    Dear Activision and Infinity Ward. I bought your game. And when I played campaign I was surprised and disappointed. You really think that russians are terrorists?! I am russian. I live in Russia and I don't understand, why you show my country like terrorists. This is very russophobian game. I am disappointed.

    Aggiorno la mia recensione oramai dopo parecchie ore, e francamente penso di smettere completamente di giocarlo. Lo ho comprato al day one, mi ci sono divertito, i problemi iniziali di bilanciamento sono stati risolti, la varietà di armi è diventata veramente grande, e più o meno è possibile goderselo anche utilizzando armi "poco comuni". Il problema purtroppo estremamente limitante cheAggiorno la mia recensione oramai dopo parecchie ore, e francamente penso di smettere completamente di giocarlo. Lo ho comprato al day one, mi ci sono divertito, i problemi iniziali di bilanciamento sono stati risolti, la varietà di armi è diventata veramente grande, e più o meno è possibile goderselo anche utilizzando armi "poco comuni". Il problema purtroppo estremamente limitante che sto riscontrando nell'ultimo periodo è la presenza enorme di cheaters sulla versione PC. Una partita su due o tre ne contiene uno, ed è semplicemente impossibile giocare. Quittando spesso queste partite si viene inseriti "in media res" in altre, talvolta profondamente sotto di punteggio, con serie di uccisioni nemiche attive, e pronti solo a fare da "bersagli mobili".
    E' assurdo perché il gioco dopo 6 mesi era diventato veramente godibile ( altra frase che francamente disturba ascoltare visto che al day-one si paga il prezzo pieno e non una percentuale ), ma l'accesso troppo semplice ai cheat, e L'ASSOLUTA MANCANZA DI UN SISTEMA ANTI-CHEAT sta rovinando l'esperienza a tutti. Mi dispiace ma avevo riacquistato COD dopo qualche anno di pausa, e non ripeterò l'errore. 10 anni fa giocavo su FPS online con sistemi anti-cheat granitici, non trovarli su un AAA del 2019 lo trovo assurdo.
    Velo pietoso anche sul ridicolo sistema di "battle pass": soldati vestiti nelle maniere più disparate ( che cozzano con la non possibilità di identificare se un nemico sia alleato o nemico oltre una certa distanza, che porta a sprecare colpi su colpi per poi accorgersi che sia un alleato ), armi stile fortnite, veramente pietoso. Speriamo in un futuro battlefield che farà tesoro di tutti questi errori.    … Expand

Скажу вот что: игра - художественный проект и авторы данной игры не стесняются поливать грязью русских, полностью прикрыв себя от ответственности этой самой художественностью. Они, как художники имеют право творить такое (нет). Так вот, когда в нашей стране компании будут разрабатывать игры подобного масштаба (никогда неНу, что сказать? Про русофобию в этой игре итак сказано немало. Скажу вот что: игра - художественный проект и авторы данной игры не стесняются поливать грязью русских, полностью прикрыв себя от ответственности этой самой художественностью. Они, как художники имеют право творить такое (нет). Так вот, когда в нашей стране компании будут разрабатывать игры подобного масштаба (никогда не будут) - тогда и будут сами брать на себя ответственность и переписывать, искажать историю в своих литературных, фантастических творениях как посчитают нужным. Мне лишь остается изливать свое возмущение на родном языке, так как на английском я всю палитру эмоций не передам, ведь плохо им владею. При этом я понимаю, что это письмо в пустоту, ведь никто из издателей или разработчиков не выделит его среди общей массы и уж, тем более, переведет. Поэтому я, как и тысячи других русских, выплеснул сюда свой гнев и, в через пол года, вытерев пену с губ куплю следующую часть CoD (не куплю), как это и сделает большинство тех, кто в ревью на эту игру захлебываются слюнями. Разработчики же, прочитав 1 или 2 гневных письма отсюда утрут свои крупные как валун слезы стодолларовой банкнотой и в следующей части по-новому обгадят нашу страну - все равно купим и будем устраивать форумные войны. 1 поставил за графику - она ничего...     The customization, the weapons, everything.
    But oh my god, the community is an ABSOLUTE JOKE.

    Everyone just camps in corners with shotguns.
    Everyone is just hiding in bushes in prone.

    And because of the really low TTK, it's encouraged to camp.

