AirportSim is a contemporary simulator from the premium indie segment, which allows you to play the role of an airport ground handler. Realistic graphics, true-to-life airport models, and dynamic weather conditions will deliver the setting of a genuine airport apron.

Various game modes await you in AirportSim. The first and, in our opinion, the most important, is the Campaign Mode - a set flight schedule based on real-world operations and everything that follows them.

Another mode is Free Play, granting you freedom with tasks being assigned at random from the beginning of the game and the added ability to control the current weather scenario.

Visitor Mode enables you to freely explore the airports and freely move around them with no obligatory work or schedule.

Co-op Mode allows you to inhabit the roles of ground service crew together with friends or other AirportSim players around the world.

AirportSim manages to complete what it sets out to do. It's a faithful if somewhat dry recreation of the ground handling operations of an airport, and that specific player who is after that experience will appreciate it. However, its clunkier moments and limited approach do mean that it's not quite going to hit with everyone as effectively as it could.

If there’s any one thing that AirportSim absolutely nails, it’s realism. Every vehicle is slightly grimy from outside storage and use, and the controls on the jetway are the exact ones you’ve walked past time and again while boarding. The rivets, bolts, and covers on the planes look realistic. Even the sorting facility for luggage looks slightly worn, with scrapes on the bumpers from previous drivers. Sure, all of your passengers are low-poly clones, and they often repeat, but I’m hoping somebody will mod that in the workshop.
