    + Great setting, amazing gameplay, well made campaign, visuals and audio are outstanding.
    - Cheaters in multiplayer, infantile stories and characters, lack of content, must pay for damn french and russian soldiers...

    Some of my ancestors were killed on the fields of battle of WW1, and i feel like because of the absence of France in the story mode (they even put Australians, which had 61,000 dead soldiers in this war agains 1,700,000 French) DICE **** on their graves by showing them that they don't aknowledge their sacrifice.

    The game is great. Beautiful graphics, fantastic war stories and also multiplayer is the same as in every other Battlefield games [with little changes on mechanics]. But there are some microtransactions like in Battlefield 4, but they are cosmetic.

    BEWARE if you live in a non-English speaking country you cannot change the game's language to English. It makes zero sense, I requested a refund.

    Оставляю свое мнение о игре, графика отличная, карты тоже, механика игры и оружие полная хуйня. Какими надо быть ебанутыми даунами, что бы испортить 2 механики с 3 и 4 серии и просто превратить все это непонятно во что.

    Очень здорово поставлены ролики в игре. Очень запоминается такой подход. Да и в целом игра хорошая.

    Liked a lot this game, WHEN I WAS ABLE TO PLAY IT. Mass of bugs, kicks to desktop, disconnections from the servers. I would like to enjoy this game but every time i open it, I end the game because it kicks me out. Instead of adding new content you could repair the "existing" one.     This shooter is simply a masterpiece. The graphics and immersion are supreme, it nails the feel of being a WW1 soldier. Weapon variety in this game is great. you have different types of weapons in their own category with reasons to pick one or the other. Gunplay and vehicle play in this game feels decent. The con in this game could be that it's not historically accurate in some places, but in my opinion this game was not made for history, so it's passable.     This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. When I started the game I was amazed by the environment, graphics, and gameplay. I could actually write a whole page about it. I absolutely enjoyed the singleplayer well-made storytelling, significant characters etc. The ascents from the last game are really refreshing to see. But the pleasure kinda ends when you play multiplayer. Some maps look like areas from SP that you should see but not go to and it's bland open spaces in terms of next to no cover which is the key point for spawn killers and many times there's nothing for cover in some cases it really makes the multiplayer more frustrating than entertaining. Yet the experience of the game is a big enjoyment.… Expand

    A great shooter with honed balance and shooting mechanics. Also at the height of sound design and graphics, as well as level design-worthy of all praise. And most importantly - live servers! In 2020! Nice game!

    Singleplayer: Schleichpassagen sind teilweise langweilig, teilweise nervig. Die Stories tragen einen aber dennoch durch die Kampagne. Alles - bis auf Schleichen - fühlt sich aber satt und spaßig an.
    Multiplayer: Selbst Jahre nach der Erscheinung ist es noch möglich einen vollen Server zu finden. Die Schlachten vermitteln das gewünschte Battlefield-Feeling.

    Online is interesting, but there is no difficulty, bots without brains are running in front of you. The plot of the first 3 parts is excellent, then they did it for show, nothing special. The gameplay is the only perfect game in this battlefield style game.     I will specifically discuss the campaign which is absolute trash and nowhere near what the publications claimed. Even the worst Call of Duty has a better campaign than this! What did they say? "Bf1 shows the dark side of war unlike the typical WW shooters" My ass. Showing the sad faces of characters and their families wont bring up the emotions either. The game takes a less linear route and the result is an empty pieces of land with minimal details whatsoever. The story is almost non-existent and dont allow character progression. 5/10 because the MP was actually good. But please DICE, if you want to make mediocre campaigns with no proper narrative or cinematics, you should rather invest the money and effort into the MP portion.… Expand

    After 900+ hours of gameplay i like to think my opinion is pretty validated. The game is amazing. The campaign takes you back, showing amazing stories about real world battles and event. It shows the seriousness and drama of WW1 and presents it in a magnificent way. The multiplayer is also an incredible experience. The game has many maps, weapons vehicles and playstyles that you can chooseAfter 900+ hours of gameplay i like to think my opinion is pretty validated. The game is amazing.     I really liked the campaign and the graphics but recently i cant play the game because of 1 cheater in a game and, the only thing we can do is report the account, and that is not good enough. The sever is more or less dead until the cheater gets banned or leaves, so we cant play the game online other than maybe unofficial servers that have a active admin.     One of the few games that manage to offer a fully immersing experience. As you spawn on the map, you really do feel like one of those unfortunate soldiers from the Great War, trying to hold or push the line while desperately trying to stay alive.

    The map design is fantastic, the colors are vibrant, the weathering realistic and this is where BF1 really excels. The sound effects are    One of the few games that manage to offer a fully immersing experience. As you spawn on the map, you really do feel like one of those unfortunate soldiers from the Great War, trying to hold or push the line while desperately trying to stay alive.

    The map design is fantastic, the colors are vibrant, the weathering realistic and this is where BF1 really excels. The sound effects are incredibly detailed and it's tremendously fun to down enemies with bayonet charges.

    Operations and Frontline are really the stellar modes of this battlefield, capturing the essence of the struggle between large armies.

    The War Pigeons, Supply Drop and Air Assault are rather unexciting though and feel more like an afterthought to fill in the mode count.

    Overall, BF1 sadly feels like a peak Dice has reached before descending with less impressive titles such as the ugly Battlefield V, where every color feels barren and almost a shade of an always present grey.    … Expand

    The most surprising choice of returning to WW1 from DICE and they made it works like a charm! One of the best Battlefield and first-person shooter game out there with action-packed, brutal, visually-stunning and amazing multiplayer gameplay.

    I've spent many hundreds of hours playing this game despite the many famous problems. If you are all about the single player campaign, then you won't be disappointed. War stories are executed well and depict the Great War brilliantly.

    The multiplayer is the main attraction and they did it so badly. Maps are gorgeous but the structure design behind them is horrendous. If one team captures point A they will also lose point B resulting in nothing but people joining the defending team or simply leaving the game. Vehicles in this game are exploited beyond belief, people abuse the broken system and developers are doing absolutely nothing about it. To be specific we are talking about tanks that stay behind the front line spaming mortar fires and huge bombers in the sky dropping bombardment across the whole map making escapes nearly impossible. With the graphics this game could have been a phenomenal game about trench warfare and tactics, instead it turned into a grave pit for people running around the map like headless chickens and ignoring objectives.    … Expand