    I hate the anti Russian angle but I hate the fact spec ops is total garbage more.

    Bought this game for co op with a friend and it's awful. No scoreboard or unlocks. No reason to replay missions and they're so hard it must be broken

Gameplay, graphics, animation, gun sounds and reloading animations are much improved than previous CoD installments, but it is not enough reason to give this game positive score. CoD MW 2019 is veryGeneric cliche "murica saves the day against evil russians" campaign. Price's voice actor is not good as old actor. The other memorable characters are missing, I hope they appear in the sequel.     The campaign is alright, with a few memorable missions. Multiplayer is **** designed for campers and casuals. Warzone I just personally don't enjoy mainly because I don't find battle royales fun.

    It has a ridiculous story, uninspired campaign, dumb AI, extremely boring missions with lack of scale and    I loved the COD4: MW, I enjoyed the campaign in MW2, and I have some fun with MW3 despite all of its flaws. I was so hyped about this reboot and how disappointed I've been when I finally played it! Mostly 'cause all of its PR-campaign and developers interviews was complete ****

    It has a ridiculous story, uninspired campaign, dumb AI, extremely boring missions with lack of scale and without any "wow moments" series is known for. Graphically it looks terrible even on PC with maxed out settings — the final product is nothing like it's trailers. Location's design is also unmemorable. Developers are trying to hide the game's ugliness in the dark (80% of the game is taking place at night or in dark buildings), but it isn't working. Also, there isn't any music playing on most levels. What the hell Activision?

    And, yeah, Infinity Ward also lied about "grey morale": all Russian soldiers are evil in the sake of being evil. They are killing civilians, women and children without any reasons or logic behind their actions. If you are trying to make an interesting enemy — at least give them SOME motivation or ideology. Even Nazis in the COD: WW2 wasn't such monsters as Russians in new COD: MW. The Americans and British soldiers, in contrast, are heroes that even in the "torture" episode aren't actually torturing anyone. You can't even shot the terrorist's wife in the leg to make him talk — the game won't allow you to. Because Americans never tortured any terrorists in Guantanamo or Iraqi prisons, of course. Or 'cause USA and UK are the most important markets for COD games. It isn't the game about the dark side of war as they promised. It isn't a fun shooting gallery as previous COD games. It's the stupidest, tasteless propaganda I've seen in my entire life. Activision is trying to be provoking, but they don't have balls to do it properly. For example, we all understand that this fictional Urzikstan country is meant to represent Syria, but devs are afraid to say it out loud.

    If you don't give a ..ck about the singleplayer campaign — I have bad news for you, 'cause multiplayer sucks too. It's trying to be the COD, Battlefield and Counter-Strike at the same time... and it fails to be anything. It's too laggy, unpolished and unplayable.

    Modern Warfare (2019) is the worst part of Call of Duty. Actually, it's the worst shooter I've played in years. And it's one more disappointment in a neverending chain of disappointments from modern Activision-Blizzard. I'm just too sick of their s..tty games, microtransactions and politics, so, I've deleted my Battle.net account.    … Expand

    Haven't played the multiplayer but I imagine it's not much better, my mark is only for the singleplayer.
    Graphics are somewhat pleasant even on my old mobile gtx1060. Shooting is fun and you take a    Russians bad. Arabs ok. Americans great. British allies. No deep messages, only emotional manipulation and shock-content and zero characted development. Worst 20$ I spent on COD in my life.
    Haven't played the multiplayer but I imagine it's not much better, my mark is only for the singleplayer.
    Graphics are somewhat pleasant even on my old mobile gtx1060. Shooting is fun and you take a lot less shots than in previous installments before having to restart checkpoint.     The trash doesn't even run properly on PC. No optimization for PC at all, it's a crime they charge what they do for this game. I feel bad even having the 118GB on my hard drive with this game, knowing there is better games out there that could use that 118GB.

    God forbid Activision grow a sack and show such depictions of the Chinese government, who are committing serial human rights abuses as we speak. But I guess they can't help but lick the boot in that regard.

    The spec ops mode is stale and boring, nothing there to keep players coming back or maintain interest in the mode. Maybe Survival would be interesting, but who knows because we won't get to play it for a year because Activision decided to deepthroat Sony until it gagged. Disgusting.

