    What a great game, these user scores are jokes right (specially on ps4 version) ? Some nonsense trash or overhyped exclusive gets 9/10's and actually good games like Valhalla have so low score? This site is literally useless. No wonder nobody takes it seriously anymore.     AC VG, visuals and combat are better and the rpg elements suts this game better than the last AC. Big world game map im having fun cool very , let's go!

    So now weeks later they had to take it from 84 to 83 because it was too close to cyberpunk 2077? Literally pathetic. Well anyway 83 is still solid score and it's great game, specially on PC and PS5.

    Game is great. Only the problem is combat system, combat system is so weird but good enough. I loved the game. The athmosphere, graphics, musics... MUAAHHH. (Ubi add more languages pls. e.g."Turkish")

    So basically here's the deal, i like this game, a lot. So when 2021 happens to be copy-paste of 2020, i will have something to play all year long, possibly Cyberpunk 2077 and Far Cry 6 too, if they happen to turn out good.

    Darker tone reminds me Unity and i love Unity, Parkour is better than last 2 games, Big open world and story remind me Black Flag and i love Black Flag. It has two maps, not one, that's first time they have done that. You can swim underwater just like in Odyssey and there' stuff to discover underwater, on land and underground. One of the better games of 2020 imo.

    Good comeback Ubisoft! This game has way more depth than i expect, hopefully that's how Ubisoft main titles will be from now on. At least AC and Far Cry.

    Extremely fun and beautiful looking game, literally perfect game to play until Cyberpunk 2077 comes out, but i would play it anyway, because i'm huge AC fan.

    Assassin's Creed Valhalla is Best Video Game Ubisoft has released in 3 years, not only that. It's also one of the Best Assassin's Creed games ever made. There's no need for spoilers or long review, i think that should say it all.

    Been hardcore Assassin's Creed fan since 2013 and i'm very impressed with Valhalla. Without a question it's one of the best in the series taking elements from Origins and Black Flag, while also adding something completely new. I personally found "Ghost of Tsushima" pretty boring compared to Valhalla, but these games shouldn't be compared anyway, because they are very different.     Of course it has some bugs, it's insanely big open world game, but most bugs were fixed in 1.0.4 patch, now from here on it's just quality fixes and additional content.

    I never really cared for Odyssey, yeah it was fun in 2018, but overall story sucked and it missed so many AC elements. Valhalla fixes it all. Only thing i would complain about Valhalla is that i run out of arrows all the time. Why can't i craft arrows? Come on Ubisoft.

    8 Days to go for Cyberpunk 2077, so hyped! But until then i can play this epic, been having so much fun with Valhalla, would recommend if you like big open world games.

    Very good game, finally people found out that Cyberpunk 2077 is buggier than this game ever was. Who could have known? Before that everyone acted like "Cyberpunk 2077" will be perfect and Valhalla having few bugs is end of the world. Who's laughing now?

    Great comeback Ubisoft! Bought it day 1 and it was little rough, but still very playable, not even close to how broken Cyberpunk2077 is. But now after few patches it's basically perfect. Amazing game!

    Best AC yet, insanely good graphics, they have fixed combat now, exploring is such a treat, and they REALLY nailed being a viking (raiding, building your clan) This game is just perfect.

That just pathetic honestly. I looked at Origins user score and there seemed to be actually lots of people also figuring this same thing out and giving it fair scores, but where are these people now? Did they disappear or something? If anyone reads this from reddit or some Assassin's Creed community, please just spread the word! This user score needs more positive reviews! It literally hurts me that thousands of people are giving likes to AC Valhalla youtube videos, but they can't take 5 minutes to come here and say that they like this game.     PC version is easily best version of this game, but it's really nice what they did with ps5/xbox series x/s. Very beautiful graphics and fun story, i'm sure most AC fans will like it.

    Might be my favorite map of any Ubisoft game ever. Sure, i like Paris in Unity and Black Flag has generally interesting map, but Valhalla is just new level. Very beautiful game.

    OMG i love this game so much, basically nothing from 2020 compares, okay doom eternal is great and final fantasy 7 remake as well, but these are so different from this. They are all great in their own way. But AC Valhalla is just epic.

    Assassin's Creed Valhalla might be best open-world Ubisoft has ever created, at times truly breathtaking landscapes and mountains. One of the best in the whole series, just behind Black Flag, would recommend!

