    The budding airline CEO will have to identify and estimate markets' revenue, budget finances for expansion and manage the operational costs of the airline. Routes, fares and schedules have to be adjusted during the year for seasonal and regional fluctuations in travel to maximize profits. The goal is to build the most profitable airline in the face of competition and unpredictable events such as weather, labor shortages, maintenance cost increases, and demographic shifts.

    Will you build an airline along traditional lines with a mix of pleasure and business travel with tickets sold through agencies? Or will you take a different approach with all on-line ticketing and economy fares? What kinds of aircraft will you use? It's all up to you as the final decision maker of Airline Mogul.
