlefield ( 48 and 64 players ) with multiple objectives . Just imagine domination but on a extra large map with 5 control points , 32v32 and vehicles such as Helicopters and Tanks . As we all know this is Battlefield territory and no one does large scale combat better than DICE , but it is quite refreshing to see CoD as potential competition. Knowing Infinity Ward they will polish the mode as of right now it’s really chaotic and favouring Snipers and vehicles camping on the edge of the map just waiting for kills , but that’s the mentality of CoD players , it was always about that KD and Teamwork and objective plays were never that important till now. The second new mode that works amazingly well and is fun and competitive is Gunfight . Maps smaller than Nuke Town tailored for 2v2 fights where each team gets the same different load out every round . It is highly skill based and I am sure will become a fan favourite - Gameplay:
    This reimagined Modern Warfare brings new Weapon handling, recoil and bullet drop to the table, making weapons feel way more realistic than before . It’s a mix of battlefield and Rainbow Six: Siege . You can actually feel the weight of the weapons and every weapon feels different and unique. Call of Duty players that are used to older Titles will need a while to adjust to the new handling model ,but once you cross the barrier it feels amazing and satisfying.

    - Graphics and Sound This is the thing that everyone will notice once they start up the game. The new Game Engine works like a charm. Call of Duty has never looked so real and beautiful. Transition from cinematic to first person is seamless and very well done. Night maps actually require you to use your night vision goggles , otherwise you won’t be able to see anything. Talking about night vision, with the Goggles on I had the feeling that I am watching a real live footage of a Spec Ops operation , it’s breathtaking.
    The music theme is gritty and intense , with some levels having no music at all, things that really immerse you. The weapons sound meaty and powerful, the environment is indistinguishable from real life. - Verdict:
    I am a Battlefield player and have been with the franchise since 2012. The thing that made me loose interest in Call of Duty was the unrealistic weapon feel , all of the running and gunning and lack of objective based gameplay . This game extends the CoD formula to a new horizon with a heavy focus of objective , slower paste , tactical gameplay leaving you with a choice : do you wish to go all In guns blazing and run and gun through the whole map or are you going to look for that sweet angle or maybe use the new verticality possibility’s and search for a good flanking route. It’s up to you how you approach each objective.
    As a whole the game is a solid package that offers enough game modes to satisfy every FPS player.
    I am amazed what infinity Ward has done this year and I feel that this year I will spend a lot of hours with this one . I have played the game on High Settings on 1080p achieving around 75 - 90 FPS , average 80.

    Coming from WW2 to this is taking a little adjustment. But man this game is fun. The leveling system for weapons is awesome. I play with a group of buddies and we just have fun slaying/dying/doing stupid **** It’s been out a day and a ton of people will hate on it but we are having a blast. Try survival it’s awesome.     Best COD since MW3. They brought the game back and I am loving it. Multiplayer is actually difficult again with a perfect ttk. The maps are well thought out and dynamic. campaign is edgy and dramatic. Good job !

    1- great graphics 2- solid guns 3- the house breaching is a masterpiece However, the story seems to be a bit off as “The russians” dont seem to have a real motive behind their behaviour.     The game is very cool! The plot is interesting and of high quality, breathtaking, graphics at an excellent modern level, beautiful, detailed maps and locations, worked out to the smallest detail. There is an optimization. You can see how much effort the developers put into the game.
    Multiplayer addictive unreal! Realistic and tough, as in the origins of the series, in general the way I love. There is a cooperative game mode.
    And in addition: yes, there is Russophobia in the game, but minus the game for it - stupidity. By her own
    CALL OF DUTY: MODERN WARFARE 2019 is 10/10 and it is a fact!

    For me this is one of The best cod games in history. Graphics are stunning and game runs really smoothly. Multiplayer seems great so far and after playing through whole campaign I can say it was definitely better than blackout from bo4. So for me this is really solid cod game.

    - Overall, this game is call of duty. After a long break I've taken from the series, coming back to this is refreshing. W/o trying to chase nostalgia, this game has what I believe most of us were looking for from a new installment of cod.

    - No lootboxes... yet.