    I've been having a lot of fun with this game, about 10 hours in so far and it's been a good story and the exploration is great how they encourage and reward it. The combat could have used a bit more time developing to give it more weight but still pretty fun. Playing on an RTX 3080 and 10900k on 1440p with about 80 fps+ maxed out the game looks AMAZING! really made a beautiful world toI've been having a lot of fun with this game, about 10 hours in so far and it's been a good story and the exploration is great how they encourage and reward it. If i feel like going in stealth i can do that or i can just have big battles.     I think i know what it is. Not that many people really cared about mafia, so it didn't attract that many haters and it was easy to get mafia user score to normal, but AC is very popular, so of course it attracted haters. But it's absolute injustice, because this game is very good and it's literally ONLY ps4 game as of right now that is ACTUALLY GOOD, but has low user score. Every other ps4 game has normal scores, so it's very important to get this user score to normal, because it's one of the best games of 2020. For sony it's easy, i literally witnessed how fake asian reviews got Demon's Souls Remake to over 500 positive 10/10's in one day.
    But ubisoft and other companies doesn't have that asian army that upvotes their games, they rely on actual fans.    … Expand

I think any reasonable person would do that before paying 60 dollars. I would never but Marvel's Avengers, already knowing that i will hate it and then gonna give it 0/10. Makes no sense.     One of the best in the whole series, surprise hit basically. I was worried it might fail and if it failed it would have been pretty much over for AC, thankfully it's solid.

    I bought both PS5 and PS4 versions (PC digital as well), but PS5 and PS4 as discs, just to have all possible versions i cared about. Am i fan? I think so lol.

    Norway and England look both incredible. Contrast between them makes both of them special in their own way. I love architecture in England, old bridges, towers, etc. Graphically stunning. Power level goes up really fast, if you actually loot chests and stuff. No grind or bs like that. Well done Ubisoft.

    Power level 100 right now and i can't stop playing, it's way too addictive. Haven't felt like that in very long time, seriously. Ubisoft is complete mystery to me, they can make absolute trash in 2019 and then one of their best games ever in 2020. Hopefully Far Cry 6 will be good as well, looking forward to that.

I never cared, until Black Flag came out and that changed everything. Now i have been hardcore fan since 2013, there have been hits and misses, but i almost love all of them. I like Unity mostly for Paris and architecture,I Found Assassin's Creed series for myself in 2013, before that i barely knew it existed. I knew there was someone running on rooftops in white robe, but that was it. I never cared, until Black Flag came out and that changed everything. Now i have been hardcore fan since 2013, there have been hits and misses, but i almost love all of them. I like Unity mostly for Paris and architecture, this time period (1790) also really interests me. Black Flag has amazing big open world, good characters and fun story. All of them have very good soundtracks.
    Valhalla is another hit for me, i like almost everything about this game. Of course it needs some improvements and as far i know, next patch is coming Mid-December. Extremely hyped for DLC.    … Expand

    I'm so extremely happy i actually waited and bought Valhalla instead of Cyberpunk 2077. I saw tons of leaked Cyberpunk footage and this game is just not ready, not even close.

    Beautifully re-created Norway, England and even small part of North America, good main character and solid story make this one of the better ac games.

I overall enjoyed the more "play your own way" in terms of being able to just run in and slaughter enemies or slowly chip away at them via stealth.     Darby and his team did it, Assassin's Creed feels like Assassin's Creed again!
    Also, the map is really diverse, loot now has meaning and abilities make more sense than in Odyssey. May not be totally like the old games, but it is a step in the right direction and a fun game on its own

    The best both Ubisoft and AC game that I've played. I was skeptical about this game.
    This time the writers woke up. The story is good, the characters are expressive. Even the main character can be liked by the player.

    This time the writers woke up. The story is good, the characters are expressive. Even the main character can be liked by the player.

    I can say with a clear mind that Valhalla is the best Assassin's Creed game since long time! Almost everything is perfectly done - story, soundtrack, graphics, characters, gameplay...
    It even brilliantly connects to the older titles and leaves with many misteries for us to uncover in the DLCs and the next planned title.

    It's so good, one of the best Ac games for sure, it has every element to make it great.
    It' should be nominated @ The Game Awards alongside games like Final Fantasy VII Remake, Jedi Fallen Order, Ghost of Tsushima, Spiderman Miles Morales and Half Life: Alyx.

