    Buy and place a different array of substrates in your colony, each with different properties that affect the life of the mycelium that shall establish there. A bigger variety of substrates placed means a bigger pool of different mushrooms will be able to move right in, so make sure to check them all.

    Accept requests from different mushroom that want to join your colony, each with different substrate required you just need to assign one to them and give them some time to grow some roots before they spawn.

    There are a bunch of little ones that will want to stay in your colony and every new region you open up will unlock new kinds of mushrooms, so make sure to unlock and collect them all.    … Expand