Специально для вас, в Русской версии игры их переименовали, но видимо этого не достаточно. В CoD MW2 были плохие Американцы, тут есть плохие Русские, в следующей будут плохие Китайцы, но игра-то не об этом. Не нужно проецировать события игры на тот мир в котором мы живем и темМне очень жаль тех людей которые не поняли задумки и сюжета т.к. ассоциировали себя с "людьми Баркова" из игры.     I like the story line and the campaign.I however noticed alot of frame drops and stuttering during the campaign so the game is not optimized and 120 gigs or so REALLY ?
    Multiplayer .I never played the beta and last cod i played was ghosts . Ground war has 2 maps on current rotation. 2. The game crashes literally every 4th or fifth game .There have been no    Graphics. Game looks good.

    love this game so far. Runs perfect on my Ryzen 7 2700 and RTX 2070 on max details. Campain was awesome, even with all the shots against Russia. But people should understand that this doesn't reflect the real world. Multiplayer is great so far, but the weapon unlocks are a bit hard to collect.

It was incredible. Extremely entertaining, the people giving bad reviews can’t see it for what it is. A game. So what if the Russians are really evil in the game. It is just a game. Ground War is a take on Battlefield that works pretty well. All the standard multiplayer modes are here with tons of weapons and tons of progression for every character, ability, loadout, weapon, etc. The campaign is shock and aweIgnore the review bombs. This is classic COD. Fast-paced, hard-hitting terrorist-killing Modern Warfare. Crossplay lets you play with friends on every platform. Ground War is a take on Battlefield that works pretty well. All the standard multiplayer modes are here with tons of weapons and tons of progression for every character, ability, loadout, weapon, etc. The campaign is shock and awe that really shows the game off. Ground War is awesome, but it only comes with 2 maps and only 250 tickets, so games don't last that long. Great for those wanting a Battlefield-type game without the **** that comes with a Battlefield game.

Okay so there's a lot of talk about the demonizing of Russian soldiers, first off they're not Russian soldiers, they are an extremist mercenary group led by a rogue general. Secondly they are not the only ones in the campaign that are shed in a bad light and the game is not as black and white as people make it out to be. Thirdly the co op mode goes into more detail on the campaign and you can see a different perspective. lastly, Modern Warfare inst a game that always makes Russians seem like the bad guys. remember shepherd? yeah he was an american who betrayed his country and this was in a *modern warfare* game. (I know i said lastly but i wanna talk about the multiplayer) it is fun as f**k! honestly one of the best cod experiences in a long while, the time to kill actually adds a level of realism and makes you think much like the old hardcore modes of black ops and the amount of content is amazing, the maps are fun, and ground war reminded me of WaW and i hope they continue experimenting with adding vehicles to CoD games.… Expand

    The game isn't perfect but i do think its the best cod in awhile multiplayer is fun with good gun play but the maps are not amazing the spawns are SO bad and make camping easy but i feel like that doesn't ruin the game as of now no loot boxes or anything p2w is in the game the 2v2 mode is refreshing and fun the campaign is ok its short.     Game was awesome. Very good soft Reboot. But single player was controversial. Russians in this game looks like hard villains and this is not much wrong. I am russian but i don't want hate this game because it's comeback to good road for COD series. New gamemods looks awesome, and i finaly buing COD instead of BF. thank you Infinity ward but in next game we want to see plot without: BaDGame was awesome. Very good soft Reboot.     Folks, this game is a fictional one. Reviewers should not be doing political blackmailing on a video game. A video game that is fictional and has no obligation to stick wholly to the actual event in term of what happened. The game is good, pretty decent multiplayer and the campaign was entertaining and interesting. Should be a game that CoD fans will like, and average gamers will also enjoy it.

But let me tell you something , i haven't seen more stupid and meaningless death then the one Activision did to Alex. I mean... Damn... Really? They killed Barkov and everyone else, but they can't wait a bit to Alex can get out(or help him) and only then blow up everything? Scenarists wrote this only because they think this is the only way to impress us or what? ... Oh i get it, its a gray-gray morale game and there can be no happy ending in here... Nice, nice. Cool logic. Ok. But the rest of the game was good: cool grafic disign, sound, interesting missions, and i liked new multiplayer. And hey, do you remember 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi of Michael Bay? Mission with the rescue of ambassador, combat was practically 1:1 to how it was in film, and it was cool.… Expand

    You know you're doing something right if the russian troll farms have been sicced on you. Campaign is exceptional if a bit short. I'm really loving the move towards Rainbow Six style close quarters tactical realism, even if it is in a "lite" form. The gunplay, weapon handling, movement etc. all feel really fluid & polished.

    This game is amazing! Campaign is just gorgeous with nice story. The spec ops are very challenging and require good cooperation in order to complete. And multiplayer ! It is by far the best fps multiplayer I have ever played and I've been playing call of duty since cod 4. This is the greatest comeback the game history.

