    Ubisoft really did well with this one, been at least 3 years when i actually enjoyed their games. Odyssey was fine, but boring really fast. Valhalla feels like breath of fresh air.

    AC: Valhalla doesn't exactly re-invent the formula, but i think for now it's a good thing.
    They fixed what went wrong with Odyssey and brought back missing elements while making story, characters and world better. With next one they need to do some complete overhaul, but Valhalla is good beginning for next era Assassin's Creed games.

    Out of Origins, Odyssey and Valhalla -Valhalla is easily best one. Bringing back old elements, deleting ones that were never needed. Very enjoyable AC game.

    Makes me wonder why they even did Odyssey like they did. It clearly didn't work. I'm not saying it was bad game, it had some good stuff too, but overall Valhalla stands out as superior in basically ever way. AC is finally back!

    I absolutely agree with you there, that we can't trust critics anymore. Because IGN gave this game 8/10, but Odyssey got 9.3/10, but This game is so much better than Odyssey and deserves at least 9/10.

    I would say this might be one of the best ones yet. Graphically absolutely stunning no matter where you go, lighting is so good in this game. Snow effects in Norway are also almost top tier. Story is really long and most of the times interesting. Good.

    Can anyone get more bitter than someone who played Assassin's Creed back in 2012, haven't cared for past 7 games and still tries to hate it and pretend that he/she is actually fan? Get out of here, you are not a fan, you are just hater. That's it. This game is amazing, will recommend this to absolutely every gamer i meet.

    Graphics - 9.5/10
    Story - 8.9 /10 (depends on missions, some are really good, some are meh, just like in any other video game)
    Main hero/Voice acting - 9/10
    Variety of monsters/enemies - 8.5/10
    Soundtrack/Music/Sound - 9/10
    Norway and England design - 9.1/10

    Never cared for Odyssey, Valhalla is so much better. No grind as far as i can tell and game is actually interesting this time. You get 2 skill points for basically every mission you complete. Power level goes up fast enough. If someone think this is boring, i'm sure you will your "FUN" out of games like last of us part II.

    This game has been massive success and most real AC fans seem to like it very much, so it's kinda hilarious and sad at the same time to read comments like "this game sucks, why is this user score so high" or some similar nonsense that someone who only plays last of us 2 could come up with. Well maybe f.cking keep up with the news or something.     Very impressive game, huge landscapes and mountains to climb, engaging story, good music, more of this Ubisoft and less of whatever "Breakpoint" was.

    I have only positive things to say, few bugs aside, it's really well made AC game. From graphics to music to story, nice work Ubisoft!

    Great game, keep going Ubisoft! More stuff like this in Far Cry 6 please and not whatever Far Cry 5 was. Make it more serious, make it mean something, go deeper with stuff. You have done it in past with Far Cry 3, AC Black Flag and AC Unity. You can do it again.

    One of the best of 2020 and i'm saying it dead seriously. No game has so much content from this year (so far of course), resident evil 3 and avengers are absolute jokes compared to this. Making 5 hours long game that's sold for 60 should stop. AC Valhalla is easy 150 hours cool content with beautiful graphics.

    It's weird paradox that Assassin's Creed has millions of fans all over the world, but for some reason they never really come to metacritic. Maybe it's because AC fans are more mature and don't give a f_ck about some random scores on some random pages, that would make sense actually.
    And it sold over 1.8 million anyway, so basically who cares about metacritic user score at this point.

    I'm so happy that Assassin's Creed Valhalla turned out to be better game than "CyberDelay 2077". One of the actual real ones, Youtuber "Michael Does Life" said it how it really is. Cyberpunk 2077 as of right now is buggier than Fallout 76 at launch (i'm talking about Cyberpunk 2077 PS4 Version, i don't care about PC version).     After playing it nearly 60 hours i can say that it's very nice game. Like seriously. Whoever is giving it low scores is just afraid that "Cyberhype 2077" gets less attention. I personally like both games, but i just hate when something is extremely overhyped.

    Thank god i found Gamespot review for Cyberpunk 2077, they literally gave Cyberpunk 2077 lower score than Valhalla. Cyberpunk must be really buggy, because 7/10 is pretty low score for game that has been in development over 7 years. So as of right now i bought Valhalla and so far it's pretty nice. Maybe trying Cyberpunk 2077 in 2021 when they finally fix the game.

    This game bought happiness and joy back into my life. Ubisoft literally cured my depression. Thank you Ubisoft, so, so, so much! This is not fake or troll post. I literally felt like sht and this game made me feel so much better and so much more alive. I don't even care, if anyone believes me. Thank you Ubisoft, i mean it.

    What really captivates me in this game other than graphics and story is music. Absolutely beautiful ambient soundtrack. Just beautiful. Ubisoft, once again making Christmas time better! Specially in absolute trash year like 2020.

    But for almost every miss they have at least two hits.
    Ubisoft hits : Far Cry 3 (2012) , Far Cry 4 (2014), Watch_Dogs (2014) (PC Version, but PS4/Xbox One versions look decent as well), AC 4: Black Flag, AC Origins (2017), AC Valhalla (2020), Immortals: Fenyx Rising (2020), AC Unity (2014) (PC Version    Ubisoft has lots of hits and misses and that's because they make so many games.

    assassin's creed is back and better than ever!!! Good - graphics, story, world, enemies
    Bad - some minor bugs, nothing bad.

    What an amazing game. What I thought would be a let down turned out to be a wonderful Viking game. Ubisoft got my respect back for this one.

    Хорошая игра. Атмосферно, интересный сюжет. Немного хромает оптимизация и некоторое кол-во багов присутствует, но это пофиксят (я надеюсь).

    Runs perfectly fine with any RTX card. I'm pretty sure PC version is best version of this game.

    One of the best Assassin's Creed games ever made. Very mystical and beautiful open world. High recommendation from me.

    Assassin's Creed Valhalla is a great-looking open-world game with impressive landscapes and cinematography. However, the checklist collectible open-world still needs some work to feel truly engaging, and combat is too tedious and too frequent to be compelling. As a lapsed fan of Assassin's Creed trying to see if I can click with the series once again, Valhalla didn't quite hook me as I was hoping it would.

    Assassins Creed Valhalla is a lot of fun and easy to sink dozens of hours into. It is the best entry in the more recent trilogy and genuinely elevates the gameplay mechanics. Content could be considered somewhat bloated still, but it is diverse enough and the setting and story is solid most of the way through.

    Sneaking is fun, fighting is fun, walking through the great outdoors is so much fun. Sightseeing too! Valhalla is free minded and could be innovative, but lacks skills to persuade its players about that. [Issue#308]
