Asagao Academy: Normal Boots Club is a free fan-made otome game based on the guys of Normal Boots and Hidden Block. It is light-hearted and tongue-in-cheek, affectionately parodying visual novel, anime, and video game tropes, while also incorporating a serious story about a girl's journey through romance and friendship.

The characters feel real, the music fits the scene so well, and if it wasn't enough that there's multiple endings you can unlock for each character, but it keeps track of all the endings, festivals, extras, chapters, endings, and allows you to save at 240 points so you can go back and experience your favorite scenes all over again! I cried while going through some of the stories, as they were very touching and well narrated, I haven't felt this invested in a Visual Novel since Kirakira. I highly recommend this as a great read! Best of all it's free, or you can choose to pay what you believe is a fair price for a visual novel as well as donate. I had to get it for free for now but come next paycheck I'll be making a hearty donation for such a wonderful narrative. Expand