    Multiplayer is more of the same you come to expect from CoD. Overpowered weapons, rampant camping, and uninteresting rewards. No bots in Ground War either, which means that mode will be as dead as a doornail come this same time next year when the new CoD is out and everyone migrates.

    I thought this game might get me back into this series. I was wrong. It pushed me away for good. This isn't a revival of what made the older games great. It isn't even a worthy reboot. It's the same trash that's been peddled by Activision for years with just enough nostalgia included that enough people just might be anesthetized to the underlying reality that the game is - at its core - a dumpster fire.

    Save your money and your time, because this game is worth neither.    … Expand

    The campaign is super frustrating and not a lot of fun. There is one mission where you are a kid and barely get to do anything at all. I don't even want to finish the game. What a waste of money. The voice sync is horrible and you get stuck in dead-ends (e.g., Wolfs Den flaming ladder).

    One of the worst multiplayers i've played so far.
    Maps are awful (all of them)
    Camping was never as terrible as in this game
    The double barrel shotgun is broken OP an can one hit with 20m range

    Trash netcode, trash hitboxes, trash weapon balance, and trash maps. If they had straight up made COD Ghosts remastered it would have been a better game than this garbage. They should have named this game Ghosts 2, because the Modern Warfare title is a total deception. id rather be playing stonehaven 24/7 than this

    En ésta reseña me voy a centrar en el multiplayer ya que el single player me parece bastante bueno y entretenido. Yo he sido jugador de Call of Duty MW1, MW2, MW3, Black ops 1 y 2, el multijugador de éste MW es lo más insoportable que he podido llegar a jugar tras un año jugando a su modo online.     Los mapas son todos una basura, esquinas, puertas y mil ventanas para favorecer al jugador campero y acojonado que no quiere moverse y le da miedo que baje su KD, los únicos mapas que he conseguido disfrutar son **** Shoot House y Rust.

    No recomiendo para nada el multijugador de este juego si lo que quieres es progresar y sentir que mejoras porque por culpa de su SBMM se te empezará a hacer frustrante jugar buenas partidas, te empezará a emparejar con gente de tu habilidad similar, con la diferencia de que no tomaran objetivos o parecerá que estás jugando la final de la liga de Cod y lo sumas a la cantidad de tramposos que usan hacks últimamente para que luego Activision perdone a 20.000 tramposos y streamers.

    Es el último juego que os compro mientras sigáis con el SBMM, os merecéis un 0 por engañar y dar de lado a la comunidad que tanto os ha apoyado en los buenos y en los malos momentos, sin más que añadir huid de este juego si queréis jugar tranquilos y sin frustraciones    … Expand

    Constant Crashes. Updates makes it worse... Terrible launch. Many pc gamers are waiting for a fix. one thing is for sure if this isn't fixed soon. Forget about me buying another cod game.

    Не буду говорить про сюжет, так как не играл в него. Такая оценка из за дебильного баланса( вот именно он не ужасный а именно дебильный). Неубиваемые игроки с щитами, дробовиками и ружьями с дальностью ваншотного урона как у штурмовых автоматов. Щиты пробить не возможно что делает игрока бессмертным. Клейморы (ненавижу) на маленьких картах это ад. Карты сильно не сбалансированы( балансНе буду говорить про сюжет, так как не играл в него.     I really don't care about all this russophobia drama (althoughi'm from Russia), its still fictional, but game is just not worth it:
    -outdated graphics, yet still laggy on beefy system (8700k+rtx2070)
    -arcade shooting
    -abysmal netcode

    And its still a lazy reboot, not a hint of originality

    Good graphics and good sound. The solo campaign is very short, and is a big propaganda about russophobic, always the same ***** of USA the "heroes". Multiplayer has a lot of bugs and a lot of failures with textures. The maps are a piece of *****.. The damage of claymores is absurd. The cod with most campers. This game is not worth.

    It’s hard to tell why there was so much ado about single-player campaign: controversial topics aside, it’s completely mediocre. On the other hand, the multiplayer mode is one of the best in latest instalments of Call of Duty series. [Issue#241, p.49]

    It’s undeniably well-made albeit controversial part of the series. One that tries to break the mold and open itself to another kind of player. It’s worth of praise, even if just for that. I recommend it especially to Battlefield players – you may be pleasantly surprised. [13/2019, p.50]