    This idea of going back in time to different eras got me into this series in first place. Everything else comes second to me, i could endlessly free roam for hours and just check every corner, parkour on stuff. Amazing. But to everyone who wants bloody action, it's all there, always been in every AC.

    Hands down best video game of November 2020. After playing it over 30 hours i could actually held debates about why it's so good and i would win each one of these easily. Nothing beats it from November line-up. But not only that, it's good even in general 2020 gaming terms. To me it's in same boat with Doom Eternal and Final Fantasy VII Remake, all very different games, but i have veryHands down best video game of November 2020.     Those who have last of us 2 rated as 10/10 and just come here to give Valhalla 1/10 without even ever caring about this series must some kind of new low. This is beyond pathetic. I don't wanna know what kind of disgusting empty and hateful people these are. Valhalla is amazing.

    I have always liked Assassin's Creed soundtracks, they hit the nail basically every time, but this one.....this one might be my favorite. Specially main theme, but there's also so many good themes that play while you just free roam. Very well made soundtrack. Been playing around 25 hours i think and story is well written, but what really impressed me was graphics.

    Runs well after latest patch, i have still noticed some minor bugs, but these have been very rare, overall it's epic. So much better than i expected.

    Very nice, specially Norway because i like this all snowy/ice area. But England has also really interesting locations. Hopefully Ireland brings something new again and i have no idea what to expect from Paris? I have no idea what Paris looked like in 800s so yea.

    AC Valhalla world is way bigger, deeper and it's part of long series. Either way Valhalla is without a question better game, Finally video game that isn't over in 9-10 hours, thank god! And it's not some endless filler, but it's most of them time actually interesting and world is really interesting to explore, specially with those amazing graphics. Very nice AC V !

    This game is better PC game than Horizon Zero Dawn could ever dream to be. Giving it lower score is absolute joke. Doesn't even make sense.

    After playing it nearly 60 hours i can say that it's very nice game. Like seriously. Whoever is giving it low scores is just afraid that "Cyberhype 2077" gets less attention. I personally like both games, but i just hate when something is extremely overhyped.

    Assassin's Creed Valhalla has 3 (at least so far) beautifully crafter maps, each one has it's own tone. Voice acting is good, graphics are amazing at times, runs well.

    Story of "AC: Valhalla" is literally better than Odyssey or Origins. You can't even argue about that. Overall i'm very happy that they brought bad all the missing elements, like hood and hidden blade.

    The franchise returns to its roots and without a doubt it is the best of the trilogy.
    It starts in a way that motivates you to follow the story but at the end just feel empty, without any resolution. I know this is to continue the franchise and develop more games, but that gripping story feels even useless because it's there just for filling and don't have any impact in the game.

    Great game, overcomes the usual overwhelm from many of todays open world games. Playing the game you get a sense that the developer listened to criticism and put a lot of effort into many game elements. Great music score.

    Graphically absolutely stunning open world! I was truly hoping it to to be good, but i wasn't ready for that much awesomeness. Really well done, one of the best of 2020.

    It's really good, idk what else to say, other than some fps issues (hopefully will be patched), i don't have much to complain about. Combat is solid, two open worlds Norway and England both are incredible. So many secret areas, story is fun so far. Very good.

    Solid Assassin's Creed game, other than meh performance at times and some bugs, i have nothing really bad to say. They should bring it to steam, then it would be way easier to review this game.

    Great game , great ending , great plot , very good gameplay. What makes it feel better is that this games comes out after the disappointment of Odyssey. Took me 80 hours to finish it and It never felt like 80 hours. Its so addictive and well made. Sure it has its flaws because it is Ubisoft who made it but I still love this game one of my favourite games of the franchise

    Assassin's Creed Valhalla is a great-looking open-world game with impressive landscapes and cinematography. However, the checklist collectible open-world still needs some work to feel truly engaging, and combat is too tedious and too frequent to be compelling. As a lapsed fan of Assassin's Creed trying to see if I can click with the series once again, Valhalla didn't quite hook me as I was hoping it would.

    Assassins Creed Valhalla is a lot of fun and easy to sink dozens of hours into. It is the best entry in the more recent trilogy and genuinely elevates the gameplay mechanics. Content could be considered somewhat bloated still, but it is diverse enough and the setting and story is solid most of the way through.

    Sneaking is fun, fighting is fun, walking through the great outdoors is so much fun. Sightseeing too! Valhalla is free minded and could be innovative, but lacks skills to persuade its players about that. [Issue#308]