    The game is awesome. I dont know why, users rate the game so bad. You cant say the game is bad cause of the fictionaly Charakters and Lands. Its important that the gamemechanics work, and that is really perfect. The campain really good and the multiplayer like the others.

    But instead of it feeling like I'm dying instantly from god-knows-where, the adjustment works in my favour seemingly as I'm putting enemies down first time far more often :)

    CoD used to be a dirty word for me.. but this is this most fun I've had in a multiplayer shooter on PC since BF4.    … Expand

    It is already half of year from release and it is still not fixed. This game has 200 GB, which is crazy! I can't even play it, it freezes so often for so long... I tried pretty much everything and i read, it is known issue game freezing !!!

    Multiplayer is freezing only when i spawn, still annoying. It is hard to see even on ultra, game is less clear than call of duty 4! Also there is high input lag, but it is better than in call of duties from last x years. Only thing, which amazing on this game is graphics. Multiplayer is okay, while it is more like a mod. You can't chose exact mode to play and there are some of good maps. There are still more negatives than positives...

    Oh and btw tick rate in 24, you won't be able to react and who runs from corner gets advantage usually, so it is like sloth machine. 24 is very low like for br...    … Expand

    Нет выбора карты, в этой серии игр избавились от ДЛС, но в замен мы получаем рема стеры карт, мм свежий контент и они не работают при данном темпе игр, но дальше еще лучше выходит вар зон и игра тонет в тонне микро патчей и теперь при каждом входе в игру я захожу в настройки и настаиваю графику ведь она теперь постоянно сбрасывается, а сегодня в столь замечательный день у меня игра выкидывает после окончания матча, нет она не выкидывает в тандемное время, именно когда закончится матч и не важно какой режим и как долго будет он длится, конец матча = вылет на рабочий стол.
    и можно еще миллион и маленькую тележку претензий написать: вхождение в прицел у половины пушек просто мучение, освещение очень часто идут какие-то пересветы и ты просто на контрасте не замечаешь противница, карты поломаны и так далее. Очень жаль, на таком фоне даже блэк опс 4 выглядит уже не так плохо.    … Expand

Don't like campers? Play the game-mode that only has Rust, Shipment, and Shoothouse. Those are all great maps and no one camps. I have really only played that and its been a blast.     This is by far the best first person shooter since Siege. In fact, I would say with some bug tweaks and further enhancement, this is Siege on steroids. I have played more hours on this game than anything else in the    First off...I loathe Activision as much as the next person.     This is by far the best first person shooter since Siege. In fact, I would say with some bug tweaks and further enhancement, this is Siege on steroids. I have played more hours on this game than anything else in the past 12 months. The graphics are amazing with ray tracing on 2070 and the sound is amazingly immersive. Multi, coop, and single are all fantastic.

    As far as negative..very few: 1. Shotguns are OP (hopefully fixed) 2. Friends and family with various AMD cards keep crashing 3. Updating of graphics takes for ever..you'll see what I mean.

    I realize that the story line may offend many. But, this just in...there is no group outside tree-huggers, eco-terrorists, vegans, and clowns, that have not been used, abused and stereotyped in COD games. The list of enemies spans every continent and business as well as dirty Black Ops themselves. So, suggest taking a chill pill and enjoying the game. Let's hope the next iteration includes eco-terrorists and clowns...    … Expand

I was hesitant because I don't like the frenetic run and gun style that the last few games seemed to have embraced. I was intrigued by WWII but not enough to warrant a purchase. The last CoD game I really enjoyed was Black Ops.

    To me this game removes a lot of the fluff an unnecessary extras in favor of a great single player campaign and a return to more tactical multiplayer. To me, this game feels like Black Ops and it's a step in the right direction. I don't have the time to devote to gaming like I had 6 years ago but I've still found ways to be successful in all of the different game modes in MP.

    TL;DR
    If you enjoyed Black Ops, chances are you'll enjoy this game too, a return to form for the series!    … Expand

    It’s hard to tell why there was so much ado about single-player campaign: controversial topics aside, it’s completely mediocre. On the other hand, the multiplayer mode is one of the best in latest instalments of Call of Duty series. [Issue#241, p.49]

    It’s undeniably well-made albeit controversial part of the series. One that tries to break the mold and open itself to another kind of player. It’s worth of praise, even if just for that. I recommend it especially to Battlefield players – you may be pleasantly surprised. [13/2019, p.50]

    Modern Warfare is not a stellar game, but decent first-person shooters about modern conflicts are so few and far between that it’s surprisingly satisfying.
