    These may seem like nitpicks for a game whose core shoot-and-loot loop is just as fun and compelling as ever. But it's these kinds of little things that are thus far getting in the way of allowing me to completely be reabsorbed by the world of Borderlands. Here's hoping they end up feeling like niggling issues more than ever-present annoyances by the time my time with the game is complete.

    The franchise used to feel adventurous. Now, without any fresh ideas or concepts, it’s little more than a holdover from a different time. Borderlands 3 feels safe, oddly careful (especially for a game about anarchy), and, worst of all, corporate.

    Burgerlords 3 is a game about clicking on things until they stop. It’s blessed with exquisite audiovisual design, it’s extremely annoying on several levels, and it’s compelling despite its boneheadedness. It takes a while to get up to speed compared with previous iterations, and it suffers from having missions stretched to the point of tedium for the sake of boasting a 30+ hour play time. But when it’s firing on all cylinders, it’s the most fun the series has been. At times, I even laughed out loud at the game’s script – which only made the rest of it, with all its dated meme references, poo lols and roaring bros, more frustrating.

    It's certainly not remarkable. It's a continuation of a formula that works really well.It's just more Borderlands with more stuff in it...Borderlands 3 is a pretty good game.

    Gearbox can patch out the screams of the bosses, but it can’t patch the heart back into Borderlands.

    Stop leaving bad reviews for it being an epic exklusive. The gameplay is fantastic, Its even better than the old games.

    Game is unacceptably buggy as of now. My PC is running a 1080ti and an i7-6700k, and is struggling to get a stable framerate. I'm getting veryGame is unacceptably buggy as of now. My PC is running a 1080ti and an i7-6700k, and is struggling to get a stable framerate. I'm getting very frequent drops down into the 40 fps range, with rarer drops down into the 30s. Trying to aim down sights all but guarantees a serious frame drop. I've also had the game go unresponsive and need to be killed with the task manager.

    Wish I could say more about the gameplay and story, but I stopped playing fairly quick. I don't want to play more than 2 hours, or else I'll lose eligibility for a refund. If these issues aren't fixed a week from now, I'll be pursuing that.    … Full Review »

But honestly I can just sit around and be silent when it comes to this mess they call a game.


    So they first problem I have with this game is the sheer disrespect and lack of care that this game obviously has the amount of **** bugs and just plain broken things is horrible I can't honestly believe this got past quality control    … Full Review »
